Abstract

Democratic style of leadership is the ability to influence others to want work together to achieve purpose set by way of various activities to be carried out jointly determined between leaders and subordinates. Leaders established it self as a controller, regulatory and supervisory from such organizations do not impede the rights of subordinates to argue. Spirit work is the willingness of each individual or group to cooperate with enterprising, discipline, and sense of responsibility in carrying out its intended purpose.The research was conducted at RSUD Salak Kab. Pakpak Bharat is located in Jalan Raja David, Kec. Salak Kab.Pakpak Bharat. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effect democratic style of leadership about spirit work medical staff at RSUD Salak Kab. Pakpak Bharat.The method used in this research was descriptive and quantitative with SPSS program, Where the sampleused is all medical staff RSUD Salak Kab. Pakpak Bharat in 2014, and as a source of informationis the HRD, SIE data, information and medical records. To determine the sample using census method. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and questionnaires.The results of data analysis includestest validity, reliability, andsimple linear regression, Democratic styleof leadership in this research include the involvement of employeesin decision-making, superior and subordinate relationships. Each one has an indicator interrelated and influence positively about spirit work medical staff in RSUD Salak Kab. Pakpak Bharat. The results of this research concluded, t value (6,224) > t tabel (1,990) and Sig. (0,000) < 0,05.This means that the democratic style of leadership variable significant effect of spirit work.Keyword : democratic style ofleadership , spirit work

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee morale parts service at PT. United Tracktor Tbk Pekanbaru. From the results of this study concluded that the working environment at PT. United Tractor Tbk Pekanbaru simultaneous effect on employee morale parts service for 46.2%, while the remaining 53.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Data obtained from questionnaires and subsequently processed to then be tested using statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination using SPSS 17. Results of this study showed that the known t (9073)> t table (1.985) and Sig. (0,000) <0.05. That is unacceptable and the hypothesis states that the working environment have a significant effect on morale.Keywords: Work Environment, Morale, Employee Part Service, PT. United Tracktor

Abstract

Each company’s goods and services will not be apart from the problem ofdistribution of goods produced. The manufacturer reserves the right to determine distributionpolicy which will be selected and adjusted with the type of goods as well as the extent of asales force that will be used. If the firm is in the increasingly sharp competition, companiesmust immediately conduct a study of its market. Market research aims to identify the needsand tastes of consumers and, if possible, stimulating demand and creating new agents. Andestablishment is successful in marketing if the company can market the stuff widely andevenly with a maximum benefit.Therefore, the management company is required to always remain responsive inadapting to continuous environmental change occurs and has effects on the economic state ofthe company, because that company is required to determine the effective distributionchannels. Abstract

This research was conducted by PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kampar Regency is located in the Tapung sub-district, Kampar Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and work discipline on the performance of employees of the production division of PT. RamaJaya Pramukti, Kampar Regency.        In this research, the method used is quantitative descriptive with SPSS 17 program. The sample in this study were all employees of the production division of PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Kampar Regency, amounting to 60 people. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaires (questionnaire). Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear analysis methods with the results of the study: Y = = 7,774 + 0.486X1 + 0.178X2.       The research that has been conducted shows that the respondents' responses to supervision, work discipline and employee performance are in good categories. As for the (t) test that has been conducted, it shows that the variables of supervision and work discipline partially have a significant effect on employee performance. And the results of the F test show that simultaneously supervision and work discipline for the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained R Square value of 0.432 on employee performance. This shows that supervision and work discipline have an effect of 43.2% on employee performance, while the remaining 56.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Supervision, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Style of leadership is the ability to direct, influence, encourage and control others orsubordinates to be able to do something on his consciousness and voluntary work inachieving a certain goal. A leader in the company's leadership is very important because aperson's leadership the company leaders will affect the overall performance of employees inevery aspect, in which the employee's performance will have an impact in achievingcorporate goals. Looking at the times of rapid change, the most effective style is situationalleadership style where the leader must be able to adapt his style according to the situationand conditions.Performance is the result of work that can be accomplished by a person or group ofpeople in an organization, in accordance with the authority and responsibilities of each, inorder to achieve the goals of the organization in question legally, do not violate the law andin accordance with moral and ethical and evaluated by a particular person.This research was conducted at PT Pertamina (Persero) UP II Sungai Pakninglocated in Jalan Cendana, Pertamina complex, Sungai Pakning. The purpose of this researchwas conducted to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of employees ofPT Pertamina (Persero) UP II Sungai Pakning.In this research methodology used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, wherethe samples used were employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) UP II Sungai Pakning and as asource of information is the HRD and Manager. To determine the sample using Slovinformula, method of stratified proportional sampling. Data collection through interviews,observation and questionnaires.From the analysis of data that includes the test of validity, reliability, and simplelinear regression, situational leadership style in this study includes four components of boththe telling, selling, partivipating, and delegating. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to review singer determine the effect trademark association (x1) and product characteristics (x2) against brand loyalty (y) on light beverage products cocacola ( consumer perception study pekanbaru ) . Singer research method is quantitative hearts with using spss 21 , where samples which are used namely consumer the product consumes cocacola with counted 100 orangutan respondents sampling technique is accidental sampling using the formula slovin . Research results show that the test results operating simultaneous tin from the findings of f count is 108.065 while f tables 3.090 . It singer means f count> f table and significant value 0,000 < alpha of 0.05 . Means the association brands and products operating characteristics simultaneously influence significantly operate against brand loyalty on products soft drinks cocacola .Keywords : Associate Brands , Product Characteristics , Brand Loyalty

