<![CDATA[The presence of Regional Head Elections is actually a manifestation of a people's sovereignty that has been fought since the past. In addition, the mechanism of this election is expected to be able to produce a leader who is in accordance with the will of the people based on the principles of a healthy and responsible democracy. DKI Jakarta Province itself is one of the regions in Indonesia that organizes regional elections. It is status as a state capital as well as a barometer center of the life of government and the nation's economy makes the DKI Jakarta regional election projected to be a role model for other regions in organizing a party for local democracy. Unfortunately, behind the success of the Jakarta Regional Election there were black spots which showed a lot of malpractice such as fraud, violations, and manipulation at each stage of its implementation. The results of this study indicate that there is malpractice with the aim of rigging the regulations or rules of the elections so that they can influence the results of the vote which impacts will harm certain parties. There are various types of violations occurring at all stages of the DKI Jakarta regional election in 2017. The condition of the legal framework that is still premature is believed to be the main root of all the phenomena of malpractice in the Election in Jakarta. In addition, the inaction of the election organizers in an effort to guard and eradicate any violations of the elections made the proliferation of all kinds of violations in this election. The situation was further aggravated when the community did not have enough intellectuality of politics in the face of the heat of a political contestation in Jakarta.Keywords: malpractice, local election, law enforcement]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractTourism is one of the activities that support the economy and a potential source of income for a region. Tourism spots / recreations are a symbol of the presence of tourism activity itself. Semarang city has some attractions that are able to be a mainstay and a place for people to unwind. Among the tourism spots which become the mainstay of Semarang is the Wildlife Park of Semarang. Semarang Wildlife Park offers amusement or recreation that is able to attract the attention of the public to always re-visit the place. Public interest to always return to the Wildlife Park Semarang must be followed by the performance of the staff of the Wildlife Park to always provide the best service to the community.The method used by the author is a qualitative research method with descriptive analytic approach. Used data collection technique is data triangulation consisting of interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used by the author is an interactive analysis technique which is supported by the documents that author gets in the locus of research.Research conducted by the author is the analysis of the performance of employees in Wildlife Park of Semarang. The author found a lack of good governance in the management of Semarang Wildlife Park, one of the reason is the performance of the staff of the Wildlife Park which is still less than satisfactory. This can occur due to several factors such as inhibiting the lack of facilities and infrastructure support, as well as the lack of cash injection from the Government ofSemarang which can be an important element in improving the management of Semarang Wildlife Park itself, and the absence of the wildlife conservation license due to its management should not be from government agencies but must go through the local company. Conclusion of a study conducted by the author that the presence of Wildlife Park of Semarang contributes substantially to the Local Revenue of Semarang, but on the other hand the performance of employees of Wildlife Park of Semarang still insatisfactory in service delivery due to several factors such as lack of inhibiting one quality of human resources contained in the Wildlife Park of Semarang. The author recommends that with the proliferation of creative economic activities that can provide a positive injection to the scope of the Semarang Wildlife Park itself as well as the search for a third party or partner from the private sector are able to fund and develope Semarang Wildlife Park to be able to compete with Wildlife Park in other cities. <![CDATA[Participation in politics is a vital aspect in a fabric of democracy, as well as are the hallmark of the modernization of politics. As the process of transformation of politics, the meaning of the election besides being a part of the arrangement of the power structure of the central bank to ensure does it do the mechanism of checks and balances between political institutions of the central level to the area, people expect also that elections can produce regional heads who are accountable, quality, legitimate, and sensitive to the public interest. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the political participation of society in local elections in the city of Pekanbaru year 2017. This study using the kind of research ekspanatori with quantitative. The samples used in this study is a multistage random sampling by using the data from questionnaires. The response of the Pekanbaru City in the election in 2017 can be concluded in participating, you know Rational is an influential factor in political participation of the city of Pekanbaru. Based on the results of the processing and analysis of data that has been raised in the calculation of coefficient of the correlation to the Working Group on the Commission has a positive value to political participation. This means that the higher the Working Group on the Commission the higher the relationship in the Participation of the city of Pekanbaru.The results of the conclusions in this study based on the results of processing and analyzing the data that has been stated in the calculation of the correlation coefficient of Sociological Factors there is no significant relationship with Community Political Participation in Pekanbaru City Election. Psychological factors have a significant relationship with Community Political Participation in Pekanbaru City Election. Rational Factors have a significant relationship with Community Political Participation in Pekanbaru City Election. The DPT Administration factor has a significant relationship with the Community Political Participation in the Pekanbaru City Election. The Working Factors of KPU have a