Abstract

KUUB Tetilikan puniki madue tetujon (1) anggen nelatarang pah-pahan sane kamargiang ring paplajahan mangda kawigunan piranti audio-visual gending pop Bali prasida nincapang asil malajah nyurat satua bawak, (2) anggen nelatarang asil malajah nyurat satua bawak nganggen piranti audio-visual gending pop Bali, lan (3) anggen nelatarang sarat kayun (respons) sisia kelas X AP 2 SMK N 1 Seririt majeng ring kawigunan piranti audio-visual gending pop Bali rikala nyurat satua bawak. Jejering ring tetilikane puniki inggih punika sisia kelas X AP 2 ring SMK N 1 Seririt. Panandang ring tetilikane puniki inggih punika pikolih pawiji malajah nyurat satua bawak mabasa Bali nganggen piranti audio-visual gending pop Bali. Tetilikane puniki nganggen kramaning lan tata cara mupulang data marupa kramaning seseleh, tes, lan kuesioner. Tata cara nureksain data nganggen deskriptif kuantitatif lan deskriptif kualitatif. Pikolih tetilikane puniki inggih punika pamargin pangajahan nyurat satua bawak nganggen piranti audio-visual sisia kelas X AP 2 SMKN 1 Seririt sampun mamargi antar pisan. Pikoli pawiji nyurat satua bawak nganggen piranti audio-visual sisia kelas X AP 2 SMKN 1 Seririt sampun nincap lan samian sisia sampun polih pawiji ngalangkungin KKM. Panampen sisia kelas XI AP 2 SMK N 1 Seririt indik pamargi pengajahan nganggen piranti audio-visual gending pop Bali positif. Rata-rata pawiji kuesioner panempen sisia inggih punika 25,71. Manut saking pikolih tetilikane punika, piranti audio-visual gending pop Bali becik kaanggen ngajahin nyurat satua bawak. Kata Kunci : Kruna jejaton : nyurat satua bawak, piranti audio-visual gending pop Bali. ABSTRAC This research has a purpose, such as (1) to describe steps of learning to write a short story by used pop Bali audio visual media, (2) to describe the results of learning write a short story by used pop Bali audio visual media, (3) to describe students respons about learning write a short story by used pop Bali audio visual media. Subject in this research is students of SMK N 1Seririt in AP major. Object in this research is the result of learning write a short story by used pop Bali audio visual media. The collecting data method of this research is using observation, test, and questioner. The analysis data is descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative. The result of this research is the steps of learning to write a short story by used pop Bali audio visual media is going well. The score of learning write a short story by used pop Bali audio visual media has rise. Every student has score more than the standar (KKM). The students respons about learning write a short story by used pop Bali audio visual media is positive. The score mean is 25,71. Based on the result, using pop Bali audio visual media suit to use learning write short story. keyword : Key word : write a short story, pop Bali audio visual media.

