Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sukuk korporasi dan total aset perbankan syariah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel independen sukuk korporasi dan total aset perbankan syariah dengan satu variabel dependen yaitu pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi yaitu data dari lembaga Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) yang mengenai data sukuk korporasi, total aset perbankan syariah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional selama delapan tahun terakhir, yaitu data tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2020 dengan menggunakan interpolasi data sebanyak 60 data dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh data dari tahun 2016 – 2020. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan data sekunder. Hasil penelitiannya secara parsial sukuk korporasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Secara parsial total aset perbankan syariah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Nilai t tabel sebesar 1.67203. jika dibandingkan dengan t hitung 8.086248 > dari t tabel 1.67203 maka dapat dikatakan variabel sukuk korporasi berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kemudian variabel total aset perbankan syariah memiliki t hitung sebesar 10.22120 > dari t tabel 1.67203 artinya variabel total aset perbankan syariah berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonoomi. Secara simultan (sama-sama) variabel independen sukuk korporasi dan total aset perbankan syariah berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan nilai probability 0.0000 < 0,05. Jadi kedua variabel independen sukuk korporasi dan total aset perbankan syariah dapat menjadi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

21st century learning requires students to have 4C skills (communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem solving and creativity and innovation). These skills are high-level thinking abilities or what we usually call HOTS. Critical thinking skills are very important in learning at school so learning and assessment must be designed to develop critical thinking skills. The evaluation tool used must take into account students' higher-order thinking abilities which encourage students to use HOTS abilities. The evaluation tools used in elementary schools are still not HOTS based, so they do not measure critical thinking abilities. Innovation to develop critical thinking evaluation tools in elementary school aims to: (1) produce an assessment instrument that can measure high-level thinking abilities (HOTS), (2) produce an assessment instrument that can measure critical thinking abilities. This research uses a type of development research (Research and Development). The results of the research state that the evaluation tool can be used as an assessment instrument capable of measuring higher order thinking abilities (HOTS) such as critical thinking skills

Abstract

The classroom action research conducted in class IV of SDN Sungai Miai 4 occurred due to problems in the form of low student activity and learning outcomes in mathematics lessons. This problem occurs due to monotonous learning so that students' critical thinking skills do not develop. This classroom action research was conducted in three meetings in class IV of SDN Sungai Miai 4 in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year with all 22 class IV students as research subjects. It can be seen from the results of the study that there has been an increase in all aspects studied. Teacher activity becomes "Very Good", student activity becomes "Very Active", students' critical thinking skills are in the "Very Critical" criteria and student learning outcomes increase making all students complete.

Abstract

One of the main factors contributing to this change is the advancement of information technology (IT). In the business context, IT not only serves as a tool to improve operational efficiency, but also as an enabler for innovation and the development of more effective marketing strategies. The purpose of this study is to how the use of information technology has a positive impact on business in the era of globalization. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, which focuses on collecting and analyzing data from written sources, such as books, journal articles, research reports, and other relevant documents. By utilizing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing, UMKM can reach customers globally and increase their brand visibility and efficient logistics support is essential for e-commerce success. Further literature review is needed to find out what are the uses of information technology that can be used in business development in the era of globalization

Abstract

Saat ini banyak hasil penelitian terkait penyebaran makroalga di Indonesia. Namun informasi terkait penyebaran makroalga di Pulau Tidung di kawasan Kepulauan Seribu cukup sulit ditemui. Diketahui bahwa makroalga cukup melimpah di Kepulauan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengindetifikasi keberadaan makroalga di Pulau Tidung. Penelitian dilakukan secara metode jelajah dengan menyusuri perairan yang diketahui terdapat makroalga. Ditemukan 9 spesies makroalga yang terdiri dari 4 spesies dari alga coklat (Phaeophyta), 1 spesies dari alga merah (Rhodophyta), dan 4 spesies dari alga hijau (Chlorophyta). Alga coklat yang ditemukan berasal dari genus Sargassum dan Padina, alga merah dari genus Eucheuma, dan alga hijau dari genus Caulerpa dan Halimeda. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberadaan makroalga ini adalah kualitas perairan, pH air laut, arus laut, dan kecerahan perairan. Adanya makroalga ini menjadi indikator penting bahwa masih terjaganya kelestarian alam Pulau Tidung dalam menjaga keanekaragaman hayatinya.