significant relationship with Community Political Participation in Pekanbaru City Election. <![CDATA[Voting behavior in the presidential election is a set of activities to determine thedecision in choosing the president and vice president. In the 2014, the number ofyoungvoters of presidential election were very significant to win the electioninIndonesia, about 20-30% of the total number of voters areyoungvoters. Based onsurvey of Lembaga Survei Nasionalyoungvoters behavior included in thecategory of rational approach. This study to analyze theyoungvotersbehaviorinKendalon Election of President and Vice President using sociological approach,psychological approach, and the approach of rational choice.This research is using quantitative approach with survey method. The samplingtechnique in this studyusing Multi Stage Random Sampling with 100 respondents.This study using a questionnaire to collecting data.The results showed thatyoungvoters is using their voting rights rationally.Beginner voters ignore sociological factors, they ignored age and professionalbackground of presidential candidates, but the education and gender of beginnervoters influence their political choices.Maleyoungvoters tend to choose a matePrabowo-Hatta, while femaleyoungvoters tend to choose Jokowi-Jusuf Kalla.Basedon psychological approaches, candidates figur had larger role than bearerparty. Based on rational approaches,youngvoters believe that president theyhave chosen can alleviate poverty, enforce laws, and improve welfare.For the next researcher who willconduct research on the same topic, researchershope this study can be perfected, by using a triangulation method. <![CDATA[ Thesis with the title " Winning Strategies Nasdem Party in the 2014 election in Central Java " is made to determine how political marketing strategy NasDem Party as a new party with the aim of winning the legislative elections in 2014 , especially in Central Java . The method used is a qualitative research model , the descriptive type . The primary data obtained through interviews with sources in this case the DPW board NasDem Party Central Java . <![CDATA[Abstract Elections are one indicator of democracy, where the people directly involved in determining the direction and policy leaders and state politics for the next five years. But this time they found the lowest participation rate caused by several factors: a decrease in the level of confidence in the behavior of the corrupt political elites, factors critical meaning critical community can analyze the results of the previous general election in realizing the promise during the campaign, a factor the circumstances in which the person does not may vote at the polling station where he lived because the person registered at the polling station other areas eg people who wander, lack of socialization election by the general elections Institute so that people do not know how big the benefits of involvement in the election itself, the lack of role of political parties in political socialization. Of these factors, the Election Commission of Semarang had planned strategies such as long-term evaluation. In 2015 came the idea and creation to increase political participation as student council president election held in SMA / SMK / MA as the city of Semarang. Based on research results this, the poor accessibility to health services carried out through several health programs are Jamkesmas and Jamkesmaskot. <![CDATA[This research’s purpose is to identify driving factors of the election of three women candidates in DPRD at the Election of Parliament in Kudus Regency 2014. What makes the three women candidates can be selected from the many women candidates contesting Kudus Regency 2014. The type of research is qualitative descriptive. Depth interview method was used to collect the data toward all the women members of local legislative in Kudus Regency by the result of the Election 2014. Data reduction, data presentation, data conclusion and verification were used for the data processing method. The result of the research affords driving factors of the election of three candidates from the determinant factors: they dominate political asset which facilitate them to develop the network between political elites or to develop their own network, becomes a nomination at the insignificant serial number and strategic region’s election, obtain the supports from people’s trust toward the candidates for the social asset, economics asset to fund the legislative’s nomination, the best selection of the effective strategic issues as a way to convince the voters and incumbent popularity rate to bring up the credibility.Keywords: Driving Factors, Women Candidate, Elected]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Political dynasties can be interpreted as a power practice where family members (family Araceae) given or fixed in the sruktur power of Government so that power is only distributed among relatives, the family of blood. The village which is the smallest Government Unit also did not escape from the existence of a political dynasty. Therefore this research was conducted aiming to know political dynasty in the reign of village in Kancilan Village Kembang Subdistrict of Jepara District. In addition to knowing political dynasty, the study also to know the social and political implications of the existence of a political dynasty. This research uses qualitative research methods, descriptive with documentation and interviewing as a technique of data collection. The subject in this study are purposif. The target in this research is the head of the village of Whistler that did political dynasty, privileged residents, community leaders, as well as communities in the Kancilan Village Kembang Subdistrict of Jepara District.The results of this research show that there's actually a political dynasty in Kancilan Village Kembang Subdistrict of Jepara District for 26 years. The relationship of ruler and privileged residents greatly influences the length of this dynasty existed. Reciprocal relationships between rulers (patron) and society (the client) mutual benefit make this dynasty still exists today. But not always the political dynasty that detriment, itlooks in the village of Kancilan Village that still today families with Officials before. So many positive things that looks first at the village development program because the program always running and gettingbetter. Society tends to receive not even questioned about the political dynasty.