Abstract

Tetilikan sane mamurda Rerawatan Dialek Basa Bali ring Tembang Pop Bali: Studi Kasus Sajeroning Tembang Pop Bali Mamurda “Ciri-ciri” Kekawian Yong Sagita miwah “Bali United” Kekawian Krisna Surya Purpa Kasobyahang antuk Di Ubud Band puniki matetujon nlatarang indik (1) rerawatan wangun dialek basa Bali miwah (2) ceciren wangun dialek basa Bali sajeroning tembang pop Bali “Ciri-ciri” kekawian Yong Sagita miwah “Bali United” kekawian Krisna Surya Purpa Kasobyahang antuk Di Ubud Band. Data sane sampun kapolihang, katureksain antuk paletan data tureksa, minakadi (1) reduksi data, (2) nyorohang data, (3) pangwedar data, miwah (4) pamicutet. Pikolih miwah tetepasan sajeroning tetilikan, marupa (1) rerawatan wangun dialek basa Bali sajeroning tembang pop Bali “Ciri-ciri” miwah “Bali United” ngunggahang Dialek Bali Dataran nganutin wewidangan 8 kabupaten sajebag jagat Bali miwah (2) ceciren wangun dialek basa Bali sajeroning tembang pop Bali “Ciri-ciri” miwah “Bali United” kacihnayang antuk kosa kata, tata suara, miwah tata basa. Tetilikan puniki prasida kaanggen sepat siku-siku sajeroning nelebang kaweruhan dialek basa Bali, prasida kaanggen nyantenang pawiwit pamaos dialek basa Bali, miwah prasida kaanggen nyantenang tembang pop Bali pinaka piranti peplajahan indik dialek basa Bali.Kata Kunci : rerawatan, ceciren, dialek, tembang pop This research of Rerawatan Dialek Basa Bali ring Tembang Pop Bali: Studi Kasus Sajeroning Tembang Pop Bali Mamurda “Ciri-ciri” Kekawian Yong Sagita miwah “Bali United” Kekawian Krisna Surya Purpa Kasobyahang antuk Di Ubud Band aims to describe: (1) the structure of Balinese dialect and (2) the characteristics of Balinese dialect structure in Balinese pop songs “Ciri-Ciri” by Yong Sagita and “Bali United” by Krisna Surya Purpa of Di Ubud Band. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The result of this research was gathered through (1) documentation method which used data card and (2) interview method which used interview guidance. The data was gathered and analyzed through some steps, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data classification, (3) data description, and (4) conclusion. The result and discussion of this research are in the form of (1) description of Balinese dialect structure in Balinese pop songs “Ciri-Ciri” and “Bali United” which illustrate Balinese dialect based on 8 Bali’s regencies and (2) the characteristics of Balinese dialect structure in Balinese pop songs “Ciri-Ciri” and “Bali United”, such as (1) vocabulary, (2) pronunciation or accent, and (3) the language structure which constructs those dialects from each region. This research can be used as a theory in the study of Balinese dialect, determined the dialect speakers of Balinese language, and make pop songs Bali as a medium of learning Balinese dialect. keyword : illustration, characteristics, dialect, pop songs

Abstract

Tetilikan puniki matetujon nelatarang (1) soroh aksara Bali sane wenten ring lontar satua Sampi Wadak, (2) pasang aksara Bali ring lontar satua Sampi Wadak, (3) kawigunan pasang aksara Bali ri kala nyurat aksara Bali. Tetilik puniki ngangge palihan tetilik deskriptif kualitatif. Jejering tetilik puniki inggih punika lontar satua Sampi Wadak. Panandang tetilikan puniki inggih punika soroh aksara lan pasang aksara Bali ring lontar satua Sampi Wadak. Tetilikan puniki ngangge tiga kramaning mupulang data inggih punika kramaning pratiaksa, ngwacen terus-terusan, miwah dokumentasi. Kramaning dokumentasi puniki kawantu antuk ngangge piranti tetilik marupa kartu data. Data tureksa sane kaanggen minakadi (1) milihin data, (2) nyelehin data, (3) nyorohang data, (4) interpretasi data, (5) panyutetan. Pikolih ring tetilik puniki inggih punika (1) Soroh aksara sane wenten ring lontar satua Sampi Wadak wenten kalih soroh aksara inggih punika aksara wresastra lan swalalita. (2) Pasang aksara Bali sane wenten ring lontar satua Sampi Wadak kantun kapanggihin pabinayan sajeroning nyurat kruna miwah lengkara yening selehin manut pasang aksara Bali purwadresta. (3) Kawigunan pasang aksara Bali ri kala nyurat aksara Bali inggih punika prasida dados panuntun ri kala nyalin saking aksara latin ka aksara Bali. Saking tetilikan puniki kaaptiang majeng ring panyurat aksara Bali mangda prasida nelebin indik sesuratan sane maaksara Bali, krama Bali sayan nguratiang kawentenan sesuratan aksara Bali ring lontar lan majeng ring panilik lian mangda nglimbakang daging tetilikan sane mapaiketan tekening aksara Bali.Kata Kunci : soroh aksara, pasang aksara, lontar. The aim of this study is to explain (1) kind of Balinese script that exists in the papyrus story of Sampi Wadak. (2) Pair of Balinese script in the papyrus story of Sampi Wadak. (3) the function of pair of Balinese Script when used to write the Balinese script. This Study designed as a research of descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is the papyrus story of Sampi Wadak. The object of this research is the kind of Balinese script and script pair in the papyrus story of Sampi Wadak. The data gathered by using observation method,reading and documentation. Then the documentation backed up by data card. The data analysis that used are (1) reduction data, (2) identification data, (3) classification data, (4) interpretation data, (5) conclusion. This study shows that (1) there are two kinds of scripts that used on the papyrus story of Sampi Wadak, they are Wresastra script and Swalalita Script. (2) The Balinese script pair that is in the papyrus story of Sampi Wadak, there is still the differences in the words writing and sentences if investigated by using the Balinese pair script of Purwadresta. (3) The function of Balinese pair script when used to write is as a guidance for copying from Latin script to Balinese script. From this study the writer of the Balinese script to be expected understand deep into article that are using Balinese script, Balinese people show care the condition of the Balinese script that is exist in the papyrus and researchers to be expected to know more about study that related to Balinese script.keyword : Kind of script, script pair, and papyrus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kalimat efektif dalam teks orti BaliTV berkaitan PEMILU April 2014, dan (2) kendala-kendala yang ditemui dalam menulis teks orti BaliTV berkaitan PEMILU April 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah teks orti BaliTV berkaitan PEMILU April 2014. Ada Sembilan (9) teks orti BaliTV yang dianalisis. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode (1) dokumentasi dan (2) wawancara. Data yang didapat dari metode dokumentasi dan wawancara selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan banyaknya kesalahan dalam teks berita BaliTV berkaitan dengan PEMILU April 2014 adalah 26 kalimat. hambatan yang ditemui pada saat menulis teks Berita BaliTV adalah 1) berita yang disiarkan dibatasi waktu 2 menit yang mengakibatkan sulit untuk menerapkan kalimat efektif, dan 2) memilih kata-kata yang digunakan sebagai variasi dalam kalimat pembukaan dan penutup presenter. Kata Kunci : kalimat efektif, berita BaliTV The study aimed to determine 1) the effective sentence in the orti text BaliTV related to ELECTION April 2014 and 2) the constraints encountered in writing the orti text BaliTV releted to ELECTION April 2014. This study used a qualitative descriptive research design. The subject of this study is orti text BaliTV related to ELECTION April 2014. There are nine (9) orti texts BaliTV analyzed. The data collection method in this study used 1) documentation and 2) interview. The data obtained from the method of documentation and interview were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive technique. The result showed the number of errors in news text BaliTV related to the election April 2014 was 26 sentences. Obstacles encountered in writing news text BaliTV is 1) news broadcast has limited time about 2 minutes, make it difficult to implementa n effective sentence, and 2) to choose the words that are used as variations in the opening and closing sentences presenter. keyword : effective sentences, BaliTV news

Tetilik puniki matetujon nlatarang indik (1) tata kruna sane wenten ring Widya Kawi Sastra druen Mahasisia Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Bali UNDIKSHA Edisi Juni 2012 miwah (2) kaiwangan tata kruna sajeroning Widya Kawi Sastra druen Mahasisia Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Bali UNDIKSHA Edisi Juni 2012. Jejering tetilik inggih punika Widya Kawi Sastra druen Mahasisia Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Bali UNDIKSHA Edisi Juni 2012. Tetilik puniki nganggen palihan tetilik deskriptif kualitatif. Tetilikan puniki nganggen tiga kramaning mupulang data inggih punika (1) kramaning studi pustaka, (2) kramaning dokumentasi, miwah (3) kramaning sadu wicara. Data tureksa sane kanggen minakadi: (1) identifikasi data, (2) klasifikasi data, (3) reduksi data, (4) pangwedar data, (5) interpretasi data, miwah (6) panyutetan. Pikolih ring tetilik puniki marupa (1) tata kruna basa Bali ring WKS akehnyane wenten 3.440 kruna minakadi: kruna lingga wenten 2.047 kruna, kruna tiron wenten 1.229 kruna, kruna dwi lingga wenten 137 kruna, miwah kruna satma wenten 27 kruna. Tiosan ring punika, persentase campur kode sane kapolihang 17%. (2) Persentase kaiwangan tata kruna kapolihang 12%, minakadi: kruna lingga persentase kaiwangannyane 7%, kruna tiron persentase kaiwangannyane 19%, kruna dwi lingga persentase kaiwangannyane 39%, miwah kruna satma persentase kaiwangannyane 0%. Kata Kunci : tata kruna, kaiwangan tata kruna, tabloid This research purposed to describe (1) morphology which there in student’s Widya Kawi Sastra Balinese Education Department UNDIKSHA Edition of June 2012, and (2) the error of morphology from Widya Kawi Sastra Balinese Education Department UNDIKSHA Edition of June 2012. The subject of this research was Widya Kawi Sastra for students in Balinese Education Department UNDIKSHA Edition of June 2012. This research used qualitative descriptive qualitative design. This research used three method in collecting the data such as, (1) literature review method, (2) documentation method, and (3) interview method. The method of data analysis are, (1) identification of data, (2) classification of data, (3) data reduction, (4) description of data, (5) interpretation of data, and (6) inference. The results of this research are (1) morphology in Bali language which are in WKS there 3.440 words such as, there 2.047 words of root, 1.229 words of derivative, 137 words of repeat word, 27 words of compound word. Besides it, the percentage of code-mixing obtained 17%. (2) The percentage of morphology error obtained 12% that are: the error percentage of root is 6%, the error percentage of derivative is 19%, the error percentage of repeat words is 39%, and the error percentage of compound words is 0%.keyword : morphology, the error of morphology, tabloid