Abstract

This research was conducted at Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. Sudirman street, No. 371-373 Pekanbaru. Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru chosen as the study site because the Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru has a problem that significant that room occupancy rate in the last 5 years did not achieve the targets set by the hotel. The purpose of this research was conducted to know the effect of brand image on consumer interest Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. To determine the effect on the promotion of consumer interest Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. To determine the influence of Brand Image and Promotion of the consumer interest Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru.In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where samples were used that customers Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru and as a source of information is the HRD, Front Office and Manager of marketing. To determine the sample using the formula Slovin, sampling with accidental sampling method. Techniques of collecting data through interviews, observation and questionnaires.From the analysis of the results of hypothesis testing using SPSS, I found that the variable brand image has a positive and significant impact on sales room Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. Based on the results of testing on the hypothesis that the two obtained partial variables promotion has a strong influence in affecting the sales room Hotel Prince. Based on the testing of hypotheses 3 which says brand image and promotion are the factors that affect the sales room Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru accepted.Keywords: Brand Image, Promotion and Consumer Interests

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and incentives on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study used questionnaires and interviews in data collection and was distributed to 44 respondents at Hotel Resty Menara Pekanbaru. The data is processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis through SPSS by testing the validity, reliability, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression, determination (R2), t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). This study shows the results that the t test with the variable career development and incentives partially has a significant effect on employee performance and for the results of the F test shows that simultaneously career development and incentives have a significant effect on employee performance with an R Square value of 0.752. This shows that career development and incentives have an effect of 75.2% on employee performance while the remaining 24.8% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Career Development, Incentives, Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work involvement on job satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This study uses a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data distributed to 71 respondents to the nurse at mother and child hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 16 by conducting validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing by testing t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous).The results that the first hypothesis testing was work motivation for job satisfaction, t count (32,350) > t table (2,760), meaning that work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, work involvement is t count (7,150) > t table (2,760), meaning that work involvement has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The result of the F test count (757,712) > F table (3,139), meaning that work motivation and work involvement simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Involvement, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Resty Menara Pekanbaru Hotel where located on Sisingamangaraja,No. 102,Pekanbaru. The problem of this study is the target of the hotel room occupancy has not been achieved in the last four years, this is allegedly influenced by employee performance. This Study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and emotional intelligence on employee performance in Resty menara Pekanbaru hotel.This study is using descriptive and quantitative analysis with the help of SPSS program. The target population comprised of 51 employees in Resty Menara Pekanbaru Hotel. The sampling chosen is based on census method that 51 persons that taken from overall target population. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. To test the hypothesis in this study is using simple linear analysis and analysis of multiple linear.The result of research indicates that for the t test, organizational culture and emotional intelligence partially have a significant effect on employee performance. And the result of F test indicates that organizational culture and emotional intelligence simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, with R square value of 0.319. This shows that the organizational culture and emotional intelligence have an influence of 31.9% on employee performance, while the remaining 68.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Emotional Intelligence, Employee Performance.
