Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of the accuracy and precision of basic educational data on teacher welfare in the State Senior High Schools throughout Ogan Ilir Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were high school teachers in Ogan Ilir Regency with a sample of 107 teachers. The research data collection technique used: 1) questionnaire; 2) documentation. The research data analysis technique used parametric statistics of the SPSS program application. The results of this study concluded: 1) Accuracy has a positive impact on teacher welfare in State Senior High Schools throughout Ogan Ilir Regency; 2) Accuracy of basic education data has a positive impact on teacher welfare in State Senior High Schools throughout Ogan Ilir Regency; 3) Accuracy and precision of basic education data have a positive impact together on teacher welfare in State Senior High Schools throughout Ogan Ilir Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Program Pengembangan Kepemimpinan Guru dan disiplin guru terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kecamatan Kayuagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian meliputi guru-guru SMP di Kayuagung yang mengikuti Program Guru Pengmobil dan guru-guru dengan tingkat disiplin yang bervariasi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Penggerak Guru memiliki dampak yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja guru. Disiplin guru juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan dengan Program Guru Pengmobil. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi guru dan penerapan disiplin untuk meningkatkan mutu pengajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Principal's Leadership Management in supportingthe Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Kayuagung. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Kayuagung using a qualitative method with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were the principal, deputy curriculum, and teacher educators. The stages of data collection were obtained by interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study are the Principal Leadership of SMA N 1 Kayuagung has done several things in planning the Merdeka Curriculum, including forming a core committee consisting of school leaders, teaching staff, and school committees; compiling ATP and teaching modules; planning a project to strengthen the Pancasila Profile; discussing student character development programs. The management of meaningful learning sequences is carried out in an organized and systematic manner, including scheduling teaching hours and teaching loads, forming a planned learning arrangement. The implementation of meaningful learning in SMA Negeri 1 Kayuagung can be categorized as successful. Meaningful learning activities such as project-based learning are able to raise the level of student enthusiasm for learning. Principal control is carried out every sixmonth period or at the end of the year.