Panandang ring tetilikan puniki inggih punika wangun intrinsik lan guna sarat sosial ring sajeroning pupulan satua bawak Majalah Cerita Cutet Basa Bali Satua Nomer 39 Pamijilan April 2014. Tetilikan puniki ngangge kalih kramaning mupulang data inggih punika kramaning studi pustaka miwah kramaning dokumentasi. Kata Kunci : satua bawak, wangun intrinsik, guna sarat sosial This study aimed at describing (1) the intrinsic elements and (2) social values in a collection of short stories “Majalah cerita cutet basa Bali Satua” number 39 April’s edition 2014. This research is a qualitative descriptive literature. The subjects were a collection of short stories “Majalah cerita cutet basa Bali Satua” number 39 April’s edition 2014. The objects of this study were the element of intrinsic and social values in a collection of short stories “Majalah cerita cutet basa Bali Satua” number 39 April’s edition 2014. This study used two methods of collecting data that were book study method and the method of documentation. Data were analyzed with measures such as data reduction, classification of data, presenting data, conclusions. The results of this study were (1) the analysis of the intrinsic elements in a collection of short stories “Majalah cerita cutet basa Bali Satua” number 39 April’s edition 2014 acquired seven intrinsic elements such as: theme, plot, character and characterization, setting, point of view, style, and the mandate, ( 2) analysis of social value obtained 12 social values contained in a collection of short stories “Majalah cerita cutet basa Bali Satua” number 39 April’s edition 2014. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: menjelaskan tentang pola pengembangan tuturan yang digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Bali di kelas X SMAN 1 Singaraja, penataan tuturan guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Bali di SMAN 1 Singaraja, dan pilihan bahasa guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Bali di SMAN 1 Singaraja. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Bali di kelas X SMAN 1 Singaraja dan objek penelitian ini adalah retorika yang digunakan oleh guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode pengumpulan data, yaitu observasi yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data dari pola pengembangan tuturan dalam pembelajaran, penataan tuturan dalam pembelajaran, dan pilihan bahasa guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Bali di kelas X di SMAN 1 Singaraja. Ada juga instrument berupa wawancara yang digunakan untuk melengkapi data yang didapatkan oleh instrument observasi. Instrument yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data berupa kartu data. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, pertama retorika dengan pola pengembangan tuturan yang ada dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas X SMA N 1 Singaraja banyaknya 3 pola atau teknik. Teknik atau pola itu berupa teknik deduktif, teknik induktif, dan teknik sebab-akibat yang berjumlah 16 data, Hasil yang kedua menunjukan guru Bahasa Bali di kelas X SMA N 1 singaraja sudah menggunakan retorika dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran walaupun belum begitu bervariasi. Penataan tuturan guru dalam pembelajaran banyaknya 16 data. hasil yang terakhir adalah pilihan bahasa guru yang ada dalam tuturan banyaknya 16 data. Karena Jurusan Bahasa Bali menggunakan skripsi bahasa Bali maka saya melampirkan abstrak berbahasa Bali. Tetilik puniki tetujonnyane inggih punika: sane kapertama anggen nyobyahang pola panglimbak babaosan sane keanggen guru sajeroning aguron-guron basa Bali ring kelas X SMAN 1 Singaraja, sane kaping kalih anggen nyobyahang penataan babaosan guru sajeroning aguron-guron ring kelas X SMAN 1 Singaraja, lan sane kaping tiga anggen nyobyahang pilihan basa guru sajeroning aguron-guron basa Bali ring kelas X SMAN 1 Singaraja. Ring tetilik puniki, sane katilik wantah retorika sane keanggen olih guru sajeroning aguron-guron. Dadosne, sane pinaka jejering tetilik puniki wantah guru basa Bali ring kelas X SMAN 1 Singaraja. lan Penandang tetilik inggih punika retorika sane keanggen olih guru. Tetilik punika nganggen kalih kramaning mupulang data inggih punika observasi sane keanggen ngamolihang data saking pola panglimbak, penataan babaosan, lan pilihan basa guru sajeroning aguron-guron basa Bali. Wenten taler piranti wawancara sane keanggen nyangkepin data sane nenten kapolihang ring piranti observasi. Piranti sane kanggen mupulang data marupa kartu data. Pikolih sane kapolihang ring tetilik puniki inggih punika: kapertama Retorika antuk pola panglimbak babaosan sane wenten sajeroning parikrama aguron-guron ring kelas X SMAN 1 Singaraja akehnyane 3 pola utawi teknik. Pikolih kaping kalih nyihnayang guru basa Bali ring kelas X SMAN 1 Singaraja sampun nganggen retorika sajeroning ngemargiang aguron-guron yadiastun nenten banget bervariasi. Pikolih kaping untat Pilihan basa guru sane wenten sajeroning babaosan akehnyane 16 data.Kata Kunci : Retorika, pembelajaran, dan guru bahasa Bali This research is aimed to: explain the speech pattern development used by teacher in teaching Balinese Language in 10th Grade at SMA N 1 Singaraja, teacher’s speech arrangement in teaching Balinese Language at SMA N 1 Singaraja, and teacher’s language choice which is used in teaching Balinese Language at SMA N 1 Singaraja. The subject of this study was Balinese Language teacher who taught 10th grade students at SMA N 1 Singaraja, and the object was the rhetoric used by the teacher. This research used two data collecting method namely, observation; it was to gain data about the speech pattern development utilized in instruction, the speech arrangement in instruction, and the teacher’s language choice in teaching Balinese Language to tenth grade students at SMA N 1 Singaraja. Besides, interview was also done to complete the data gained from observation. The instrument used in collecting the data was data card. The result of this study are; first, there are three techniques of speech pattern development used in teaching Balinese Language in 10th grade at SMA N 1 Singaraja. The techniques are deductive technique, inductive technique, and cause-effect technique. Second, teacher at SMA N 1 Singaraja has used rhetoric in teaching, yet, it is still monotonous. The amount of utterance about teacher’s speech arrangement is 16. Third, there are16 teacher’s language choice which is used in utterance.keyword : Balinese Language teacher, instruction, rhetoric

Abstract

Tetilik puniki matetujon nelatarang indik (1) Sapunapi soroh campuh kode (campur kode) sane wenten ring wayang kulit inovatif Cenk Blonk sane mamurda Lata Mahosadhi, (2) Punapi mawinan (kahanan) dalang nganggen basa sane lianan (campuh kode) ritatkala nglampahang wayang kulit inovatif Cenk Blonk sane mamurda Lata Mahosadhi, miwah (3) Basa napi manten sane kaanggen ritatkala nglampahang wayang kulit inovatif Cenk Blonk sane mamurda Lata Mahosadhi. Palihan tetilikan sane kaanggen ring tetilikan puniki inggih punika deskriptif kualitatif. Jejering ring tetilikan puniki inggih punika wayang kulit inovatif Cenk Blonk sane mamurda Lata Mahosadhi. Panandang ring tetilikan puniki inggih punika campuh kode (campur kode). Kramaning tetilikan sane kaanggen nganggen tiga kramaning inggih punika kramaning transkripsi (transkrip data), kramaning dokumentasi, lan kramaning sadu wicara. Piranti tetilik sane kaanggen inggih punika kartu data lan sadu wicara. Data tureksa sane kaanggen inggih punika identifikasi data. reduksi data, nyorohang data lan panyutetan. Manut saking analisis data, soroh campuh kode kapolihang 178 data, selanturnyane sane ngawinang (kahanan) campuh kode kapolihang 11 kahanan sane ngawinang, lan basa sane kaanggen wenten 4 inggih punika basa Bali, basa Indonesia, basa Inggris miwah basa kawi (jawa kuna). Kata Kunci : campuh kode, wayang kulit inovatif This research is aimed to describe (1) the kinds of code mixing existing in Lata Mahosadhi wayang innovative Cenk Blonk, (2) the cause ( factors ) mastermind use different languages (intervening code) in the stage wayang innovative Cenk Blonk titled Lata Mahosadhi, (3) what the languages are used at Lata Mahosadhi wayang innovative Cenk Blonk. This research uses descriptive qualitative technique. Subjects in this study is innovative Cenk Blonk shadow puppet titled Lata Mahosadhi. The object of this research is code-mixing. This study uses three methods of research is the method of transcription, the method of documentation and interview method. Analysis of the data used is data identification, data reduction, data classification and conclusions. According to the data analysis, the types of code-mixing is obtained 178 data then the factors that cause interference code code-mixing causes acquired 11 , and the language used there are four is a Balinese language, Indonesian, English and ancient Javanese language.keyword : code-mixing, wayang innovative

Abstract

Tetilikan puniki nguningayang indik: (1)rerawatan sosiokultural sane marupa dresta lan tattwa taler, (2) paiketan pangajahan sastra Bali ring buku pupulan satua Khasanah Cerita Rakyat Bali olih I Made Subandia sane katilikin olih panilik. Tetilikan puniki nganggen palihan tetilik deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek ring tetilikan puniki pupulan “Satua Bali” sane kapupulang olih I Made Subandia. Objek tetilikan inggih punika rerawatan sosiokultural krama Bali lan paiketannyane sareng pangajahan sastra Bali ring satua Bali sane kapupulang olih I Made Subandia. Pamupulan data nganggen kramaning studi dokumen inggih punika marupa kartu data. Pikolih tetilikan puniki nyantenang (1) dresta lan tattwa sane wenten ring buku pupulan satua Khasanah Cerita Rakya Bali olih I Made Subandia sane ngunggahang kawentenan krama Bali ring serahina-rahina dahat mapaiketan ring daging 12 satua sane katilikin. Satua sane katilikin ngranjing ring pahan dongeng sane akehnyane 12 satua. Sane ngawinang pahan dongeng sane katilikin tan lian wantah, kawentenan krama Bali ring satua dahat mapaiketan sareng kawentenan krama Bali ring wawidangan parikraman. (2) Paiketan sareng pangajahan sastra Bali inggih punika sakancan daging satua ngicenin sasuluhan ring pangwacen, sumangdene uning maparilaksana sane anut ring kahuripan puniki. Malarapan antuk punika dahat mawiguna pisan majeng ring para pangwacen ritatkala keanggen sasulu maparilaksanah, majalaran malajahin daging-daging satua Bali sekancan dresta lan tattwanyane. Kata Kunci : Dresta, tattwa, sosiokultural, satua bawak This study was aimed at describing about (1) the socio-cultural description in the form of culture and philosophy, and also (2) the relationship with Balinese Language Teaching from the collection of Bali story entitled “ Khasanah Cerita Rakyat Bali” by I Made Subandia. The research design of this study was descriptive qualitative. The subject for this study was collection of Balinese Stories by I Made Subandia. Meanwhile, the object for this study was the socio-cultural description in the form of culture and philosophy, and also the relationship with Bali Language Teaching from the collection of Bali story entitled “ Khasanah Cerita Rakyat Bali” by I Made Subandia. Documentation study technique with Data Card was used to collect the data. The result reveals that (1) the culture and philosophy within the book story entitled Kasanah Cerita Rakyat Bali by I Made Subandia described about Balinese people’ daily activities which was found from 12 stories in the book, (2) the relationship with Bali Language Teaching was all the stories give good model for the readers about how the readers behave in their daily life. In conclusion, this study is very beneficial for the readers as the reflection for their behavior and attitude in their daily life through the description of culture and philosophy in Balinese stories. keyword : culture, pilsafat, sociocultural, storis Bali
