Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendapatkan informasi tentang guru-guru SD di kota Singaraja  memilih atau menggunakan materi pelajaran sesuai dengan konteks, lingkungan, setting siswa, atau materi pelajaran yang berbasis local content; 2) mendapatkan informasi pada bidang studi apa saja guru-guru SD di kota Singaraja telah memilih atau menggunakan materi pelajaran sesuai dengan konteks, lingkungan,  setting siswa, atau materi pelajaran yang berbasis local content; 3) mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kemampuan guru-guru SD di kota Singaraja dalam memilih, atau menggunakan materi pelajaran sesuai dengan konteks, lingkungan,  setting siswa atau materi pelajaran yang berbasis local content. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam bentuk penelitian ex post facto, yang bersifat kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik koleksi dokumen dan dengan cara multistage stratified random sampling. Selanjutnya data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) RPP guru-guru SD di Kota Singaraja yang mengandung materi pelajaran berbasis local content berjumlah 302 buah (76,46%). RPP guru-guru SD di Kota Singaraja yang tidak mengandung materi yang berbasis local content adalah 93 buah (23,54%); 2) bidang studi Bahasa Bali secara keseluruhan menggunakan materi pelajaran yang berbasis local content. Bidang studi Bahasa Indonesia hanya menggunakan:77,57%, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan: 72,55%, Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam: 65,79%, Matematika: 84,09%, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial: 77,27%, Seni Budaya dan Keterampilan: 90%, dan Agama Hindu: 83,33%.; 3) Jumlah RPP yang berada pada kategri sangat cocok adalah 163 buah (53,44%). Jumlah RPP yang berada pada kategori cukup cocok adalah 142 buah (46,56%). Tak satu pun RPP ada pada tingkat kategori tidak cocok. Disarankan agar, para guru SD di kota Singaraja memilih dan menggunakan materi pelajaran berbasis local content untuk mendukung pembelajaran bermakna.

Abstract

Permainan sepak takraw merupakan permainan tradisional yang memadukan dua permainan sepak bola dengan bola voli dipertandingkan di lapangan yang ukurannya menyerupai ukuran lapangan bulu tangkis permainan ganda. Permainan sepak takraw sudah menjadi permainan yang digemari baik dikalangan masyarakat umum dan pelajar Dalam bermain sepak takraw diperlukan beberapa teknik dasar. Salah satunnya adalah teknik dasar smash silang. Akan tetapi, mahasiswa Putra Jurusan Penjaskesrek FOK Undiksha dalam melakukan smash silang masih kurang maksimal.  Sementara itu, untuk bisa menjadi seorang pemain sepak takraw yang baik, mereka juga harus memiliki tingkat kemampuan motorik yang tinggi. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh strategi pembelajaran  dan kemampuan motorik terhadap keterampilan smash silang dalam permainan sepak takraw pada mahasiswa putra Jurusan Penjaskesrek FOK Undiksha. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen lapangan, ini didasarkan pada variabel serta tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian. Desain yang dipergunakan adalah faktorial 2 x 2. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Tes yang digunakan adalah Instrumen  Barrow Motor Ability Test dan tes keterampilan dasar sepak takraw. Penelitian menyimpulkan: 1) Ada perbedaan antara  strategi pembelajaran driil dan  strategi bermain  terhadap keterampilan smash silang dalam permainan sepak takraw, 2) Ada perbedaan keterampilan smash silang dalam permainan  sepak takraw antara yang memiliki kemampuan motorik tinggi dan rendah, 3) Ada pengaruh interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan kemampuan motorik terhadap keterampilan smash dalam permainan  sepak takraw.

