Abstract

Internal communication is considered necessary to improve employee job satisfaction, because if the communication that exists between management and employees as well as fellow employees in harmony, it will create a pleasant climate so that employees can be comfortable in the work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of internal communications on employee job satisfaction in the production of PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Sei. Kuko, Benai, Kuantan Singingi.The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a population of 135 people and the number of samples is 58 respondents. The data obtained through observation, questionnaires and interviews were measured using a Likert scale.The results of this research indicate that the influence of internal communications on employee job satisfaction in the production of PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Sei. Kuko shows the corresponding criteria.Keywords : The Influence, internal communication, job satisfaction.

Kasmiruddin M.SiCohesivitas is forces of interaction of members of a group into a motivation for each member and it is important for a group. Cohesivitas shown in the form of hospitality, among members of a group they usually happy together. Each member feel free to give opinions and " he advised. In this an assumption that cohesisvitas good will create productivity.Productivity is an impulse to try and develop themselves and have guidelines thought that the achievement of an aim must be coöperation or integrity of elements relevant as a system constituted by pengorban to maximum results.The result showed that kohesivitas influential favorably to productivity. Abstract

This study aims at the influence of work supervision and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Kamadjaja Logistics Pekanbaru. Work supervision variable as a variable (X1), work motivation as a variable (X2) and performance as a variable (Y). This research method is descriptive quantitative using the SPSS 22 program, where the sample used is 62 employees using accidental sampling techniques and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. From the results of the data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression test, t test, f test so that it can be concluded that partially work supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially working motivation. positive and significant effect on employee performance, work supervision and employee motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Kamadjaja Logistics Pekanbaru. Keywords: Motivation, organizational learning, organizational commitment

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze the stress of work, management support and job satisfaction of employees in the production of PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Pekanbaru as well as to determine the effect of work stress and management support on employee job satisfaction in the production of PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Pekanbaru. Production employees at PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Pekanbaru have high levels of job stress high enough. Management support to the production employees at PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Pekanbaru rated still many shortcomings. This causes a lack of job satisfaction of employees in the production of PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Pekanbaru. The results of the analysis with SPSS, showed that the relationship between Work Stress (X1) and Management Support (X2) with Employee Satisfaction Part Production (Y) have a very strong relationship level. In addition work stress variable (X1) more dominant production employee job satisfaction (Y) at PT. Duta Palma Nusantara Pekanbaru compared with management support variable (Y).Keyword : job stress, management support, job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of seniority and loyalty to promotion of position on Toyota car dealer employees at PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru. The sampel in this study were taken 53 respondents and the technique used purposive sampling. The data in this study used survey method through quetionnaires falled by employees. The data obtained of questionnaire tested through SPSS16 program. The results of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (R2), individual significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test) so it can be seen that seniority variable had a positive effect on promotion of position variable, seniority variable influences variable promotion of position , and a significant influence between seniority and loyalty variable promotion of position. The results shows R Square is the coefficient of determination and obtained R Square velue of 0,838. That is, seniority and loyalty effect promotion of position by 83,8%.\Keywords : Seniority,Loyalty and Promotion of Position

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and conflict to performance of employees at PT Pos Indonesia KC Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. This type of research used in this research is the explanation (explanatory research) with a quantitive approach to describe the relationship between variable through hypothesis testing. This study used a quostionnare as a data collection tool that is distributed to 30 respondents from PT Pos Indonesia KC Pekanbaru.Based on the result of research conducted, the partial job stress has a significant effect on employee performance PT Pos Indonesia KC Pekanbaru, partial variable conflict is not significantly influence employee performance PT Pos Indonesia KC Pekanbaru, as shown by the significant value greater than 0, 05. And simultaneous assessment of job stress and conflict have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on research obtained the degree of correlation of 0.495 which indicates that the level of relationship between the independent variable on the dependent variable has a strong relationship and R² values obtained at 0.245 or 24.5%. This means that employee performance PT Pos Indonesia KC Pekanbaru influenced by the job stress and conflict amounted to 24.5%.Keywords: Job Stress, Conflict, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of situational leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction (study on Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru). Situational leadership style as Variable (X1), Work Motivation as Variable (X2) and Job Satisfaction as a variable (Y).The method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where the samples used are employees of Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru that is as much as 56 respondents. In accordance with opinion (Roscoe, 2009) that the appropriate size in the study is 30 to 500. That number can already represent the population. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and motivation toward organizational commitment of employees of PT. Bank BTN Branch Pekanbaru. Where there are two independent variables are kepemipinan transformational style and motivation and the dependent variable organizational commitment. The population in this study were permanent employees at the Employee PT. BTN Bank Branch Pekanabaru. Sampling the census method as many as 81 people. The research data in the form of primary data and secondary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument. Analysis of the data used by using SPSS. Results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t-test, test of determination (R2), and F. Test results showed that transformational and motivational style kepemipinan simultaneously significant effect on organizational commitment. this can be seen from the F-count = 52.867 > F-table = 3.11. So that the figures obtained R2 (R Squar) of 0.325 or 32.5%. This shows that the percentage contribution of independent variables (transformational leadership and motivation) on the dependent variable (organizational commitment) of 32.5%. While the remaining percentage of 67.5% (100% -32.5) is influenced by other variables not included in this study variables.Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation, Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management in moving the company. In a company managing human resources properly is one way to increase employee performance. In achieving good performance, employees who have high work power are needed to anticipate the opportunities and challenges of an increasingly competitive business environment. This research was conducted at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru, Jalan Imam Munandar No. 17, Tangkerang Utara, Kec. Bukit Raya Pekkanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of employee performance at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru. The research sample was taken as many as 76 respondents but due to the impact of Covid19, the researcher only obtained 36 respondents using the census method. In this research, the methods used are descriptive and quantitative. The data obtained from the results of interviews and distributing questionnaires / questionnaires were then tested by SEM and PLS analysis. . Data analysis using linear regression analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. From the results of the tests carried out, it shows that job performance appraisal has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, job performance appraisals have a positive and significant effect on job promotion, job promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job performance assessment through job promotion has a simultaneous effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Job Performance Assessment, Job Promotion, Employee Performance

Abstract

 This study aims to determine how much the influence of organizational climate and work motivation on the job satisfaction. Samples in this study were taken as many as 52 respondent and in this study used a Simple Random Sampling. Using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that organizational climate has a significant on the job satisfaction. Work Motivation has a significant on the job satisfaction. And simultaneously organizational climate and work motivation have a significant effect on the job satisfaction.
