Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee competence and work facilities on service quality within the Social Affairs Office of East Kalimantan Province. A quantitative research approach was employed, using questionnaires distributed to all 50 employees as the total population. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression along with classical assumption tests to ensure the validity of the model. The results show that both employee competence and work facilities have a positive and significant effect on service quality, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.452, indicating that 45.2% of the variation in service quality can be explained by these two independent variables. Notably, work facilities exert a stronger influence (β = 0.285) compared to employee competence (β = 0.164). These findings highlight the importance of balancing employee competence development and the improvement of work facilities to ensure more effective, efficient, and responsive public service delivery.

Abstract

The main problem in this study lies in the existence of an uncomfortable work environment, this is characterized by less harmonious relationships between employees, suboptimal internal communication, and inequality of interaction between civil servants and non-civil servants. In addition, problems arise in the aspect of work discipline, there is inconsistency in the application of work discipline rules, which creates the impression of injustice and has the potential to reduce the enthusiasm and responsibility of employees. This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of work environment and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance at the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of East Kalimantan Province. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, using the help of SPSS software version 27. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that (1) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of East Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tekanan stakeholder dan Green Intellectual Capital (GIC) terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada perusahaan pertambangan batu bara di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel terdiri dari 9 perusahaan tambang batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2020–2023, menghasilkan 36 data observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tekanan stakeholder berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Sementara itu, Green Intellectual Capital berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,412 menunjukkan bahwa tekanan stakeholder dan GIC secara simultan mampu menjelaskan 41,2% variasi dalam keunggulan kompetitif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan GIC yang belum terintegrasi secara strategis, serta respons perusahaan yang cenderung pasif terhadap tekanan eksternal, dapat menurunkan daya saing. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan GIC ke dalam strategi inti dan merespons tekanan stakeholder secara proaktif demi mencapai keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. This study aims to analyze the effect of stakeholder pressure and Green Intellectual Capital (GIC) on competitive advantage in coal mining companies in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample consists of 9 coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020–2023, resulting in 36 observation data. The results of the study indicate that stakeholder pressure has a negative but insignificant effect on competitive advantage. Meanwhile, Green Intellectual Capital has a negative and significant effect on competitive advantage. The Adjusted R² value of 0.412 indicates that stakeholder pressure and GIC simultaneously explain 41.2% of the variation in competitive advantage. This finding indicates that the implementation of GIC that has not been strategically integrated, as well as the company's response that tends to be passive to external pressure, can reduce competitiveness. Therefore, companies are advised to integrate GIC into the core of their strategy and respond proactively to stakeholder pressure in order to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komitmen hijau dan green intellectual capital terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada perusahaan pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perusahaan pertamabangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan telah diseleksi menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 9 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Total data observasi sebanyak 36 data, dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda yang disertai dengan uji lain seperti statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis serta koefisien determinasi dan koefisien korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen hijau menunjukkan arah pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif, sementara Green Intellectual Capital menunjukkan arah pengaruh negatif yang juga tidak signifikan. This study aims to examine the effect of green commitment and green intellectual capital on competitive advantage in coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2023. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data. The research population is all coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and has been selected using purposive sampling so that 9 companies are obtained as samples. The total observation data is 36 data, and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression accompanied by other tests such as descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing as well as the coefficient of determination and correlation coefficient. The results show that green commitment shows a positive but insignificant direction of influence on competitive advantage, while Green Intellectual Capital shows a negative direction of influence which is also insignificant.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan nilai tukar rupiah pada fluktuasi harga saham perusahaan sektor perbankan yang tercatat di BEI tahun 2020 hingga 2024. Harga saham dianggap sebagai indikasi utama nilai pasar suatu perusahaan, sehingga harga saham dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor ekonomi makro, termasuk PDB dan nilai tukar mata uang. Penulisan ini menggunakan strategi penulisan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel penulisan terdiri dari 14 lembaga perbankan yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Data yang diteliti merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan resmi yang diterbitkan oleh BEI, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), dan Bank Indonesia. Hasil penulisan memperlihatkan jika PDB memberikan pengaruh positif dan cukup besar pada harga saham, sedangkan nilai tukar rupiah memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Kedua karakteristik tersebut telah terbukti mempengaruhi harga saham secara signifikan di perusahaan perbankan. Penulisan ini menegaskan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional dan stabilitas nilai tukar rupiah merupakan aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh investor, pelaku pasar modal, dan pengambil keputusan untuk meningkatkan kinerja saham di sektor perbankan. This study's overarching objective is to analyze the impact of GDP and the rupiah exchange rate on the stock price movements of banking sector businesses listed on the IDX from 2020 to 2024. Several macroeconomic variables, such as GDP and currency rates, impact stock prices since they are seen as key indicators that reflect the market worth of a firm. Using multiple linear regression analysis, this study takes a quantitative approach to its research. A total of fourteen financial institutions were chosen for this study by use of a purposive selection strategy. Secondary data was used for this analysis, which came from publications made public by the IDX, the BPS, and Bank Indonesia. Although the research found a negative and statistically significant influence of the rupiah exchange rate on stock prices, GDP had a positive and statistically significant effect on stock prices as well. The stock values of financial institutions are significantly affected by both of these factors at the same time. Investors, capital market participants, and decision makers should take national economic development and the stability of the rupiah exchange rate into account, according to these results, if they want to boost the performance of banking sector stocks.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana suku bunga dan kurs mata uang mata uang mempengaruhi harga saham di industri perbankan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Informasi yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Pendekatan sampel Purposive digunakan untuk memilih 14 organisasi perbankan tradisional dari tahun 2020–2024 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Regresi linier berganda yang dikombinasikan dengan asumsi tradisional, hipotesis, dan pengujian koefisien adalah metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Menurut temuan penelitian, nilai saham secara signifikan dan menguntungkan dipengaruhi oleh penurunan suku bunga. Harga saham agak dipengaruhi oleh kurs mata uang mata uang. Suku bunga dan kurs mata uang mata uang berdampak pada nilai saham pada saat yang bersamaan.   This research aims to examine how changes in interest and currency rates impact banking industry stock values. Quantitative approaches are used in this investigation. Secondary data is used. Using a purposive selection strategy, this research examines fourteen traditional banking organizations that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2024. This research employs multiple linear regression as its analytical approach, supplemented with traditional assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and coefficient testing. A favorable and statistically significant relationship between interest rates and stock prices was found in this investigation. To some extent, stock prices are unrelated to currency rates. Interest and exchange rates have an impact on stock values at the same time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kualitas pelayanan publik dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap institusi pemerintah. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Dinas Sosial Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang pegawai, diambil melalui teknik sampling jenuh karena populasi yang diteliti relatif kecil dan dapat dijangkau seluruhnya. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner berbasis skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan), dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,165 dan signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05. Kompetensi pegawai juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,827 dan signifikansi 0,007 < 0,05. Secara simultan, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 17,812 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,428 menunjukkan bahwa 42,8% variasi kualitas pelayanan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa budaya organisasi yang adaptif serta kompetensi pegawai yang mumpuni merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan

Abstract

This consider points to analyze the impact of capital structure and company measure on benefit development in nourishment and refreshment segment companies recorded on the Indonesia Stock Trade (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. The strategy utilized could be a quantitative approach with different straight relapse examination strategies. The inquire about test comprised of 25 companies chosen through purposive testing. The comes about appeared that both somewhat and at the same time, capital structure and company estimate had no noteworthy impact on profit development. This finding demonstrates that profit development is more affected by other components exterior the factors examined.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of company size and inventory turnover on profit growth in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study population includes consumer non-cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange listed on the main board of the IDX, with a total sample of 21 companies, selected through purposive sampling techniques. This study applies a quantitative approach with secondary data analyzed using multiple linear regression methods through SPSS version 22. The findings of the analysis indicate that partially, company size does not have a significant effect on profit growth, while inventory turnover has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, company size and inventory turnover have a significant effect on profit growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity and capital structure on profit growth in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. The research employed a quantitative method using secondary data in the form of annual financial reports. The sample consisted of 21 companies selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 105 observation data. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The findings show that, partially, neither liquidity measured by the current ratio nor capital structure measured by the debt-to-equity ratio had a significant effect on profit growth. Simultaneously, both variables also did not have a significant effect, with an adjusted R² value of 0.040, indicating that only 4% of the variation in profit growth can be explained by the model. This confirms the existence of other factors outside the study that more dominantly influence profit growth. These findings imply that investors and management cannot solely rely on liquidity and capital structure indicators in decision-making but need to consider other relevant variables more comprehensively to assess financial performance and profit growth prospects. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, likuiditas yang diukur dengan current ratio maupun struktur modal yang diukur dengan debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Secara simultan, kedua variabel juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan, dengan nilai adjusted R² sebesar 0,040 yang mengindikasikan hanya 4% variasi pertumbuhan laba dapat dijelaskan oleh model. Hal ini menegaskan adanya faktor lain di luar penelitian yang lebih dominan dalam memengaruhi pertumbuhan laba. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa investor dan manajemen tidak dapat hanya bergantung pada indikator likuiditas dan struktur modal dalam pengambilan keputusan, melainkan perlu mempertimbangkan variabel lain yang lebih komprehensif untuk menilai kinerja keuangan dan prospek pertumbuhan laba.
