Abstract

Businesses, especially those in the decoration industry, have been forced to move to online-based systems by the development of digital technology. Jakarta Decor Store struggled to reach a wider audience and improve transaction effectiveness. The goal of this project was to create an online e-commerce platform that would allow the company to better handle orders, payments, and merchandise. Requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing are all phases of the waterfall development methodology. The application’s data structure and flow are described by the system architecture using entity relationship diagrams (ERDs), use case diagrams, and class diagram approaches. The output of this study is a web platform that allows users to manage orders, make online purchases, and choose from a variety of payment options. The system operates according to its intended specifications, as demonstrated by testing using black box testing techniques. It is expected that the implementation of this system will improve market accessibility, enhance operational effectiveness, and facilitate consumer transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine students’ perceptions of online learning in the Citizenship Education course, identify the challenges they face, and explore their understanding of civic values during the learning process. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through open-ended interviews with students of the Informatics Education Study Program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau. The findings indicate that students are generally able to participate in lectures; however, limited interaction with lecturers becomes an obstacle that affects their understanding of the material. Other challenges include unstable internet connectivity and decreased learning motivation. Nevertheless, students are still able to internalize civic values through creative assignments that are relevant to daily life. Thus, online learning continues to make a positive contribution to shaping students’ character and awareness as active and responsible citizens in the digital era.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran daring pada mata kuliah Kewarganegaraan, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi, serta pemaknaan mereka terhadap nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan selama proses tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terbuka kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Informatika di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa umumnya mampu mengikuti perkuliahan, tetapi terbatasnya interaksi dengan dosen menjadi kendala yang mempengaruhi pemahaman materi. Tantangan lainnya meliputi kualitas jaringan internet yang tidak stabil dan motivasi belajar yang menurun. Meski demikian, mereka tetap dapat menginternalisasi nilai kewarganegaraan melalui tugas yang kreatif dan relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian, perkuliahan secara daring tetap memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membentuk karakter dan kesadaran mahasiswa sebagai warga negara yang aktif dan bertanggung jawab di era digital.
