Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara motivasi belajar dan kompetensi guru  terhadap prestasi belajar IPS siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Kota Pematangsiantar T.A 2021/2022. Dengan penelitian kuantitatif menggukan metode ex post facto. Populasi seluruh kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 7 Pematang Siantar sebayak 286 siswa dan sampel sebagian siswa sebayak 167 siswa dengan mengunakan tehnik slovin. Variabel independen motivasi belajar dan kompetensi guru menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner dan variabel dependen menggunakan alat ukur prestasi belajar nilai semester genap. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji linearitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi berganda, uji T (parsial), dan uji F (simultan) dengan uji SPSS Statistic 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) Bersarkan hasil regresi berganda, pada uji t (persial) diperoleh nilai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 1,715 <  1,974 untuk motivasi belajar dengan taraf signifikan 5% sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa H­0 tidak terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar IPS, dan nilai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 13,715 > 1,974   untuk kompetensi guru dengan taraf signifikan 5% sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa H0 dapat pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar IPS, nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 96,054 > 3,05 untuk motivasi belajar dan kompetensi guru dengan taraf signifikan 5% sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa H0 terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar dan kompetensi guru terhadap prestasi belajar IPS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 2 Pematang Siantar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 2 Pematang Siantar dan sampel penelitian juga seluruh siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 2 Pematang Siantar yang terdiri dari 129 siswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan Nonprobability Sampling (sampling jenuh). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar, hasil ini terlihat pada uji t dimana nilai thitung disiplin belajar (4,361) > nilai ttabel (1,65704) yang berarti pada variabel tersebut signifikan. (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar, hasil ini terlihat pada uji t dimana nilai thitung dari lingkungan belajar (3,621) > nilai ttabel (1,65704) yang berarti pada variabel tersebut signifikan. (3) Disiplin belajar dan lingkungan belajar secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi hasil belajar, hasil ini dapat dilihat pada uji F dimana nilai Fhitung (10,077) > dibandingkan nilai Ftabel (3,07). Uji koefisien determinasi R Square diketahui sebesar 0,138 yang berarti 13,8% variabel disiplin belajar dan lingkungan belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa di sekolah SMA Negeri 2 Pematanng Siantar dan selebihnya 86,2% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar ilmu pengetahuan sosial siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar pada materi dinamika penduduk benua benua di dunia menggunakan model pembelajaran question student have dan model konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 2 Tapian Dolok. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Tapian Dolok dengan jumlah 206 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 kelas yaitu kelas IX-1 dan kelas IX-2 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 56 siswa. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dalam  beberapa tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa pada kelas yang tidak menggunakan model pembelajaran question stuent have yaitu 62,86. Sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran question stuent have yaitu 82,14. Hasil statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25 diperoleh nilai sig (2 tailed) < ? atau (0,000 < 0,05) dan nilai thiitung > ttabel (6,947 > 1,674). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran question student have dan kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional pada materi dinamika penduduk benua-benua di dunia kelas IX di SMP Negeri 2 Tapian Dolok.

