Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of the service marketing mix on customer decisions to choose CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The population in this study were customers of CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah during 2015-2018, totaling 10,500 people. The sampling method uses the desired maximum error. So the number of customers who were sampled was 96 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation study. From the research results, the multiple linear regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 1,848 + 0.304X1 + 0.091X2 + 0.018X3 + 0.034X4 + 0.354X5 + 0.440X6 + 0.237X7 + e.This means that the process variable (X5) has the greatest influence on customer decisions, where the largest regression coefficient is 0.354. Based on the t test, the product has a positive but not significant effect on customer decisions where the significance value is 0.061> 0.05. Price, location, promotionand physical evidence has a positive but not significant effect on customer decisions. People and process has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions. The results of the F test show that the product, price, location, promotion, people, process, physical evidence have a positive and significant effect on the customer's decision to choose CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah. The value (R square) is 0.85, meaning that the variations in the customer's decision to choose CU Cinta Kasih Tigapanah can be explained by the product, price, location, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence of 85.4%, and the remaining 14.6% can explained by other variables not included in this study such as service quality and marketing strategy.

Abstract

Pengguna aktif KB hormonal Desa Kundi pada Tahun 2024 secara berurutan sebanyak 106 orang pengguna kontrasepsi oral, 237 orang pengguna kontrasepsi suntikan, dan 50 orang pengguna kontrasepsi implan. Selain itu didapatkan juga data dari Puskesmas Kundi pada pengguna kontrasepsi hormonal yaitu seringkali mengalami keluhan hipertensi. Mengetahui gambaran tekanan darah pada penggunaan kontrasepsi hormonal di Puskesmas Kundi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif observasional yaitu mengetahui gambaran tekanan darah pada pengguna kontrasepsi hormonal di Puskesmas Kundi Tahun 2024. Kelompok umur pengguna kontrasepsi hormonal yang terbanyak adalah kelompok umur 20-35 tahun sebanyak 39 responden (70,9%) sebanyak 16 responden (29,1%) kelompok umur >35 tahun, responden yang memiliki jumlah anak 1 dan 2 orang sebanyak 18 responden (32,7%), sebanyak 15 responden (27,3%) menggunakan kontrasepsi hormonal <2 tahun, 40 responden (72,7%) menggunakan kontrasepsi hormonal ≥2 tahun, sebanyak 49 responden (89,1%) tidak mengalami hipertensi, dan 6 responden (10,9%) mengalami hipertensi. Persentase tetinggi dari hasil distribusi kejadian hipertensi di wilayah Puskesmas Kundi sebanyak 49 responden (89,1%) tidak mengalami hipertensi membuktikan bahwa kontrasepsi tidak menyebabkan kenaikan tekanan darah pada pengguna kontrasepsi hormonal.

Abstract

Anemia masih menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan utama yang dihadapi oleh remaja putri di Indonesia. Penyebab utama anemia pada remaja adalah kurangnya zat besi atau defisiensi besi, yang sebagian besar bersumber pada asupan makan. Masih banyak remaja putri yang belum memahami pola makan yang baik yang dapat mencegah anemia. Tujuan:Kegiatanini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan serta menambah pengetahuan tentang pencegahan anemia pada remajaputri. Metode yaitu Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM)ini dilakukandi SMP Al-A’raf pada remaja putri pada Januari 2023 yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali pertemuan, meliputi penyuluhan edukasi disertai pengisian pre-post test, leaflet, games dan demo masak. Hasil: Antusias remaja putri dan guru sangat baik. Kegiatan PkM ini dapat memberikan dampak positif, yaitu mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswi SMP Al’Araf mengenai anemia pada remaja. Terdapat peningkatan pre-post pengetahuan yang baik dari 41,7% di hari pertama menjadi 100% di hari kedua. Kesimpulan yaitu terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan remeja mengenai anemia dan kegiatan demo masak juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terkait cara pemanfaatan sayur tinggi zat besi agar dapat lebih diterima ketimbang dalambentuk sayur utuh.

