Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ROE (Return on Equity) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) on Stock Prices in mining companies listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia. The dependent variable used is stock prices. This study also used ROE (return on equity), and CSR (corporate social responsibility) as independent variables. The population in this study is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. According to data on www.idx.co.id and based on criteria, there are 27 companies that meet the research requirements. This study was conducted using secondary data from the company for 4 years so that the number of observations was 108 samples

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan merupakan kinerja suatu perusahaan yang dilihat melalui harga saham sebagai akibat dari mekanisme pasar modal, sehingga ketika tingginya harga saham maka besar pula nilai perusahaannya. Pelaksanaan penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas serta kebijakan utang terhadap nilai perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2021. Penelitian memakai data observasi sebayak 114 laporan keuangan dari 28 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah regresi linier berganda. Diketahui hasil penelitian yaitu secara simultan profitabilitas dan kebijakan utang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Implementation of Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja and Undang-undang Number 3 of 2020 concerning Amendments to Law Number 4 of 2009 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining is considered by the Government as a form of policy for managing mining business activities which in fact has a significant impact on environmental damage and the existence of indigenous peoples around the coal mining area. This study aims to describe the implications of coal mining management policies for the existence of indigenous peoples in Samarinda. The research method used is legal research with a qualitative non-doctrinal approach, with the research location in Pampang Village, Samarinda. The data collection techniques are in the form of interviews and observations by purposive sampling. The results of the study show that natural resource policies provide too much convenience for investors, thus creating implications for the existence of customary law and management of business licenses that are out of control. In conclusion, the impact of environmental damage is so great that it is necessary to deregulate and de-bureaucratize the granting of mining business permits to prevent the extinction of customary values ​​and the existence of indigenous and tribal peoples.

Abstract

Dalam setiap Desa pasti memiliki sistem pemerintahan maupun tata kelola desa guna mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan keadilan bagi masyarakatnya. Namun rata-rata masyarakat justru belum mengetahui sepenuhnya bagaimana suatu aturan dibentuk serta seberapa penting aturan tersebut dibuat. Masyarakat Desa memiliki anggapan bahwa Peraturan Desa (Perdes) hanya menjadi kewenangan Pemerintah Desa. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menginventarisir kebutuhan Desa yang dituangkan dalam Perdes serta memberikan pengetahuan hukum dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program KADARKUM (Keluarga Sadar Hukum) untuk menciptakan tata kelola desa yang berkeadilan. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah service learning (SL) dengan memfokuskan pada pendampingan hukum oleh Akademisi dan brain storming terhadap materi muatan Perdes yang dibutuhkan saat ini. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Loa Duri Ulu, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dengan diikuti 25 orang yang terdiri dari Badan Permusyawaran Desa (BPD) dan masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa memahami mengenai pembuatan Perdes dan urgensinya terhadap penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa. Beberapa aspirasi yang disampaikan oleh masyarakat juga sangat erat kaitannya dengan pembentukan Perdes yang lebih partisipatif dalam mewujudkan tata kelola desa yang berkeadilan.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of Profitability and Sales Growth on Capital Structure in Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research covers 41 mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange and which have published consecutive annual financial reports from 2020 to 2022. This research uses non-probability sampling techniques. This research uses quantitative methods and research data is analyses using hypothetical statistical techniques with the help of the SPSS 27 for Windows program. The F test results show that profitability and sales growth simultaneously influence capital structure with an R2 value of 26%. The t test results show that the profitability variable affects capital structure, while the sales growth variable does not have a partially significant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di sekitar Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN), diperlukan kebijakan komprehensif dan terpadu. Prioritas utama meliputi peningkatan infrastruktur dasar seperti jalan, transportasi umum terintegrasi, serta penyediaan air bersih melalui sumur bor dan jaringan pipa. Sistem sanitasi yang efektif dan edukasi sanitasi, serta listrik stabil dan energi terbarukan juga diperlukan. Infrastruktur telekomunikasi dan pelatihan digital harus dikembangkan. Di sektor pendidikan, perlu dibangun sekolah dengan fasilitas lengkap dan latih guru dalam teknologi pendidikan. Program pelatihan yang relevan dengan pasar kerja IKN diperlukan, bersama kerjasama industri lokal untuk magang dan pelatihan. Kesehatan masyarakat harus ditingkatkan dengan puskesmas, rumah sakit, layanan kesehatan bergerak, dan program kesehatan masyarakat. Dorong ekonomi lokal dengan modernisasi pertanian, dukungan UMKM, dan e-commerce. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam perencanaan desa, serta bantuan sosial dan program kepemimpinan pemuda akan menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih mandiri dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the modern retail sector, particularly hypermarkets in East Kalimantan, influencing consumer behavior by creating anxiety and promoting both hedonic and utilitarian shopping behaviors. This study examines how attitudes toward behavior mediate the relationship between anxiety, utilitarian value, hedonic value, and behavioral intention among hypermarket consumers post-pandemic. The study addresses theoretical and empirical inconsistencies in these relationships. Involving 160 participants selected through systematic random sampling, data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Smart PLS 3.0. Seven hypotheses were tested. Findings indicate that only utilitarian value and attitude toward behavior significantly affect behavioral intention. Both hedonic and utilitarian values predict attitudes toward behavior, while anxiety has a negative and insignificant effect on both behavioral intention and attitudes. Post-pandemic, consumers are no longer anxious about shopping at hypermarkets, suggesting a need for improved promotions and services in hypermarkets.

Abstract

Desa Melintang is one of the villages in East Kalimantan Province located in the Kota Bangun area, Muara Wis District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province. The area is a water or lake region, so Desa Melintang is situated above the water. With such regional conditions, Melintang village does not have land that can be used for gardening or farming due to the absence of land or soil. This affects the vegetable needs, which cannot be produced by the people of Melintang Village themselves, so they have to be brought in from outside the region to. The long distance traveled to obtain vegetables makes it necessary for the community to spend more time dan money if they want to get vegetables. Based on the aforementioned issues, the PKM team conducted community service activities by providing hydroponic plant training to the PKK mothers' group in Melintang Village, while also donating hydroponic equipment dan supplies to the community. The results of the activity are expected to be beneficial in increasing the community's knowledge about hydroponic plants. In addition, by producing their own vegetables, the quality or freshness of the vegetables can be better guaranteed, dan the community can also save on expenses, which is expected to impact food fulfillment dan improve the welfare of the community.

This study uses a multiple linear regression method with quantitative approach and uses a purposive sampling method with sampling techniques on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The final sample of the study was 39 firm-years.