Abstract

Kompetensi dalam pembuatan LKPD berbasis HOTS pada abad 21 sangat krusial untuk dimiliki oleh guru. Tuntutan tersebut dilakukan untuk dapat menghasilkan sumber belajar sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran lebih baik. Namun selama ini di SDN Semangat Dalam 5 penggunaan LKPD yang dibuat lebih banyak berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan saja, semestinya LKPD berisi petunjuk atau pedoman kegiatan yang harus lengkap dan sistematis. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk mengoptimalkan kompetensi guru dalam pembuatan LKPD Project Learning berbasis HOTS. Metode yang digunakan yaitu PAR (Participatory Action Research) dengan tahapan pengenalan dan evaluasi berkelanjutan yang dilaksanakan di SDN Semangat Dalam 5 yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Barito Kuala.. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru dan keterampilan guru dalam pembuatan LKPD Project Learning berbasis HOTS sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan kompetensi guru dengan pencapaian yang positif dan menunjukkan manfaat yang signifikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran siswa.

Abstract

Implementasi program Bantuan Operasional Kesehatan (BOK) dalam meningkatkan Kesehatan Ibu Dan Anak (KIA) selama ini masih jauh dari harapan yang berdampak pada angka kematian ibu dan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi Implementasi Program Bantuan Operasional Kesehatan (BOK) Dalam Meningkatkan Kesehatan Ibu Dan Anak (KIA) Di Puskesmas Suli Kabupaten Luwu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan diambil dengan teknik snowball sampling dengan informan sebanyak 4 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, observasi. Teknik analisa data kualitatif menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verification. Uji keabsahan data dimana peneliti menggunakan trianggulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa komunikasi Bantuan Program Operasional Kesehatan (BOK) dalam meningkatkan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak dimana petugas membuat rancangan program terlebih dahulu dan fokus terhadap materi yang akan disampaikan kepada masyarakat dan menggunakan media seperti flip chart, LCD, sebaran kertas. Sumber daya pendukung dimana petugas yang kompeten di bidang kesehatan ibu dan anak dan didukung dengan tokoh masyarakat sebagai cara untuk mempermudah berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat. Sikap petugas merasa senang menerima insentif dan semakin rajin untuk mengemban tugasnya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan anak dan yang berhak menerima dana insentif adalah petugas kesehatan yang terlibat dalam kegiatan BOK. Struktur birokrasi sudah memiliki dasar yang kuat dalam hal kegiatan BOK, sedangkan fungsi antar instansi dengan puskesmas ibu sudah sesuai dalam hal peningkatan kesehatan ibu dan anak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka disimpulkan bahwa implementasi program Bantuan Operasional Kesehatan (BOK) yang tepat maka dapat dalam meningkatkan Kesehatan Ibu Dan Anak (KIA).

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is very important for business development. Customer experience refers to the overall customer experience, while service quality is an important factor and the main cause of customer satisfaction. However, there are several problems at the PDAM in Patas 1 Village, namely when customers report damage and request repairs, the response is very slow and may not be responded to at all. When damage or repairs are needed at PDAM, no notification is given, which can take up to 2-3 days to resolve. As a result, the water may have a strong lime/chlorine odor, which could potentially affect customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine whether service quality and customer experience simultaneously and partially affect customer satisfaction. The type of research used is field research with a quantitative approach, using a questionnaire technique for data collection. The population in this study is PDAM customers, with a sample size of 86 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the service quality variable does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, in the sense that the better the service quality provided by PDAM Desa Patas 1, the less it affects the satisfaction obtained. Then, the customer experience variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, indicating that the more positive the customer experience, the higher their level of satisfaction tends to be. Abstract

Students’ learning activities at schools are less active; they find difficulties understanding the materials. The learning results are low because educators have not used an effective learning model. This study aimed to improve the teaching-learning activities and the students’ learning outcomes by using GI, SAVI, and TGT models. It was conducted at grade V of SDN Madang, Kabupaten Tabalong, South Kalimantan. This research utilized Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was conducted in 4 meetings. Data were obtained through observation sheets and evaluation tests of students’ learning outcomes. The data analysis was calculated based on the percentage scale and indicators of learning completeness. The results showed that the activities of educators scored 40 with very good criteria. It was found that 90% of students were very active, and 100% of students’ learning outcomes were complete. The conclusion was that learning through GI, SAVI, and TGT was effective. The activities of educators were very good, the students’ activities were increasing, and the learning outcomes on the water cycle material were complete

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the teacher's skills in planning and implementing HOTS learning based on an environmental approach. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data collected were analyzed by data selection techniques, data tabulation, calculating alternative answers, then describing and analyzing the data. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of HOTS learning based on an environmental approach in elementary schools in Banjar Regency, especially in Kertak Hanyar District, the High Class Gugus has not been fully implemented, this is because some teachers experience limitations in developing HOTS learning devices based on an environmental approach and sometimes experience problems obstacles in implementing HOTS learning based on an environmental approach. To compile the assessment in the form of HOTS is also constrained, because not all students are able to construct, understand, and apply their critical thinking skills, so the evaluation tool designed needs to be adapted to the needs of students.