Abstract

Tantangan dunia pendidikan menjadi semakin berat dengan memasuki abad ke 21 yang menuntut adanya peningkatan berbagai keterampilan individu sehingga menempatkan pendidikan menjadi kunci peningkatan tersebut. Penggunaan bahan ajar yang tepat dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran, salah satunya dengan menggunakan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis Soscioscientific issue (SSI) yang mengangkat topik tentang pro kontra atau konflik. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melatih keterampilan guru melalui pendampingan penyusunan LKPD Berbasis SSI untuk meningkatkan Higher Order Thinking Skill pada siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan bentuk kegiatan yaitu Pelatihan/workshop, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan pendampingan penyusunan produk LKPD. Hasil pengabdian yaitu tersusunnya LKPD berbasis SSI. LKPD yang disusun di validasikan oleh ahli materi, media, SSI, dan soal bermuatan HOTS. LKPD yang dibuat para peserta layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan hasil validitas materi mencapai 85,97%, validitas Ahli SSI sebesar 100%, Validitas Ahli HOTS tingkat 77,28% dan validasi media 85,34%.

Abstract

Tujuan jurnal ini adalah untuk menginformasikan dan mengedukasi pembaca tentang promosi global. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menggabungkan data dari berbagai sumber seperti buku literatur dan internet. Promosi global adalah suatu proses dimana perusahaan mengembangkan suatu produk dan menginformasikannya kepada pelanggan atau masyarakat luas. Promosi juga bisa dikatakan sebagai media komunikasi. Idealnya, kegiatan promosi harus dilaksanakan dengan berbagai cara yang efektif di pasar global dengan mengikuti perkembangan zaman melalui teknologi. Namun, itu tergantung pada target pasar yang ingin dituju. Promosi global dapat mencakup berbagai negara sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat bagi konsumen dan produsen. Konsumen memiliki akses lebih cepat terhadap informasi, yang berarti sistem promosi global dapat memperoleh manfaat dari kemajuan teknologi.

Abstract

It is hoped that this research can identify and examine appropriate procedures in business correspondence that can be used to determine client complaints in the Tiktokshop application. The Tiktokshop application is now one of the most widely used e-commerce platforms between buyers and sellers in today's digital era. However, the problem of customer complaints is also growing as a result of the rapid growth of platform users and transactions. This study uses a subjective examination strategy by leading meetings from top to bottom with various Tiktokshop clients and dissecting information using substance investigation techniques. The results of the examination show that an effective business communication strategy for dealing with customer complaints on the Tiktokshop application consists of several important steps. First, it is important to have a well-trained and responsive customer support team. This team must respond quickly to customer complaints and provide the right solutions. Second, effective communication through the Tiktokshop platform itself is also important. The use of private messages or comments under posts can be used to interact directly with customers and provide real-time problem solutions. When dealing with customer complaints on the Tiktokshop application, an effective business communication strategy includes quick responses, effective cross-platform communication, an empathetic approach, and a long-term relationship building system. This study contributes to understanding the importance of effective business communication in handling customer complaints in the fast-growing e-commerce era.

Abstract

Effective learning in Islamic elementary schools necessitates the selection of approaches appropriate to specific learning models. This article aims to identify effective strategies, evaluate the impact of innovative approaches, and address particular challenges in this context. The research method involved an extensive literature review and analysis, utilizing descriptive data analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of the collected data. This process included frequency counting, pattern identification, and data classification to discern trends, patterns, and key aspects. Teacher-centered approaches are typically associated with explanatory learning models, where the instructor plays a central role in delivering knowledge. Conversely, student-centered approaches align with constructivist learning models, emphasizing active student engagement and self-directed learning. Collaborative learning approaches support collaborative learning models, encouraging group work and peer-to-peer interaction, while project-based learning approaches are often linked to problem-based learning models, focusing on real-world problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Understanding these relationships is crucial for designing meaningful and effective learning experiences for students. By considering various learning approaches and models, instructors can select and implement the methods that best meet their students' diverse needs and learning objectives. Furthermore, integrating different learning approaches and models enhances student interaction, fosters deeper understanding, and promotes a more dynamic and engaging learning environment. Therefore, this article emphasizes the importance of effectively combining learning approaches and models to achieve the desired educational outcomes in Islamic elementary schools. By doing so, educators can create a more holistic and adaptable educational experience, ultimately leading to improved student performance and a deeper appreciation for lifelong learning.
