Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education and training on the performance of employees of PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta Pekanbaru. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 29 employees of PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta Pekanbaru. Data from the questionnaire were further processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 25 by conducting validity, reliability testing, simple linear analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing consisting of t test (partial).       The results of this study indicate that the results of the first hypothesis testing namely education and training on employee performance shows t arithmetic (2.509)> t table (2.09302), meaning that education and training affect employee performance. Keywords: Education and Training, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of human resources in a company to be able to produce quality products amid business competition in the era of globalization. Human resources are an important role for the success of the PTPN V Unit Terantam Kampar Palm Oil Mill, because humans are living assets that need to be maintained and developed. To increase work productivity, company employees must pay attention to what factors serve as a support in influencing employee performance. This research was conducted at PTPN V Unit Terantam Kampar Palm Oil Mill. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of performance of employees in the production department at the PTPN V Unit Terantam Kampar Palm Oil Mill. The research sample was taken as many as 63 respondents using the sampling method. In this research, the methods used are descriptive and quantitative. The data obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires / questionnaires were then tested with statistics through the SPSS program. The method of analysis used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis, and through validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained are that supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and supervision and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the PTPN V Palm Oil Mill Unit Terantam Kampar. Keywords: Supervision, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and social security on employee morale (Case Study on HR Employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru). Morale is the desire and seriousness of a person to do their job well and to be disciplined to achieve maximum productivity so that company goals can be achieved. To increase employee morale, it is necessary to first investigate what factors affect employee morale. Where the independent variables in this study are incentives and social security, and the dependent variable is morale. The population in this study were employees of PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru with a sample of 105 people who were calculated using the method of Issac and Michael. Types and sources of data in the study were primary data and secondary data using questionnaires, interviews and company documents. The data analysis used is to use the help of the SPSS ver 26 application for windows. The results showed that partially incentives and social security had a significant effect on employee morale and simultaneously incentives and social security had a significant effect on employee morale of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru's human resources.Keywords: Incentives, social security, moral

Abstract

In an effort to improve employee work, companies need to pay attention to employee welfare, one of which is by providing incentives as a form of encouragement and reward from employees' work results while working. This research was conducted at PT BPR Unisritama, Pekanbaru which is located at Soekarno Hatta Street, Pekanbaru, Riau Province. This research aims to determine the effect of Incentives on Employee Performance at PT BPR Unisritama, Pekanbaru working in the operational field. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis method with SPSS program. The sample in this study is a number with a research population of 39 people using census methods that are distributed to all employees of the operational section at PT BPR Unisritama, Pekanbaru. The analysis tools in this study use validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test. This study showed that incentive variables had an impact on employee performance of 16,428 with a signification rate of 0.000. Based on the results of determination known coefficient of determination of 0.879 with the sense that the contribution of incentive variable influence on employee performance in the operational section of PT BPR Unisritama, Pekanbaru is 87.9% while the remaining amount of 13.1% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and organizational commitment on employee performance at Hotel Tjokro Pekanbaru. This research is located at Hotel Tjokro Pekanbaru. The population in this study includes employees of the Tjokro Pekanbaru Hotel in 2020, totaling 43 employees. The sample used is the census technique. Data analysis used statistical analysis with the help of SPSS. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. Data testing techniques in this study include validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test and f-test to test and prove the hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that Career Development and Organizational Commitment have an influence on Employee Performance at Tjokro Hotel Pekanbaru. Based on the results of the study, obtained an R Squere value of 0.401, meaning that 40% of career development variables and organizational commitment have an effect on employee performance at Tjokro Hotel Pekanbaru.   Keywords: Career development, organizational commitment, employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of occupational safety and health (OHS) and work motivation to work productivity of production employees at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan, Kampar Regency. Occupational safety and health (OHS) and work motivation as independent variables (X1X2) while work productivity as the dependent variable (Y). This research was conducted at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan, Kampar Regency, located at Raya Petapahan street, km 27, Kampar, Riau. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Data obtained from secondary data by the company and primary data through questionnaire measured by a likert scale then processed with SPSS version 22. The sample of this study was 60 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression analysis.            The result showed that occupational safety and health (OHS) had an effect on work productivity with a value of t count > t table (12.270 > 2.00172) and significance (0.000 < 0.05). work motivation has an effect on work productivity with t value > t table (10.579 > 2.00172) and significance (0.000 < 0.05). Occupational safety and health (OHS) and work motivation affectape productivity with F value > F table (101.176 > 3.16) and significance (0.000 < 0.05). It can be concluded that occupational safety and health (OHS) and work motivation simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the work productivity of employees at PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at Hotel of Fortress Pekanbaru. This Research aim to toknow the organizational climate influence to loyalitas work the employees of Hotel of Fortress Pekanbaru. Organizational Climate as independent variable ( X) And loyalitas work as variable dependen ( Y). this research take the responder amount as much 45 people.In this research, data obtained use the koesioner with the scale penggukuran use the scale likert is later on processed and analysed to use the validity test, test the reliabilitas, analyse the statistic of like simple linear regression analysis, test the t, analyse the correlation and determinasi by using aid of application SPSS.Result of this research is result of hypothesis test the t, t calculate ( 6,410)> tables of ( 2,017). This matter is menunjukan that organizational climate have an in with the loyalitas work the employees. Where value of coefficient of determinasi menunjukan that intensive variable give the contribution to variable loyalitas work equal to 48,9% while the rest of equal to 51,1% influenced by other;dissimilar variable which is not discussed in this research.Keywords : Organizational climate, Loyalitas work , Organization chart

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the conduct promotions on employee job satisfaction PTPN V Pekanbaru. Promotion as an independent variable (X) has been formulated that is viewed from the aspect of honesty, discipline aspect, the aspect of job performance, loyalty aspects, educational aspects, aspects of leadership and communicative aspects. While employee satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). This study was conducted on all employees of the Head Office PTPN V Pekanbaru 83 people.Data obtained from questionnaires and subsequently processed to then be tested using statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination using SPSS.The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing t greater than t table that is 14.098 > 1.66. This shows that the implementation of the promotion effect on employee job satisfaction. The magnitude of the effect of the implementation of the promotion on employee job satisfaction PTPN V Pekanbaru Head Office is at 71%.Keywords: Job Of Promotion, Employees Performance

Abstract

Stars shoes shop at Marpoyan Pekanbaru department are one of trade business that work under Stars International Company in Surabaya. This trade business work in footwear sector or retail business. More rivalry in trade business that make a challenge for this trade business to always get compete and hold out into rivalry business.This research are purpose to know SWOT analysis and strategy for increase competitiveness along with assembling SWOT analysis. This research are description method with kind of the study research example and data collection are doing by interview and give questioner to some people that include in this research.From SWOT analysis, we know that score of IFAS is 2,84 and score of EFAS is 2,97. It means that if this score are in SWOT diagram, the research indicate that this trade business are in quadrant 1 position. It means that the strongest of this trade business have a circles opportunity and much more power can use to make that opportunity. The higher score for SWOT matric is 4,35 that decide for this trade business. Advisable to apply the SO strategy for defend that trade business to keep on that sector.Keywords : Business Strategy, SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat), SWOT Analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee job satisfaction in PT. Traktor Nusantara Pekanbaru Branch. The independent variable consists of organizational culture (X1) and work environment (X2). Meanwhile, what is used as the dependent variable (Y) is job satisfaction. This study uses a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test. Data analysis using linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software.            The population in this study were 40 employees of PT. Traktor Nusantara Pekanbaru Branch where the whole use the sample using the census method. The test results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and organizational culture and work environment simultaneously influence job satisfaction. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction.
