Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan dengan memberikan lembar survey kepada seluruh pengguna layanan, agar diketahui kemampuan Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan dalam beradaptasi dan berkembang terhadap pemberlakuan sistem pembelajaran dan pelayanan baru yaitu secara online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesuksesan yang telah dicapai selama penggunaan sistem online di Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan. adapun idikator yang akan digunakan antara lain sarana, kemampuan, keandalan, jaminan, dan sikap saat memberikan pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuatitatif. pendekatan kuantitatif dipilih agar bisa mengetahui secara langsung tingkat kepuasan penggunaan pelayanan secara detail. prosedur pelaksanaan penelitian secara keseluruhan yaitu melakukan studi pendahuluan, menentukan metode penelitian, melakukan pengumpulan data, setelah data terkumpul maka adak diolah agar bisa menjawab rumusan masalah. metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner, Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1841 jumlah sampel 95 teknik sampling yang digunankan proportionate stratified ramdom sampling Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahawa sarana fisik, kemampuan pegawai, keandalan pegawai, jaminan pegawai dan sikap berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan baik secara simultan dan parsial Abstract This research was conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Lamongan by providing survey to all service users, in order to know the ability of the University of Muhammadiyah Lamongan in adapting and developing to the implementation of a new learning system and services. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of success that has been achieved during the use of the online system at the University of Muhammadiyah Lamongan. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The quantitative approach was chosen in order to know directly the satisfaction level of service use in detail. The population in this study was 1841 the number of samples 95 sampling techniques used proportionate stratified ramdom sampling. The results of the study show that physical facilities, employee capabilities, employee reliability, employee guarantees and attitudes have an effect on student satisfaction at the University of Muhammadiyah Lamongan both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation on the performance of FEB lecturers at Muhammadiyah Lamongan University. Associative research is the type used in this study. The population and sample of this study were all FEB lecturers at Muhammadiyah Lamongan University, the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that work discipline had no effect on lecturer performance and motivation had an effect on the performance of FEB lecturers at Muhammadiyah Lamongan University.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has impacted changes in business activities. Trading activities that were previously carried out conventionally have now become completely digital. With this change, not all MSMEs have sufficient knowledge and ability to use social media. This causes MSME players who do not follow these changes to be unable to compete with other MSMEs that are already selling online. The purpose of this community service is to provide assistance in creating Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp social media accounts and then teach them how to promote and sell online on these accounts. The method used in this activity is the practice of creating social media accounts and uploading merchandise. The result of this activity is that UMKM Baby Fish Chips are able to sell online through the social media Facebook, Instagram and whatsapp.

Abstract

The majority of Ngujungrejo residents earn their livelihoods through farming, primarily producing rice and various types of fish. They typically sell the fish fresh at nearby markets. However, they encounter challenges during periods of abundant harvests, as oversupply leads to price drops and the risk of fish spoilage, especially tilapia. Additionally, there has been a rise in the number of job seekers over the past three years. The goal of this initiative is to enhance residents' entrepreneurial skills and understanding while improving their ability to process harvests into higher-value products. Methods employed include surveys, entrepreneurship workshops, training sessions on producing tilapia fish crackers, and evaluation. The outcome of this effort has been a 60% increase in knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship and a 75% improvement in skills related to tilapia fish production. This growth is anticipated to empower participants to establish home-based industries, consequently reducing the number of job seekers in the area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource management (HRM) strategies based on SWOT analysis in improving employee performance at CV Cendana, an LPG distribution company. A qualitative approach was used with interviews and direct observation methods to explore the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that affect the effectiveness of HR strategies. The results showed that employee loyalty, harmonious work culture, and flexible organizational structure are the company's main strengths. However, there are still weaknesses such as the absence of a structured training system and undocumented performance evaluations. External opportunities in the form of advances in digital training technology and government support can be utilized to improve training and HR development strategies. Through the mapping of SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies, this research provides applicable strategic recommendations for companies in building adaptive, competitive, and sustainable HR policies.