Abstract

Currently, many students are too consumptive because they cannot manage their finances well. Having good financial knowledge is one way to reduce the negative impact of students' ignorance in managing finances. Planning needs to be done to anticipate financial problems. This type of research is associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 100 students consisting of classes XI AKL 1, XI AKL 2, The results of the research show that the partial test (t test) of the financial literacy variable is 0.722 < from t table with df= n-k (100-2=98) of 1.660 or a significance of 0.472 > 0.05, so H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. It can be interpreted that financial literacy does not have a positive effect on consumer behavior. The t-test value on the variable It can be concluded that lifestyle has a positive effect on consumer behavior. Simultaneously, the Fcount value from the table is 34.274 with Ftable  (100-2-1=97) of 3.09 where Fcount > Ftable and significance is 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected, meaning that financial literacy and lifestyle simultaneously have a positive effect on behavior. consumptive. Based on the calculation results obtained by the researcher using SPSS 21, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination test (R2) where the resulting R square is 0.414, which means that the coefficient of determination is 41.4%, namely Financial Literacy (X1) and Lifestyle (X2), while the rest is influenced by other variables amounting to 58.6%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of teacher readiness to teach and student learning motivation on student learning outcomes in the Class X Economics subject at SMA Negeri 4 Pematangsiantar. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach and research design using a survey design. The population in this study was 72 students. The sample in this study was 72 students. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data in this study were analyzed using normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial tests, simultaneous tests and determinant tests. The research results show that there is an influence of teacher teaching readiness on student Economics learning outcomes with tcount > ttable (2.233 > 1.990). Furthermore, there is an influence of student learning motivation on student Economics learning outcomes with tcount > ttable (2.609 > 1.990). and there is an influence between teacher readiness to teach and student learning motivation on student Economics learning outcomes with Fcount > Ftable (3.783 > 3.110).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of the independent teaching platform for the quality of learning of high school Economics teachers in the city of Pematangsiantar. The government provides this platform as a reference, collaboration forum and quality content. The Merdeka Mengajar platform is an important pillar in building better education. This research was carried out for high school level Economics teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study were all Economics teachers at Senior High School (SMA) level in the city of Pematangsiantar. The sample was selected using purposive sampling with a sample size of 20 respondents. This research was conducted from January to February 2024. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis uses the t test and significance values to see the use of the independent teaching platform for the quality of economics teacher learning. Based on the results of the data processing, a significance value of 0.000 was obtained and this figure is smaller than 0.05, therefore it can be concluded that there is an influence of the independent teaching platform variable (x) on the quality of economics teacher learning (y). Furthermore, to provide other supporting evidence, it can be seen from the calculated t and t table values in the processed data. The t value is 8.265 and the t table value is 2.10092. Because the calculated t value is greater than the t table, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the independent teaching platform on the quality of learning. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence in terms of the use of the independent teaching platform on the learning quality of high school economics teachers in the city of Pematangsiantar in implementing the independent curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain knowledge about the influence of learning readiness and school environment on the learning outcomes of social studies subjects of grade VIII students of Nusantara Balimbingan Private Junior High School, Java.This type of research is a descriptive quantitative research with a research population of 75 grade VIII students at Nusantara Balimbingan Private Junior High School, Tanah Java and the sample used is all students who are the research population. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaires (questionnaires). The hypothesis data collection technique uses multiple regression analysis, partial test (t), simultaneous test (f) and determination coefficient (R²).The results of the study stated that: 1) There was a positive influence between learning readiness on student learning outcomes as seen from the t-test where the t-value of learning readiness (11.335) > ttable value (1.993). 2) There is a positive influence between the school environment on student learning outcomes, this result is seen in the t-test where the t-calculated value of the school environment (4.105) > the ttable value (1.993) which means that there is an influence on these variables. 3) Learning readiness and school environment together affect learning outcomes, this result can be seen in the f test where the fcal value (72.070) > the ftable value (3.12). The R Square determination coefficient test is known to be 0.667, which means that 66.7% of the variables of learning readiness and school environment have an influence on learning outcomes in social studies subjects of grade VIII students of SMP Private Nusantara Balimbingan Tanah Java. While 33.3% is the influence of other variables that were not studied in this study.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that learning readiness and school environment have a positive and together effect on the learning outcomes of social studies subjects of grade VIII students of Nusantara Balimbingan Private Junior High School in Java.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between negative (deviant) student behavior and the learning achievement of grade XI students at Taman Madya (SMA) Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population of this study is grade XI students at Taman Madya (SMA) Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar with a total of 261 students. The research sample was 43 students. The sample was determined from students who had been recorded in BK (Guidance Counseling) records as a result of behavior that was not in accordance with school rules with a total of 43 students. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire (questionnaire).The results of this study state that there is a relationship between negative (deviant) student behavior and student learning achievement in class XI at Taman Madya (SMA) Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar. The relationship is evidenced by the results of the sig value of 0.032 <0.05 which indicates a relationship between the two variables, as well as evidenced by the results of the pearson correlation which has a negative effect of 0.327. This value after being interpreted using the correlation interpretation criteria, the pearson correlation is in the range (0.20-0.399) which is interpreted as included in the category of having a low correlation which means that the two variables are clearly related but small.

Abstract

This research aims to gain knowledge regarding the influence of study habits and peer environment on learning outcomes in Class XI Economics subjects at SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar. This research is of a quantitative type with the testing media used is SPSS 24. The sampling technique used a saturated sample of 106 students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Instrument testing uses normality tests and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis testing, namely multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination.Data from research and management of partial test data (t-test) shows that the variable The variable Management of simultaneous test data (f-test) shows that F_count is 23.090 > F_table is 3.08, so it can be concluded that learning discipline and learning motivation have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation and learning discipline on the learning achievement of ninth grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Siantar. The variables in this study are learning motivation and learning discipline as independent variables and learning achievement as the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach, with a research population of all 9th grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar and a research sample of IX-3 and IX-2 students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar consisting of 53 students selected using Simple random sampling (Slovin formula). Data collection techniques using instruments: (1) learning motivation questionnaire, (2) discipline questionnaire, and (3) learning achievement in the form of Economics daily test scores.The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation on learning achievement, this result can be seen in the t test where the tcount value of learning motivation (3.374)> ttable value (1.67528) which means that the variable is significant. (2) there is a positive and significant effect of learning discipline on learning achievement, this result can be seen in the t test where the tcount value of learning discipline (3.272)> ttable value (1.67528) which means that the variable is significant. (3) learning motivation and learning discipline together affect learning achievement, this result can be seen in the F test where the Fcount value (6.600) > than the Ftable value (2.79). The RSquare coefficient of determination test is known to be 0.216, which means that 21.6% of the learning motivation and learning discipline variables affect the learning achievement of class IX students at SMP negeri 1 Siantar and the remaining 78.4% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study.
