Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country where most of the population works in agriculture, especially the horticulture and sub-sector of vegetable farming has the potential to increas farmers’ income through increasing the productivity. However the vegetable farming has some obstacles. To solve the obstacles or the problems and improve agriculture, Indonesia has carried out various ways, one of the many various ways is collaborating with superior countries in agriculture such as the Netherland. Vegimpact is an Indonesia-Netherland cooperation programme in agriculture to improve food security and increase vegetable productivity in order to increase farmers’ income and welfare. This study uses qualitative research methods that are descriptive analysis. The data used in the study are primary and secondary data. The primary data was obtained from websites of related institutions that have relevance to the research. And secondary data is obtained from literature studies such as books, scientific journals, theses, papers, newspapers, and documents or any related materials. The theoretical framework used in this research is the perspective of liberalism, level of analysis of the nation-state, and the theory is international cooperation. This study desribes the international cooperation carried out by Indonesia and the Netherland through the Vegimpact program to improve agriculture in Indonesia. to achieve its objectives, this program forms partnerships in Indonesia and intervenses through formulated work packages. The formulation of the work package for the Vegimpact program is adjusted to the Vegimpact problems that occur in the Indonesian agricultural sector, especially the horticulture sector and the vegetable farming sub-sector. The Vegimpact program helps Indonesia to improve food security, improve the private sector and also increase vegetable productivity in Indonesia.  Keywords: Vegimpact, International Cooperation, Agriculture, Productivity, Vegetable

Abstract

This writing aims to explain how the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) as an international organization that handles environmental problems in collaboration in handling the use of plastic waste, especially in the Bali beach area which is one of the province of tourism.            This study used a qualitative descriptive method of study with the perspective of pluralism and in clarity with the theory of the international organization. Data – Data obtained through library reviews, other books, articles, websites and so on.             Analysis of researchers concluded that the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) has been working on the environmental damage caused by plastic waste on the beach in Bali by doing cooperation with the Government of Indonesia and the government of Bali, this is in the prove with the issuance of law No. 18 year 2008 ON WASTE Management, issuing KLHK Circular letter No. S. 1230/PSLB3-PS/2016 on price and implementation mechanism of paid plastic bags. Perda No. 1 Year 2017 about PPLH on environmental protection and management, regulation of the governor of Bali No. 97 year 2018 on the time limitation of disposable garbage and WWF has also done cooperation with transportation companies such as Blue Bird, this is evidenced by the Blue Bird issued The policy no straw movement, no glass or bottle And WWF also cooperate with Gojek and this is proved by making a bag of introduction is specially designed to store and deliver food, so there is no need to use disposable plastic bags. Keywords: Law, WWF, the Indonesian Government

Abstract

This research describes about the effect of Kyoto Protocol Ratification toward economy partnership agreement Japan-Indonesia. Economy partnership agreements between Japan and Indonesia have a significant progress not only in trading but also investment.The research method applies qualitative descriptive method, liberalism perspective and Foreign Direct Investment theory. The author collected data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and website to analyze the effect of Kyoto Protocol Ratification toward economy partnership agreement Japan-Indonesia.The conclusion of this research is Japan-Indonesia Partnership Agreements increasing number of environmentally friendly investment in Indonesia through JCM project. Through this JCM project, Japan and Indonesia could to enforce the purpose of Kyoto Protocol. So that, the economy agreement Japan-Indonesia aside from to grant advantages for both of this Country, but also grant the good effect for the environment.Key words: Kyoto Protocol, Investment, Trade, Economy partnership agreement , environmentally friendly, JCM Project.

Abstract

This research describes the securitization aspect Government of Malaysia to anticipation of human trafficking in South East Asia in 2010-2014. Nowdays human trafficking are one of criminalization form, and South East Asia regions are the region that has increase of human trafficking. The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the securitization aspect Government of Malaysia to anticipation of human trafficking in South East Asia. The theories applied in this research are security and securitization concept. The conclusion of this research are the securitization aspect Government of Malaysia to anticipation of human trafficking in South East Asia are create a regulations about human trafficking in Malaysia, Government of Malaysia rativication of regulation about trafficking in person, Government of Malaysia deall international agreement with ASEAN to anticipation the human trafficking case.Key words: securitization, human, trafficking, South East Asia.

