Abstract

PT. Sinar Sosro Pekanbaru Branch beam is packaged tea beveragecompany in Indonesia. The main activity of this company is mendistrubusikan andmarket products packaged tea beverage brands Sosro in Riau, West Sumatra andRiau Islands (KPW West Sumatra and Riau Islands). As a company sellingproducts Sosro beverage brands, the company would require the support of a goodquality of human resources. Good corporate HR can be seen from the employee'sability, or so-called employee performance.The efforts made by the company is focused on performance appraisal,performance appraisal which is a form of evaluation and creation of motivationthat comes from within the employee can improve the performance of theemployees themselves. High-performance employee owned, is a guarantee for thecompany's success in achieving its objectives.The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship betweenperformance appraisal with employee performance. This study uses quantitativedesktiptif correlation technique in which the data were collected throughquestionnaires to 84 respondents. Spearman rank analysis was then performed onthe data obtained.The results of research and hypothesis testing shows that there is asignificant positive relationship between performance appraisal with theemployee's performance in PT.Sinar Sosro Pekanbaru Branch. Through theSpearman rank correlation analysis note that the assessment of achievement andperformance has coefficient value of 0.562, which in the interpretation of thevalue of the correlation coefficient indicates there is a relationship betweenperformance appraisals and employee performance is being categorized.Keywords: Performance Assessment, Performance, Motivation

Abstract

This research was conducted on PT. Sinar Mulya Sejahtera, Pekanbaru city. The purpose of this study is to find the right marketing strategy to be applied in PT. Sinar Mulya Sejahtera with SWOT analysis.This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Where non population and sample. This study using key informan to obtain the information needed. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained from interview with the director PT. Sinar Mulya Sejahtera about the company profile and strategy of PT. Sinar Mulya Sejahtera.. Secondary data obtained from target sales and realized sales report.From the analysis conducted known that in recent years, product sales has decreased. The decrease can be happen because the company never knew and never do the analysis about market environment changes, market demand, and low marketing activities. SWOT analysis conducted to determine the strengths, weakness, opportuniteies, and threats in PT. Sinar Mulya Sejahtera. The marketing strategy formulated using SWOT Matrix. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Regional Office Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Pekanbaru Regional Office located in the Sudirman Block E Plot No.1, RT.01 / RW.01, Simpang Tiga village, subdistrict Bukit Raya.In this research method used is the method of statistical tests with SPSS, where samples were used that employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Pekanbaru Regional Office and as an informant to interview is with the HRD of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Regional Office Pekanbaru. To determine the sample using census techniques and data collection techniques with interviews and questionnaires.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability test, t-test, f, and multiple linear regression showed that transformational leadership style and organizational culture has an influence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Pekanbaru Regional Office with a value of 0.777 means that the influence of variable transformational leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance variables was 77.7%. Hypothesis testing results showed that the f-count is greater than f-table which means Ha accepted.Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance

Abstract

The research is done in Pharmacy Pekanbaru. Setting of the problem is How Service Are Quality In Business Pharmacy Pekanbaru. The purpose of this reseach is to find out quality service in Pharmacy Pekanbaru. Writter use kualitative deskriptive analysis method and some theories about service quality. Indicator used of this research are Tangibles, Reliability, Responsivness, Assurance and Emphaty as measurement of service quality in business pharmacy Pekanbaru. Data collecting technique is done interview and quisoner. Sampling is done by sampling accidental. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. DPN II Unit Sei Kuantan Kuansing with a problem in this research is the low employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 84 respondents to employees of PT. DPN II Unit Sei Kuantan Kuansing. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using SPSS by conducting validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hypothesis testing with t (partial) and F (simultaneous) testing. The results showed that the first hypothesis testing which is compensation for employee performance, namely tcount (8,118)> ttable (1.989), meaning that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. second work discipline on employee performance is tcount (9.836)> ttable (1.989), meaning that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the test Fcount (60.838)> Ftable (3.11) means that compensation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Compensation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and employee involvement and its effect on organizational commitment (Case study of medical employees of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru). This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool which was distributed to 57 medical employee respondents at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekabaru. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSs by performing validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis (R2), and hypothesis testing with t test (Partial Test) and F test ( Simultaneous test).               The results showed that testing the hypothesis of organizational culture had a significant effect on organizational commitment of medical employees of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, job involvement had a significant effect on organizational commitment of medical employees of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, organizational culture and work involvement had a significant effect on organizational commitment of medical employees of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Employee Involvement, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This study was conducted at PT. Asuransi Wahana Tata Cabang Pekanbaru is located on Jl. Jend Sudirman No.374, Pekanbaru Riau, which is a company enganged in insurance. The purpose of this study wor to determine the effect of the implementation of the performance evaluation of employed performance on Asuransi Wahana Tata cabang Pekanbaru. The research methods include the location of the research conducted at Asuransi Wahana Tata Cabang Pekanbaru, types and sources of data used was primer data, where the data was obtained directly from the company, among others target achievment of data and premi realization and the number of polis from the years 2011-2013, and a general over view of the company, while the analysis of the data using descriptive statistical analysis method that uses a simple liniear regelasi analysis, correlation test, test coefficient of determination.Based on the research that has been dot cant be obtained correlation r=0,721 it this stated variable free and of determinationcoeficient R Squaare of 0,520. That is the fulfillment of a variable contribution of achievment by 52% while the remaining 48% in influenced by other variable not induded in this study. And dont test reults are t (4, 417>t table (2,101)and sig (0,000)< 0,05. This means performance appraisal were significant affect on the performance of employees.From the research, leader should be cultivated asuransi wahana tata cabang pekanbaru cant pay more attention to it this employees at work, with the hope that future employees can have high work, that will postively impact the company.Keyword:achivmentassessment,empl oyed, PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 61 respondents at the Tampan Mental Hospital Pekanbaru. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 23 by conducting validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hypothesis testing by t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous).The results showed that the first hypothesis testing is organizational culture on employee performance, namely t arithmetic (3.883)> t table (2.001), meaning that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Second, the work environment is t arithmetic (4,723)> t table (2,001), meaning that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. F test results (14.926)> F table (3.16) means that the organizational culture and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of employee placement, work incentives on employee job satisfaction at the Mental Hospital Tampan Provinsi Raiu. The sample in this study was taken as many as 72 respondents and the technique used was census. The data in this study used a survey method through questionnaires filled out by employees. Data obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that employee placement has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. And simultaneously the placement of work incentives has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Subsequent research is recommended to use other methods in examining employee job satisfaction, for example through in-depth interviews with respondents. Keywords: Employee Placement, Work Incentives, and Employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This Study aimed to describe the influence of leadership style transformational and organizational culture to job satisfaction at the RSI Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru. Leadership style transformational as variable (X1), organizational culture as variabel (X2), and job satisfaction as variabel (Y). The menthod in this research is descriptive and quntitative using SPSS 21, Where the sample use are 68 nurses performed by proposional sampling method and data collection technique through questionnaires.From the results of the data analysis that includes a test of validity, reability, determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, test t, and test f.So it can be concluded that leadership style transformational has significant effect on job satisfaction on RS Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru, organizational culture has significant effect on job satisfaction on nurse RS Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru, leadership style transformational and organizational culture have significant effect to job satisfaction on nurse RSI Ibnu Sina PekanbaruKeyword: Leadership Style Transformational, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction
