Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran, media pembelajaran memiliki peran penting untuk menunjang efektivitas kegiatan belajar mengajar. Pemanfaatan media yang tepat tidak hanya membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi, tetapi juga mempermudah peserta didik dalam memahami isi pelajaran. Pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK), keterampilan dasar sepak bola seperti dribbling dan heading memerlukan media pendukung agar lebih mudah dipahami. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis video tutorial pada materi dribbling dan heading sepak bola untuk peserta didik kelas VIII. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE, meliputi tahap analyze, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket/kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil validasi menunjukkan kelayakan sangat tinggi, dengan persentase 90% dari ahli materi, 85% dari ahli desain, 92,5% dari ahli media, serta 93,7% dari praktisi lapangan. Uji coba perorangan memperoleh hasil 91,6%, kelompok kecil 98,5%, dan kelompok besar 90,2%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media berbasis video tutorial ini sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran PJOK, khususnya pada materi dribbling dan heading, serta berpotensi dikembangkan lebih lanjut sesuai kebutuhan sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Football Edu berbasis Android sebagai media pembelajaran permainan sepakbola bagi peserta didik kelas X SMAN 1 Muncar Banyuwangi pada tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Peningkatan pemanfaatan teknologi mobile memberikan peluang untuk menghadirkan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dalam mata pelajaran PJOK. Aplikasi Football Edu dirancang untuk membantu peserta didik memahami materi teknik dasar dan konsep teoritis sepakbola secara lebih menarik, fleksibel, dan mudah diakses. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model ADDIE yang mencakup tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa aplikasi Android berisi materi umum sepakbola, sarana dan prasarana, peraturan permainan, teknik dasar, serta kuis evaluasi. Validasi produk dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, ahli desain, dan praktisi lapangan, yang menunjukkan hasil penilaian kategori sangat baik. Uji coba yang melibatkan peserta didik juga menunjukkan respon positif, sehingga aplikasi dinilai praktis dan mudah digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, aplikasi Football Edu dinyatakan layak dan efektif sebagai media pembelajaran permainan sepakbola.

Abstract

Research Problems: Optimal nutritional status is crucial for the physical and cognitive development of elementary school students aged 11 years. However, there are still gaps in meeting their nutritional needs, which may affect their health and academic performance. Research Objectives: This study aims to analyze the nutritional status and needs of fifth-grade students at SD N 3 Tamblang. Methods: This research is a descriptive quantitative study using a survey method. Results: The findings indicate that among the 31 students examined, 2 students (7%) were classified as severely obese, 13 students (42%) had a normal/ideal nutritional status, 6 students (19%) were mildly underweight, and 10 students (32%) were severely underweight. No students were categorized as mildly obese (0%). The analysis of macronutrient needs showed an average carbohydrate requirement of 367.29 grams (range: 311–462 grams), an average protein requirement of 91.82 grams (range: 78–115 grams), and an average fat requirement of 68.02 grams (range: 58–86 grams). Conclusion: The nutritional status of fifth-grade students at SD N 3 Tamblang indicates that some students have not yet achieved optimal nutritional status. Therefore, intervention from Physical Education teachers and parents is needed to improve children's nutritional quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of physical literacy-based approaches within Physical Education (PE) learning to support students’ lifelong active lifestyles. Physical literacy is conceptualized as an integrated foundation of physical competence, motivation, confidence, knowledge, and understanding that enables individuals to engage in meaningful physical activities throughout life. A qualitative literature study was employed by reviewing 40 peer-reviewed articles published in the last ten years from Scopus-indexed journals and national accredited journals. Data were analyzed through thematic synthesis comprising extraction, categorization, and interpretation of recurring patterns. The findings indicate that physical literacy contributes significantly to the development of fundamental movement skills, intrinsic motivation, and sustained participation in physical activity. Effective implementation in PE requires student-centered pedagogical models such as Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU), movement education, active play, and learning environments that encourage autonomy and meaningful engagement. The study concludes that integrating physical literacy into PE curriculum promotes long-term health behaviors and builds a strong foundation for lifelong active lifestyles. This research highlights the urgency for teachers to adopt holistic, inclusive, and motivational teaching strategies that nurture students’ physical literacy from early schooling.

Abstract

This research is based on observations conducted through Google Forms and interviews showing that 97.6% of respondents stated the need for effective and flexible learning innovations. In addition, 100% of respondents stated that flipbook-based digital learning materials have never been used in basic sepak takraw learning techniques. Based on the results of the needs analysis, this study aims to develop flipbook digital teaching materials related to basic service techniques and sepak takraw smash materials. This study applies the ADDIE development model which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The subjects of this study were fifth-semester students of the physical education, health, and recreation study program with a purposive sample. The final results show that the content/material expert test is in the very feasible category (100%), the design expert test is in the feasible category (88.3%), the media expert test is in the very feasible category (96.7%), and the field practitioner test is in the very feasible category (96.9%). Furthermore, the product trial obtained individual test results of 94.2%, small group test of 95.5%, and large group test of 92.7%, all of which are in the very appropriate category. Thus, this flipbook learning material is considered relevant and appropriate for use in sepak takraw learning, and is expected to contribute to the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program, Faculty of Sports and Health, Ganesha University of Education, and sports practitioners in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) pada materi passing bola voli melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 35 siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 4 Kubutambahan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes kognitif, dan penilaian unjuk kerja untuk mengukur ketuntasan belajar pada aspek afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotor. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan belajar klasikal dari prasiklus (52,4%) menjadi siklus I (82,9%) dan siklus II (93,3%). Secara spesifik, aspek afektif meningkat dari 60,0% menjadi 94,3%, aspek kognitif dari 62,9% menjadi 94,3%, dan aspek psikomotor dari 34,3% menjadi 91,4%. Kesimpulan: Model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar PJOK materi passing bola voli secara signifikan pada ketiga ranah pembelajaran. Guru PJOK disarankan untuk mengadopsi model ini sebagai alternatif pembelajaran yang aktif dan kontekstual.