Abstract

Peserta didik kurang bersemangat dalam melakukan teknik dasar passing dan kurangnya penggunaan video pembelajaran sehingga menyebabkan hasil belajar kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar passing sepak bola melalui model pembelajaran NHT berbantuan video pembelajaran. Penelitian eksperimen sesungguhnya (true eksperimental) dengan pola dasar rancangan faktorial 2x2 pretest-postest control group design. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV A dan IV B yang berjumlah 74 orang. Metode pengumpulan data hasil belajar dengan test unjuk kerja teknik passing dan motivasi belajar dengan kuesioner. Analisis data dengan post test only control group design (gain score). Uji Prasyarat analisis melalui uji normalitas dan homogen. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai statistik F sebesar 35,614 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar passing sepak bola antara peserta didik yang mengikuti model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT berbantuan video dan peserta didik yang tidak menggunakan model dan berbantuan video. Dapat disimpulkan perbedaan hasil belajar antara peserta didik yang mengikuti model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT berbantuan video dan peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi belajar.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an exercise that can increase the endurance of Dojo Ziezoyuki Karate Academy athletes. Because by providing good endurance training, an athlete will be able to apply techniques and tactics to the maximum, so that with excellent endurance abilities the opportunity to achieve achievements will be easier. This research is experimental research, where this research is used to determine whether there is an influence or effect on an object that has been studied. In this study, data collection was carried out using a multiple choice question type test using an initial test (pretest) and a final test (post-test). The population of this study were all karate athletes who actively trained at the ZIEZOYUKI KARATE ACADEMY Dojo, totaling 20 karateka. sample of 30 people with a sampling technique using total sampling. The instrument used in this research is the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). In this research, data collection was carried out during the pre-test and post-test. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using Paired-test with the help of SPSS at a significance level of 5%. . The normality test was carried out using the IBM SPSS 20 software. The homogeneity test was carried out with the help of the IBM SPSS 20 software using the Levene's test with reference to the probability value or Sig. based on mean. The VO2 pretest results for men showed that the minimum value was 22.25, the maximum value was 40.13, the mean was 31.5625, the median was 31.1900, and the standard deviation was 5.80528. Meanwhile, the VO2 pretest results for women had a minimum value of 6.60, a maximum value of 31.19, a mean of 20.2075, a median of 23.3650, and a standard deviation of 8.25331. After carrying out the VO2 posttest, the maximum value increased to a minimum value of 28.95, a maximum value of 45.72, a mean of 37.7108, a median of 36.2200, and a standard deviation of 6.09969 for men, while for women the posttest VO2 result was a minimum value of 11.07 , maximum value 37.90, mean 23.0863, median 23.9250, and standard deviation 8.79715. It is proven that efforts to increase VO2 Max through shuttle run training have an influence on increasing VO2 Max Karateka Dojo ZIEZOYUKI KARATE ACADEMY in 2023, and have a big influence on performance when Karateka competes directly.

Abstract

Research Problems: Optimal nutritional status is crucial for the physical and cognitive development of elementary school students aged 11 years. However, there are still gaps in meeting their nutritional needs, which may affect their health and academic performance. Research Objectives: This study aims to analyze the nutritional status and needs of fifth-grade students at SD N 3 Tamblang. Methods: This research is a descriptive quantitative study using a survey method. Results: The findings indicate that among the 31 students examined, 2 students (7%) were classified as severely obese, 13 students (42%) had a normal/ideal nutritional status, 6 students (19%) were mildly underweight, and 10 students (32%) were severely underweight. No students were categorized as mildly obese (0%). The analysis of macronutrient needs showed an average carbohydrate requirement of 367.29 grams (range: 311–462 grams), an average protein requirement of 91.82 grams (range: 78–115 grams), and an average fat requirement of 68.02 grams (range: 58–86 grams). Conclusion: The nutritional status of fifth-grade students at SD N 3 Tamblang indicates that some students have not yet achieved optimal nutritional status. Therefore, intervention from Physical Education teachers and parents is needed to improve children's nutritional quality.

Abstract

This research aimed to improve long jump learning outcomes in class X 1 students of SMA Negeri 2 Tabanan by applying the Problem-Based Learning learning model. This type of classroom action research was carried out in two cycles: action planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were class X 1 students of SMA Negeri 2 Tabanan in the academic year 2023/2024. There were 36 students, consisting of 20 females and 16 males. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that learning outcomes classically experienced a significant increase in the attitude aspect from cycle I of 16.7% increased to 80.6% in cycle II, the knowledge aspect from cycle I of 44.4% increased to 86.1% in cycle II, and the skill aspect from cycle I of 33.3% increased to 80.6% in cycle II. The research concluded that the learning outcomes of the long jump increased through the application of the PBL learning model in class X 1 students of SMA Negeri 2 Tabanan in the academic year 2023/2024. Therefore, this research recommends PE teachers consider using the PBL learning model because it can improve long jump learning outcomes.

Abstract

This Research and Development aims to develop interactive learning media in learning (PJOK) material for 100 meter short distance running athletics for class X students which is packaged in the form of a website. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely, analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire on a score scale. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that the learning content expert test obtained a result of 93.3% (very valid), the learning design expert test obtained 100% (very valid), the learning media expert test obtained 98.4% (very valid). Furthermore, product development through individual trials obtained 98.7% (very valid), small group trials obtained 98% (very valid), large group trials obtained 97.9% (very valid). The conclusions obtained from this research and development were stated to be very feasible and usable. Suggestions to educators to implement interactive learning media for 100 meter short distance running packaged in website form on relevant PJOK subjects.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the design, determine the validity of results and determine the practicality of learning media based on video tutorials on service techniques in the sepak takraw game at SMP Negeri 4 Kubucepatn. This development research was carried out through 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. The results of this development research show that: video tutorial-based learning media obtained validation percentage results from content/material experts of 96%, design experts of 86%, media experts of 93%, teacher/field practitioner expert responses of 98%, student responses namely the individual test obtained a percentage result of 99%, the small group test was 97%, the large group test was 96%, so it was declared to have very good validity, and obtained an assessment from the practicality test of 97% with a very good category qualification. Good. So it can be concluded that the learning media based on video tutorials on service techniques in the sepak takraw game is declared feasible and practical to use in learning activities.