Abstract

The problem of import plastic garbage describes that there is interest conflict between Netherland (exporter) and Indonesian (importer). Netherland doesn’t tend to process the produced plastic garbage and industry wastes, because the processing budget is enough expensive, moreover if the garbage includes dangerous and poisonous material. The easiest way to solve the garbage problem is exporting it into the third world countries including Indonesia.The method of data collecting is done by collecting secunder data, then analyzed in qualitative to obtain the draft about the main problem by using deductive method. The method of this research is the method of qualitative descriptive. The data is obtained through secunder data such as, book, journal, magazine, newspaper and website.From the result of research, that the coping with the plastic garbage import from Netherland that is implemented by Indonesian’s government by determining the Government Regulation Nr. 101 Year 2014 and doing the research project in developing innovative technology to collect the garbage in the river and the estuary through river clean up mechanism and paid plastic policy control. The use of plastic garbage is an effort to press the plastic removal and in certain limit increasing the dependency of import material.Keywords: Plastic garbage, Industry waste, Basel Convention

Samsung’s smartphone could defeat product of Apple Inc, Research inMotion (RIM) Coorperation, and the other phone’s Companies. This research wasconducted using library research methods where the data and information areobtained from sources that are relevant to this problem of the research. Thisresearch uses qualitative analysis and to analyze the strategy of Samsung GroupCompany is used competitive adventage theory by Michael E. Porter. Abstract

This is an analysis of study of international political economy. It discusses the implementation of foreign direct investment by the RGE group in China through its business unit Asia Symbol Shandong and Asia Symbol Guangdong. RGE group is an MNC (Multinational Corporation) which was established in Indonesia in 1973 and started investment activities in China in 2002. This study aims to determine the implementation of the RGE group CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program in China through ASIA SYMBOL in the 2013 period -2018.                This research uses neoliberalism prespective, and its supported by Corporate Social Responsibility theory. This research applies qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques in this research are media interviews and literature study.                              This research show the implementation of the RGE CSR group in China through Asia Symbol companies in the form of company contributions to every part of the life of the local community. Abstract

This research describes the role of international organization for migration in antisipated human trafficking in Indonesia in 2010-2014. The growth of human trafficking case in Indonesia has incerase a significant, nowdays Indonesia as a state from and to a human trafficking. So the government of Indonesia have to do action to antisipation a case of human trafficking..The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the role of international organization for migration in antisipated human trafficking in Indonesia. This research aims to determine about is the role of Greenpeace towards the conservation of graywhale in South korean. Greenpeace is non-governmental organization that handels the environment case like the hunt of graywhale, sea, energy, forest and chemical disposalIn this research, the writer uses methode of qualitative and quantitative research. This research describes international organization that has function to make campaign of revolution movement to solve the extinction threat of graywhaleIn this research, the problem is about the role of Greenpeace towards the conservation of graywhale which the hunt of whale especially graywhale whose population gets more crisis. Abstract

This research discusses about Japan Interest Conducted Waste Water Cooperation With Environmental Official Of North Sumatera At Lake Toba On 2013 – 2014. This cooperation conducted by implemented kind of technology of Japan was Johkasou. The cooperation was happened because of Japan have special interest on economic and politic over lake Toba through Johkasou. This research used research eksplanation method because the researcher was used hypotesis in this research. Eksplanation reseach methods was used to analys corelation among variables of hypotesis. Technique to collect data were using field research and library research. Field research conducted by interviews with Consul General of Japan in city of Medan, Supervisor of Waste Water of Environmental Official of North Sumatera, and The Head Department of Waste Water of Environmental Official of North Sumatera. The rest data were collected from news, internet, magazine and journal. The researcher used international cooperation theory by Joseph Greico. The result of this research conclude that Japan Interest Conducted Waste Water Cooperation With Environmental Official Of North Sumatera Around of Lake Toba at 2013 – 2014 were Japan economic interest to extend the market of Johkasou trading, Japan political interest to harmonized friendship with Environmental Official of North Sumatera, Japan interest to build the image of technology of Johkasou in front of Indonesian society.Keywords: Economic Politic Interest, Johkasou, International Cooperation
