Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital leadership style and work motivation on employee performance through work discipline as a mediating variable. This research is quantitative in nature using Non-Probability sampling technique, with a sample of 50 employees who have worked for more than 2 years at Super dazzle Gejayan. The results showed that digital leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect as a mediator of work motivation on employee performance. The implications of this research are, if work discipline is improved, it will improve employee performance, for further research, it can add the dependent variable work environment to find out whether the work environment will affect employee performance and can also use compensation variables.

Abstract

This community service is carried out in Batika Indonesia, a SME in Yogyakarta which produces mainly batik handmade bags. It is located on Jl. Matraman No.4-24, Nanggulan, Maguwoharjo, Yogyakarta. As the potential crafting company in Yogyakarta, Batika Indonesia faces high competition. This condition requires Batik Indonesia to increase its marketing performance through managing online promotion media. Based on the situation analysis, it was found some problems in online promotion, namely the lack of management of online promotion media. Therefore, the purpose of this community service activity is to help partner to solve the problems through three programs. First, update the website content to enhance the website appearance with more attractive and informative content. Second, provide training to advance the management of online promotion media mainly focus on Instagram and TikTok. Third, make e-catalogue to provide customer a more informative and complete file to make it easier and faster for customers to find information about the latest products. The training is expected to increase partner’s knowledge and skills regarding managing online promotion media. Finally, it will help Batika Indonesia to improve its marketing performance. It is hoped that there will be continuity of the trainings where partner can implement and develop online promotion media in the future.

Abstract

The main purpose of this abdimas activity is to provide counselling and assistance related to Human Resource Management (HR) and Operational Standards (SOP) for managers at Pring Ledok Tinjon. This abdimas activity was held at the Pring Ledok Tinjon pavilion, with 10 participants. The material presented is related to how Pring Ledok Tinjon is able to manage its human resources, improve the organisational structure, and operational standards that must be owned by a business place so that operational activities carried out can run effectively and efficiently. The material presented by the abdimas team is based on the needs and problems faced by partners. The results of the abdimas carried out are expected that the partners understand the importance of management in managing the organisation and standardisation in running operations at tourist attractions. Human Resources (HR) can be involved in the progress of Pring Ledok Tinjon, have good coordination with fellow Pring Ledok Tinjon tourism managers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of job satisfaction on the effect of person-job fit and person-organization fit on the organizational citizenship behavior of PDAM Tirta Binangun Kulon Progo employees. This research is a quantitative study that uses primary data collection with questionnaire instruments. The study involved 131 employees whose data were taken by census. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results stated that person-job fit and person-organizational fit had a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior partially. Person-organizational, person-job fit, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect partially on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction is proven to mediate the effect of person-job fit and person-organizational fit on organizational citizenship behavior. Strengthening antecedents is an important aspect for organizations when organizations make policies to improve employee organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Students of the Management Study Programme, Faculty of Economics, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University (UST) held a community service activity with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) partner ‘Cumi Bergoyang’ located in the Alun-alun Kidul area of Yogyakarta. This activity aims to apply digital marketing to Cumi Bergoyang MSMEs in accordance with being able to compete with other businesses and reach a wider market share, this counseling and mentoring activity also applies the Tamansiswa Teachings, namely Tri N (Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi) in helping MSMEs understand and implement digital marketing concepts. The method used in this abdimas activity is Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), which is given in accordance with the conditions of the partners and the needs of the problems faced by the abdimas partners, then the abdimas team provides solutions in the form of training programmes that involve hands-on practice using social media platforms Instagram and Tiktok as a means of promotion used in business activities. The implication of this abdimas activity is that MSME partners ‘Cumi Bergoyang’ can increase revenue turnover and maximise promotional reach in an increasingly competitive digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh leader member exchange, perceived organizational support dan employee engagement terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan Kantor Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) Yogyakarta. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di TVRI Jogja dengan menggunakan sampel karyawan sebanyak 138 responden menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Analisis uji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Kemudian teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji f, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) leader member exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. 2) perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. 3) dan employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement , work environment, and organizational learning on organizational commitment in employees of CV. Jodion Unggul Perkasa Sleman Regency. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees who worked at CV. Jodion Unggul Perkasa Sleman Regency using a sample of 103 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that employee engagement, work environment, and organizational learning have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This study supports various theories that reveal that employee engagement factors, work environment, and organizational learning have a significant role in shaping organizational commitment. The implication of this research is expected to increase engagement for employees and create a conducive work environment which in turn will affect employee commitment to the organization. In addition, organizations need to ensure the availability of sufficient access to learning for employees, through training programs and skills development relevant to their duties in order to increase the loyalty and commitment of their employees.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi intrinsik dan keadilan prosedural terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Metode pengumpulan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner berskala likert. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan CV. Mustika Jaya Engineering di Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Kemudian motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, dan keadilan prosedural juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan ketika variabel budaya organisasi di tingkatkan, maka akan terjadi peningkatan terhadap variabel OCB.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the investment sector. One of the widely used investment applications in Indonesia is BIONS (BNI Sekuritas Innovative Trading System), developed by BNI Sekuritas. This study aims to analyze how Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Enjoyment affect Actual Usage in BIONS applications with Intention to Use as a mediating variable. The model developed in this study uses TAM modification by adding the perceived enjoyment variable. The distribution of this questionnaire is aimed at users who use the BIONS application at the Investment Gallery in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The researcher used a purposive sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. The results showed that Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Enjoyment, and Intention to Use had a significant effect on actual usage, while perceived usefulness had not affect significantly.

Abstract

Dekor Asia Jayakarya is a manufacturing company established in 1997, producing bamboo and wood decorations and crafts. Approximately 99% of its products are exported to various countries, including garden accessories, hotel supplies, home decor, bamboo fences and furniture, and natural crafts such as mosaics and household appliances—all made from sustainable Indonesian natural resources. The main objective of this study is to determine how Job Training, Career Development, and Organizational Culture influence Employee Performance at PT. Dekor Asia Jayakarya. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The population of this study was 50 people with a sample of 50 employees, who were selected as a whole so that saturated sampling was used. The results of this study indicate that job training does not affect employee performance, career development variables do not affect employee performance, and organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance.
