Abstract

Abstract

The credit approval process at CV. Buana Motor has traditionally been carried out manually and subjectively, which can lead to inaccuracies in decision-making. To address this issue, a decision support system is needed to assist in assessing the eligibility of prospective debtors more objectively. This study aims to apply the profile matching method as a tool to determine credit eligibility based on several predefined criteria, including income, installment amount, installment duration, type of employment, home ownership status, and length of residence. The first three criteria are classified as core factors, while the remaining three are considered secondary factors. This study uses data from 340 customers as samples. The results show that 273 customers (approximately 80.29%) were classified as eligible for credit, while 67 customers (19.71%) were deemed ineligible. These findings indicate that the profile matching method can provide systematic and objective assessment results and effectively support the credit decision-making process at CV. Buana Motor.

Abstract

Water quality is defined as the condition of water assessed and evaluated based on specific parameters and standardized measurement methods. Degraded water quality—such as increased turbidity—can result in reduced dissolved oxygen levels, decreased feeding activity in fish, and obstruction of fish gills by suspended sediment particles. Consequently, water quality serves as a critical factor in aquaculture monitoring, as it directly influences fish growth performance and overall pond productivity. This study aims to develop an integrated water-quality monitoring system for tilapia aquaculture ponds, utilizing a turbidity sensor to detect water clarity and an ultrasonic distance sensor (SRF-05) to measure water level. Both sensors interface with a control unit based on the ATMega328p microcontroller implemented on an Arduino Uno board. The control unit processes sensor data and regulates water conditions through a single relay module connected to two 10W water pumps. The acquired sensor data are transmitted and visualized in real time on an Android application, developed using the Java programming language, to facilitate remote monitoring. The system is expected to support tilapia farmers by providing continuous, accessible, and automated water-quality surveillance, thereby enhancing management efficiency and improving aquaculture outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate an integrated framework combining COBIT 2019 and ISO/IEC 27001 to enhance IT governance and information security management. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, the research involved document analysis, expert interviews, and a case-based validation within a government institution. The integration process consisted of three phases: mapping, harmonization, and synthesis, which resulted in the development of the Integrated IT Governance and Security Framework (IGSF). The findings reveal a high degree of alignment between COBIT 2019’s governance domains and ISO/IEC 27001’s security control structures, forming a unified model that strengthens strategic alignment, risk management, and compliance. Expert validation confirmed that the IGSF facilitates better communication between governance and security teams, reduces redundancy, and enhances operational efficiency. The practical case study demonstrated improved coordination, documentation, and audit readiness following implementation. This study contributes to IT governance and information security literature by presenting a structured, adaptable framework that organizations can adopt to achieve both governance excellence and security resilience. The results also suggest potential for future quantitative evaluation to measure the impact of this integration on organizational performance and compliance outcomes.