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning in elementary schools plays a crucial role in supporting students’ physical, motor, and psychological development. Football is one of the most commonly taught big-ball games in PJOK and has strong potential to enhance students’ motivation, psychological engagement, and learning outcomes when implemented through appropriate pedagogical approaches. However, football learning in elementary schools is often conducted using conventional methods that do not fully address students’ psychological needs. This study aims to systematically review and synthesize scientific evidence related to football-based PJOK learning in elementary schools, particularly its impact on students’ motivation, psychological engagement, and learning outcomes. This study employed a systematic literature review (SLR) approach using the PICOS framework and followed the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. The literature review process was structured using the SALSA framework, including searching, appraisal, synthesis, and analysis stages. The findings indicate that football-based PJOK learning has a positive effect on students’ intrinsic motivation, active participation, psychological engagement, fundamental motor skills, and overall learning outcomes. These results suggest that football can be effectively utilized as an engaging and holistic PJOK learning model that supports students’ physical, psychological, and social development in elementary school settings. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di sekolah dasar memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perkembangan fisik, motorik, serta psikologis peserta didik. Namun, dalam praktiknya, pembelajaran PJOK khususnya pada materi permainan sepak bola masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan, seperti rendahnya motivasi belajar, keterlibatan aktif, dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Permainan sepak bola merupakan salah satu materi PJOK yang memiliki potensi besar untuk mengembangkan aspek motorik, kognitif, afektif, dan sosial peserta didik apabila diimplementasikan dengan pendekatan pembelajaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis bukti ilmiah terkait pembelajaran PJOK berbasis permainan sepak bola pada siswa sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR). Kajian sistematis ini melibatkan artikel penelitian yang diseleksi menggunakan kerangka PICOS dan mengikuti pedoman PRISMA 2020. Proses sintesis literatur disusun berdasarkan kerangka SALSA. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran sepak bola dalam PJOK memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi intrinsik, keterlibatan psikologis, keterampilan motorik dasar, serta hasil belajar peserta didik sekolah dasar. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa permainan sepak bola dapat dijadikan sebagai model pembelajaran PJOK yang efektif, menyenangkan, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan peserta didik secara holistik..

Abstract

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is currently one of the training methods that are widely applied to improve athletic performance in various sports. This method emphasizes a combination of high-intensity physical activity performed in a short duration and interspersed with relatively short rest periods. In the context of traditional martial arts, especially pencak silat, athletes are required to have a high level of muscle strength, cardiovascular stamina, speed, and agility to support the effectiveness of attack and defense techniques during the match. Therefore, the application of the right training method is an important factor in supporting the achievements of pencak silat athletes. This research paper aims to examine the impact of the application of HIIT on improving the physical performance of pencak silat athletes. The research method used is a literature review by analyzing a number of relevant national and international journals published in the range of 2019–2025. Data were obtained from scientific articles that had been indexed by SINTA and Scopus, then analyzed qualitatively descriptively based on the research theme, findings, and theoretical implications reported. The results of the study show that HIIT has a significant influence on increasing cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, and agility, which are the main components of physical condition in pencak silat. With its efficient characteristics in terms of time and intensity, HIIT has the potential to be an effective and applicable alternative training program for pencak silat athletes in an effort to improve overall physical performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated based on observations and interviews with students showing that 100% stated that there are no digital flipbook-based teaching materials in sepak takraw learning. Then 91.7% stated the need for learning innovations that support the learning process. This research aims to produce digital flipbook-based teaching materials on matari basic passing techniques in sepak takraw learning. This study uses the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data analysis techniques used include quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The subjects in this study were four validators and students in the fifth semester of the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation (PE) study program who were selected using purposive sampling. Based on the expert test of the content of the material received a score of 100% very good, the learning design expert test got a score of 88% in the good category, the learning media expert test got a score of 97% very good, and the field practitioner expert test got a score of 98% very well and the individual trial got a score of 94% with the very good category, the small group trial got a score of 95% very good,  and large group trials with a score of 95% were excellent. Thus, this teaching material is very feasible to be used in the sepak takraw learning process in improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

Sepak takraw is a traditional game originating from Southeast Asia, widely sought after in countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Myanmar. The aim of this research is to develop digital flipbook-based teaching materials using basic block techniques using qualitative and quantitative research methods. Results of observations through Google Forms and interviews, which showed that 97.6% of respondents agreed that there was effective and flexible learning innovation. All respondents (100%) also confirmed that flipbook-based digital teaching materials had never been applied in teaching basic sepak takraw techniques using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. Data analysis was conducted descriptively, quantitatively, and qualitatively, with the research subjects being fifth-semester students of the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program who were selected purposively . The data collection instrument in this study used a questionnaire recording sheet. The  results showed that the content/material expert test obtained a very feasible category (100%), the design expert test was feasible (83%), the media expert test was very feasible (98%), and the field practitioner expert test was 98%. The product trial also produced a highly suitable category, with a presentation of 95.4% in individual trials, 96% in small group trials, and 95% in large group trials. Thus, this flipbook-based digital teaching material is considered highly relevant and suitable for use in learning.
