Abstract

E-commerce is the purchase, sale and marketing of goods or services through an electronic or internet system. For that the research aims to find out the influence of Price, Product Quality and Celebrity Endorser toward Online purchasing decision through social media Instagram. In this research taking samples intentionally using a quota sampling of 100 respondents from Surabaya college students. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling and the sampling method uses accidental sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. And the results of the research show that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variable price, product quality and celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions. To partially, the price has a not significant and negative value effect on purchasing decisions, while for product quality and celebrity endorser has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of price, trust and service quality on customer loyalty in car rental services in Gresik Regency. The data collection method used is questionnaire data with a quantitative approach. The research instrument uses a Likert scale and the technique used uses a Non-Probability Sampling technique with an Accidental Sampling approach. The population is all customers at car rental services in Gresik Regency by taking a sample of 110 customers. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS statistical test tool. The research results show that the Price Variable partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Car Rental Services in Gresik Regency. The trust variable partially has a significant effect on customer loyalty to car rental services in Gresik Regency. Partial service quality does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty to car rental services in Gresik Regency. The variables price, trust and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty to car rental services in Gresik Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT outsourcing employees. Rajawali Wira Waru. This causal associative research uses a quantitative approach with a research sample of all outsourcing employees who work at PT. RWW was 87 people (saturated sample). The data collection technique used was a questionnaire containing 4 questions relating to the respondent's personal data and 17 questions relating to the variables tested in this research. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The research results indicate that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables by 26.5%; work discipline variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables by 32%; and work motivation variables and work discipline variables simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables of 38.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the influence of religiosity and service quality on people's interest and decision to pay zakat through digital platforms. The research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study is all people who pay zakat through a digital platform with a sample of 97 respondents. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, documentation and other data. Data analysis uses SPSS analysis with the aim of testing the religiosity variable, service quality variable, community decision variable to pay zakat through digital platforms and public interest in paying zakat through digital platforms. The results of this study indicate that the religiosity variable and service quality variable greatly influence the interest and decision of the community to pay zakat through digital platforms because it makes it easier for people to pay zakat which can be done anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas, pelayanan, tarif premi terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan minat berasuransi syariah sebagai variabel intervening di Asuransi XYZ Syariah Cabang Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang bergabung di perusahaan asuransi XYZ Syariah Cabang Surabaya. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan kriteria (1) masyarakat yang sudah menjadi nasabah asuransi syariah , dan (2) berusia 17 – 50 tahun sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data menggunakan PLS dengan program SmartPLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah berasuransi, (2) Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah berasuransi, (3) Tarif premi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah berasuransi, (4) Religiusitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, (5) Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, (6) Tarif Premi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, (7) Religiusitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah melalui minat berasuransi syariah, (8) Pelayanan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah melalui minat berasuransi syariah, dan (9) Tarif premi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah melalui minat berasuransi syariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhiminat masyarakat menjadi nasabah pada bank syariah. Responden analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah warga padaKecamatan Gubeng Kota Surabaya sebanyak 100 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Insidentalsamplingyang menggunakan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti bila dipandang orang yang cocoksebagai sumber data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik dengan alat bantu SPSSversi 20.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji t diketahui bahwa secara parsial variabel pengetahuanberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat. Variabel lokasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidaksignifikan terhadap minat masyarakat. Variabel promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minatmasyarakat. Hasil secara simultan pengetahuan, lokasi, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minatmasyarakat menjadi nasabah pada bank syariah. Terdapat pengaruh yang dominanterhadap minat masyarakat menjadinasabah pada bank syariah ditunjukkan oleh variabel promosi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh religiusitas dankualitas layanan terhadap minat dan keputusan masyarakat membayar zakat melalui platform digital.Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruhmasyarakat yang membayar zakat melalui platform digital dengan sampel yang digunakan ada sebanyak97 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dandata lainnya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SPSS dengan tujuan menguji variabel religiusitas (X1),variabel kualitas pelayanan (X2), variabel keputusan masyarakat membayar zakat melalui platform digital(Y1) dan minat masyarakat dalam membayar zakat melalui platform digital (Y2). Hasil Penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa variabel religiusitas dan variabel kualitas layanan sangat berpengaruh terhadapminat dan keputusan masyarakat membayar zakat melalui platform digital karena membuat masyarakatlebih mudah dalam membayar zakat yang bisa di lakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja.

Abstract

This research aims to explore, analyze, and evaluate the implementation of halal certification for micro and small businesses through BPJPH (Indonesian Halal Certification Agency) and to understand how this certification process functions for these businesses in Surabaya from an Islamic economic perspective. Conducted as part of the Wijaya Putra University's Higher Education Research Strategic Plan for 2020–2024 in the field of Managing Innovation and creative Industry, this study utilizes a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection involved observation, interviews, and note-taking, followed by analysis stages including data collection, reduction, presentation, conclusion, and verification. The findings indicate that the BPJPH halal certification process for micro and small businesses in Surabaya in 2023, particularly for food products, involves several stages from online registration to certification approval after inspections and a Fatwa Commission hearing. From an Islamic economic standpoint, halal certification applies ethical principles such as aqidah, Siddiq, and Amanah, emphasizing the significance of halal food, assurance, security, and consumer protection for both consumers and business operators.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, economic growth, population on welfare in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period with zakat, infak, alms (ZIS) as moderation variables. This study used quantitative research using multiple regression analysis with moderated regression analysis (MRA) test. This study used secondary data in the form of monthly time series data. The data analysis technique is SEM using Partical Least Square (PLS). The result of this study is that inflation variables have a positive and significant effect on welfare in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. Inflation variables have a positive and significant effect on Zakat, Infaq, Alms (ZIS). Economic growth variables have a positive and significant effect on welfare in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. Economic growth variables have a positive and insignificant effect on Zakat, Infaq, Alms. The population variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the welfare in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. The population variable has a positive and insignificant effect on Zakat, Infaq, Alms (ZIS). Welfare variables in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period on Zakat, Infaq, Alms (ZIS) are positive and significant.

Abstract

This study discusses Islamic banking in increasing community empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pasuruan Regency, to find out the role of Islamic banking in increasing MSMEs in Pasuruan Regency and to find out MSMEs actors in utilizing Islamic banking to increase their business. The authors used a qualitative descriptive research type, namely field research conducted at the Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP Pandaan. There are two sources of data used in this study, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources are data obtained directly from customers Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pandaan. This data source comes from data obtained through interviews with informants and secondary data in research in the form of documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the existence of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pandaan provides results and impacts on MSMEs actors in Pasuruan Regency. This can be concluded because MSME actors are getting better and developing after financing at KCP Pandaan Sharia Bank. So the efforts made by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pandaan in increasing MSMEs are increasing products and marketing strategies through the Community Empowerment program.