Abstract

Tumbuh kembang UKM di Indonesia perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari seluruh kalangan masyarakat. Perhatian tersebut dapat diwujudkan dalam bentuk dukungan dan pelatihan keterampilan. Terdapat banyak pelaku bisnis UKM yang belum mengenal cara pemasaran melalui platform digital, salah satunya Kelompok UKM Desa Pungging, Kecamatan Tutur, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Meski telah diketahui secara luas bahwa UKM yang menggunakan platform digital sebagai media pemasarannya diketahui meningkatkan penjualannya dan meluaskan jangkauan pasarnya. Oleh karena itu Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dari Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan, dan ITB Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan melakukan Pelatihan Pembuatan Website Toko Online pada para pelaku UKM di Desa Pungging tersebut. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahap berikut. Mulai dari persiapan, sosialiasi, kemudian pelatihan dan pemberian pemahaman pemasaran digital.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate organizational support as a boundary condition regulating the performance-related effects of transformational leadership, human capital, and effective collaboration among university lecturers in East Java Province, Indonesia. Grounded in the theoretical integration of Job Demands-Resources Theory and Social Exchange Theory, a quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted with 257 lecturers from both public and private institutions. Hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS. The findings confirm that all four direct effects transformational leadership, effective collaboration, organizational support, and human capital have significant positive effects on lecturer performance. Notably, organizational support significantly moderates the transformational leadership–performance relationship. Simple slope analysis revealed that the leadership effects transition from negligible under low institutional support to dominant under high support, indicating an approximately eight-fold difference in performance return per unit of leadership investment. Moderation through human capital and effective collaboration was not supported. This study contributes by reframing organizational support from a performance antecedent to a structural amplifier. It offers a theoretically grounded solution to the contextual inconsistencies documented in the higher education leadership literature and provides evidence-based guidance for integrated faculty performance management strategies.

Abstract

Household organic waste management remains a challenge because most organic waste is not utilized productively. This community service program aimed to improve the understanding and skills of Aisyiyah women in the Tikung Branch regarding the processing of organic waste into eco-enzyme. The activity was conducted over two days at Rumah Eco-Enzyme Kranji, Paciran, involving 32 participants. The program employed a participatory training approach through lectures, demonstrations, group practice, discussions, and reflections. Evaluation was conducted through direct observation, documentation, and informal interviews. The results showed that 29 participants were able to identify the main ingredients of eco-enzyme, 28 participants understood the production process, 27 participants recognized the fermentation period, and 30 participants understood the benefits of eco-enzyme for household and environmental purposes. All participants actively engaged in the practical sessions, and each group successfully produced an initial eco-enzyme fermentation solution. The program successfully increased participants’ knowledge, basic skills, and commitment to implementing household organic waste management practices.

Abstract

Abstrak: Anemia masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat terutama pada remaja putri. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang pentingnya tablet zat besi dalam pencegahan anemia melalui program edukasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan kesehatan dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara offline di MA Matholi’ul Anwar dengan jumlah peserta 51 siswi. Intervensi berupa penyuluhan menggunakan media powerpoint dan leaflet, dilanjutkan diskusi serta pembagian tablet zat besi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan setelah edukasi berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon (p < 0,05). Sebagian besar responden mengalami peningkatan jumlah jawaban benar antara pre-test dan post-test. Program edukasi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja putri terhadap pencegahan anemia.Abstract: Anemia is still a major public health problem, especially among adolescent girls. This community service activity aimed to increase students' knowledge about the importance of iron tablets in preventing anemia through an educational program. The method used was health education with a pre-test and post-test design. The activity was conducted offline at MA Matholi’ul Anwar involving 51 female students. The intervention included counseling using PowerPoint and leaflets, followed by discussion and distribution of iron tablets. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge after the intervention, as indicated by the Wilcoxon test (p < 0.05). Most participants experienced an increase in correct answers between pre-test and post-test. Educational programs are effective in improving knowledge and awareness of adolescent girls regarding anemia prevention.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in driving economic growth; however, many business owners still face challenges related to business legality, operational management, and the use of digital marketing. This community service activity aims to analyze the obstacles faced by the Tumbas Mindo Café, a micro, small, and medium enterprise located in Laren Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency, in order to increase brand awareness. This assistance program has a positive impact on operational effectiveness and the expansion of promotional reach through support in establishing business legality, as well as the development of written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which can improve business outcomes by implementing digital marketing strategies via social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. This mentoring can yield results such as established business legality, better-managed social media, and more focused human resource management; when integrated, these elements can enhance the professionalism of business management and strengthen the sustainable competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises.
