Abstract

This research seeks to explore and assess how gadgets are utilized in the early childhood education process at PAUD KB Cahaya Putra Tegalombo, Pacitan. It primarily focuses on the institution’s approach to effectively incorporating technology into learning and the strategies adopted to ensure gadget use contributes positively to children’s overall development. Employing a descriptive qualitative methodology, the study involves participants including teachers, the head of the PAUD, and parents. Data were gathered through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation regarding gadget use in learning activities, along with institutional policies. The results indicate that, when used appropriately, gadgets can enhance cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skills development in young children. However, the institution encounters challenges such as children's overreliance on gadgets, inadequate supervision, and infrastructural limitations. In response, the school enforces time restrictions on gadget use, promotes active teacher involvement, and integrates both online and offline learning methods. Furthermore, collaboration with external partners is undertaken to develop educational applications that are suitable for the children's age group. This study underscores the need for a comprehensive approach to integrating technology into early childhood education, ensuring that gadget use delivers optimal benefits without hindering physical and social growth. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami peran budaya dan bahasa dalam membentuk identitas diri siswa kelas 5 melalui perspektif berkhebinekaan global dan kreativitas. Studi ini menggali bagaimana interaksi dengan nilai-nilai budaya dan penggunaan bahasa dalam konteks global memberikan dampak signifikan pada proses pembentukan identitas pada tingkat usia ini. Pendekatan holistik diambil untuk mengakui bahwa keberagaman budaya global menjadi latar belakang utama dalam memahami identitas individu. Berkhebinekaan global dianggap sebagai konteks yang memperkaya, di mana siswa diundang untuk meresapi dan memahami keberagaman budaya dari seluruh dunia. Kreativitas diidentifikasi sebagai jembatan ekspresi yang kuat, memungkinkan siswa untuk menggali dan menyatakan aspek-aspek unik dari identitas mereka. Proses kreatif dilihat sebagai alat penting dalam penemuan diri, memungkinkan siswa untuk merumuskan dan menyampaikan identitas mereka dengan cara yang bervariasi dan unik. Kelas 5 dipilih sebagai fokus penelitian untuk memahami identitas siswa pada tahap perkembangan kognitif dan sosial khusus ini. Melalui studi ini, kita berharap untuk memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang bagaimana siswa di kelas 5 mengartikan, meresapi, dan menyatakan identitas mereka melalui interaksi dengan budaya, bahasa, keberagaman global, dan kreativitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pendekatan pendidikan yang inklusif dan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang proses pembentukan identitas pada tingkat usia ini.

Abstract

This study examines the opportunities and challenges encountered by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in adopting digital technologies within the framework of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Digital platforms present numerous benefits, including enhanced operational efficiency, expanded market reach, and increased potential for innovation. Nevertheless, MSMEs face several obstacles, such as inadequate infrastructure, limited digital skills, financial constraints, and concerns related to cybersecurity. To mitigate these challenges, the study recommends continuous digital training, infrastructure development, improved access to financing, and comprehensive cybersecurity awareness programs. These strategic initiatives are intended to support MSMEs in effectively navigating digital transformation, enhancing their competitiveness, and achieving long-term sustainability in the global digital economy.

Abstract

Digital technology has transformed tourism promotion, especially through digital marketing and storytelling. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the use of social media and e-commerce, with storytelling helping build emotional connections and improve destination images. In Indonesia, the Ministry of Tourism uses platforms like TikTok and Instagram for this purpose. Research in West Papua Barat Daya shows that short videos, photos, and blogs effectively raise awareness and attract tourists. Despite challenges like limited infrastructure and skills, digital storytelling remains a powerful and sustainable tool for tourism promotion.

Abstract

Penerapan model pembelajaran yang kurang menarik dan inovatif, mempengaruhi prestasi belajar materi bangun datar rendah. Salah satu alternatif dan inovasi dalam pembelajaran materi bangun datar adalah penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Guru sebagai pembimbing dan fasilitator sehingga siswa lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan prosedur meliputi, perencanaan, implementasi, observasi dan refleksi, dilakukan sebanyak 3 siklus. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar materi bangun datar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Pangkur Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII E SMP Negeri 1 Pangkur sejumlah 27 siswa. Penentuan subyek penelitian berdasarkan daftar nilai, observasi dan pretest ketika pra siklus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan metode tes berupa post test yang dilakukan setiap siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Dari data di atas dapat dijelaskan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa pada siklus I nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh yaitu 74,69 pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 84,69. Nilai terendah pada siklus I 30 meningkat menjadi 60 pada siklus II. Nilai tertinggi yang diperoleh siswa pada siklus I 80 meningkat menjadi 90 pada siklus II. Jumlah siswa yang tuntas yang semula 15 siswa pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 24 siswa pada siklus II sehingga ketuntasan klasikal juga mengalami peningkatan yang semula 55,56% pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 88,89% pada siklus II. Sedangkan prestasi belajar siswa materi bangun datar berdasarkan prosentase ketuntasan klasikal, pada siklus II prosentase siswa yang tuntas belajar mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I dan telah mencapai dan melebihi target yaitu 75% dari jumlah siswa, tuntas mencapai KKM = 70.

Abstract

Background of the study: This study investigates the main basis for public recognition of the merits of scientists, which has always been the system of scientific publications and citations. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the most cited publications focusing on SDGs and identify the publications that contribute the most to the SDGs to provide readers with useful historical information on current relevant research. Methods: This study used bibliometric analysis in a qualitative descriptive approach. A search of all databases and journals accessible in Elsevier’s Scopus was performed on May 31st, 2024. The document search was performed using the query “SDGs,” yielding 17.834 results. The most cited papers were identified, and data were extracted. All references contained within the most cited articles were collected. Findings: The most cited articles were published in 97 different journals from 13 countries. The most cited article is “Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2): An overview of viral structure and host response” by Astuti and Ysrafil, published in 2020 in the journal Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome: Clinical Research and Reviews with 691 citations and on SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being. The largest contribution of SDG insightful articles was contributed by articles on SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being). Included are a list of the most cited articles, the top seven journals these publications most frequently appeared in, the top institutional affiliations, the top international collaborations of the most cited publications, the trend of subject area on SDGs, and publications by Cite Score Quartile. Conclusion: The most cited works regarding SDGs have been found and examined in this study. For further research, this study will be used as a historical reference. This study will also provide a guide to facilitate effective SDG research and offer insight into the developments of SDG research.

Abstract

Dalam kerangka Kurikulum Merdeka, keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi sangat penting untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik menghadapi tantangan abad 21. Salah satu pembelajaran yang perlu dilatihkan pada peserta didik adalah pembelajaran berasis masalah, yang berkaitan dengan materi Perubahan Lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa permainan kartu yang diberi nama Growed Card berbasis Double Loop Problem Solving (DLPS) pada materi Perubahan Lingkungan untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik kelas X SMA yang layak, dilihat berdasarkan aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) menggunakan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop¸Disseminate) dengan uji coba terbatas yang dilakukan pada 20 peserta didik kelas X SMA di SMA Labschool Unesa 1. Analisis data yang dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Aspek kevalidan dilihat berdasarkan validitas Growed Card, aspek kepraktisan ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan aktivitas dan respon peserta didik, serta aspek keefektifan ditinjau dari ketuntasan hasil belajar dan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan aspek kevalidan dengan penilaian dari tiga validator memperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 100% dengan kategori sangat valid. Aspek kepraktisan dengan penilaian dari lima pengamat memperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 100% dan respon positif peserta didik sebesar 97,67% sehingga termasuk kategori sangat praktis. Aspek keefektifan media pembelajaran dapat dinyatakan sangat efektif dari ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik memperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 84,85% dengan perolehan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,76 kategori peningkatan tinggi dan ketuntasan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi sebesar 89,5% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi.

Abstract

Latarbelakang: kehamilan sehat perlu direncanakan agar dapat melahirkan calon generasi bangsa yang berkualitas serta dapat mendeteksi dini permasalahan kesehatan bagi ibu maupun janin. Pendidikan menjadi salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan seseorang, dalam hal ini pengetahuan tentang kehamilan sehat. Belum semua pasangan pengantin mempersiapkan kehamilan sehat secara optimal sehingga perlunya mempersiakan persiapan kehamilan agar dapat melahirkan calon generasi bangsa yang sehat dan berkualitas. Tujuan: menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan pengetahuan kehamilan sehat pada calon pasangan pengantin. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner. Populasi calon pengantin adalah calon pengantin yang sudah terdaftar diwilayah kecamatan sewon sejumlah 339, tehnik sampling accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian dengan uji chi square didapatkan hasil 0.021 (p<0,05) yang berarti terdapat hubungan pendidikan dan pengatahuan kehamilan sehat pada calon pasangan pengantin. Kesimpulan semakin tinggi Pendidikan akant berperan dalam peningkatan pengetahuan para calon pengantin dalam hal ini tentang pengetahuan kehamilan sehat. Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism in strengthening religious moderation in Dopo Hamlet, Sidomukti Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency. This study not only discusses the application of the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism in strengthening religious moderation, but also discusses the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism in strengthening religious moderation, and the impact of implementing the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism in Dopo Hamlet, Sidomukti Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency. To address the research questions, the author utilizes various theories and a descriptive qualitative approach to explore and explain the application of the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism in strengthening religious moderation. The theories used are Behaviorism and Humanism. Furthermore, the researcher also utilizes a conceptual framework, namely the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism, combined with efforts to strengthen religious moderation. This framework aims to identify inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism in strengthening religious moderation.The results of this study indicate that the Three Basic Frameworks of Hinduism can strengthen religious moderation in Dopo Hamlet, Sidomukti Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency. This is evidenced by the existence of 1) differences in beliefs, and 2) cultural practices or traditions that are still practiced today, such as Nyadran (a traditional ceremony), Kenduren (a traditional ceremony), and Slametan (a religious ceremony). These traditions or cultures should be practiced exclusively by Hindus, but other communities also practice them to strengthen religious moderation in Dopo Hamlet.

Abstract

Abstract. Language style is how people have choices and alternatives in the way they use the language. Language is part of verbal communication. This research explores the concept of language style, focusing specifically on how it is utilized by female characters in the horror film “Presence.” The primary aim of this study is to describe the types of language styles employed by the female characters and to determine which style is most dominantly used throughout the movie. The study adopts a descriptive qualitative research method, where data are obtained through a close analysis of selected utterances from the movie script. These utterances are then categorized according to the five language styles proposed by Martin Joos: frozen, formal, consultative, casual, and intimate. From the analysis, a total of 23 utterances spoken by female characters were identified as relevant data. These were distributed among three language style categories: one utterance was classified as consultative, fourteen as casual, and eight as intimate. The findings show that casual language style is the most frequently used. This dominance is attributed to the contextual and thematic elements of the film. “Presence” centers around themes of power, rumor, and empathy, and is set within a suburban household—an environment that naturally invites informal, emotionally expressive, and conversational interactions. The use of casual and intimate styles reflects the close relationships and tense dynamics among the characters, which align with the movie’s psychological and mysterious atmosphere. Thus, the study demonstrates how language style in cinematic dialogue is influenced by both narrative content and setting.
