Abstract

This research is a quasi-experimental research (as if experimental) by design Control Group Design Pre Test & Post Test which aims to determine the effect of learning video-based audio-visual media on improving student learning outcomes. The population in the research class XI TKR with a total of 56 students consisting of 28 experimental class students and 28 control class. The sample in the study was carried out using the technique (Simple Random Sampling) because the taking of sample members from the population is done randomly. Each student will randomly choose a roll of paper that says the experimental class and the control class. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis research to obtain an overview of the increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class obtained an average value pre test 46.25 and post test 85.36 while the control group obtained an average value pre test 49.64 and post test 67.50 after being given the highest value treatment results post test the experimental class is higher than the control class. The results of the hypothesis test to obtain the effect of audio-visual media based on video learning based on the calculation of the hypothesis test (independent sample t test) shows a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05 H0 rejected and Ha accepted. The value of t is also obtained tcount of 6,578 and ttable of 2,048. because tcount = 6.578 > ttable= 2.048 points H0 rejected and Ha accepted, which means there is an influence on the use of learning video-based audio-visual media. Index calculation resultsgain to obtain the effectiveness of the use of audio-visual media based on video learning experimental class obtained valuegain of 0.728 in the high category while the control class obtained a valuegain of 0.355 medium category. This shows the effectiveness of using audio-visual media based on video learning to improve student learning outcomes compared to conventional methods.

Abstract

The study aimed to discover 1) The influence of using google classroom learning media on learning outcomes in Computer and Basic Network subject at SMKN 3 Pangkep, 2) the influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes in Computer and Basic Network subject at SMKN 3 Pangkep,and 3) the influence of using google classroom learning media and learning motivation on learning outcomes in Computer and Basic Network subject at SMKN 3 Pangkep. The research method used was ex-post facto research. The total population was 67 people. The sample size was 67 people because this study worked on the population. Data collection was conducted by using documentation and questionnaire. The prerequisite test used the normality test and linearity test. Hypothesis testing employed simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression. The results of the study reveal that: (1) students' perceptions on the use of google classroom learning media in Computer and Basic Network subject at SMKN 3 Pangkep are in "very good" category, (2) the students’ motivation in Computer and Basic Network subject at SMKN 3 Pangkep is in "very high"category, (3) the learning outcomes in Computer and Basic Network subject at SMKN 3 Pangkep are in "good" category, (4) there is an influence of using google classroom learning media on learning outcomes. The test results show that the Sig. F of 0.000 <0.05 with a contribution of 19.6%, (5) there is an influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes. The test results show that the Sig. F of 0.000<0.05 with a contribution of 41.3%, and (6) there is an influence on the use of google classroom learning media and learning motivation collectively on learning outcomes. The test results show the value of Sig. F is 0.000 <0.05 with a contribution of 45.6%. Therefore, the research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

SMK is a vocational secondary education, which aims to prepare students to become professional workers to work in certain fields. The results of preliminary observations indicate that the students’ work readiness at SMKN in Light Vehicle Engineering Competency in Makassar City is still not optimal. The purpose of this study is to discover the description of industrial apprentice, learning achievement in productive subjects, entrepreneurship interest, and work readiness as well as to analyze the influence of industrial apprentice, learning achievement in productive subjects, and entrepreneurship interest on students’ work readiness at SMKN in Light Vehicle Engineering Skills Competency in Makassar City partially and simultaneously. This study is a type of ex post facto research with a quantitative approach. The research population were students of SMKN in Light Vehicle Engineering Competency in Makassar City. The sampling technique employed proportional random sampling technique with 122 students. Data collection techniques were conducted by employing questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis were conducted by employing descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study reveal that the level of industrial apprentice is categorized in good category by 91%, learning achievement in productive subjects is categorized in good category by 89%, entrepreneurship interest is categorized in high category by 86%, and work readiness is categorized in high category by 84%. There is a positive and significant influence of industrial apprentice, learning achievement of productive subjects, and entrepreneurship interest on students’ work readiness partially 61%, 77.5%, 29% respectively, and 85.3% simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan e-book yang dikembangkan sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Teknik Jaringan Komputer dan Telekomunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Pada tahap analisis kebutuhan, observasi dan wawancara dengan guru mata pelajaran menunjukkan bahwa meskipun siswa terbiasa menggunakan teknologi, mereka mengalami keterbatasan dalam kemampuan belajar mandiri dan pengelolaan waktu, sehingga dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan fleksibel. E-book dirancang menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Word dan Flip PDF Professional agar menarik secara visual dan mudah diakses. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa e-book memperoleh skor 100% dari ahli media dan 100% dari ahli materi, yang dikategorikan “sangat valid”. Kepraktisan e-book dinilai melalui angket tanggapan siswa dengan hasil sebesar 82,77%, yang tergolong dalam kategori “sangat praktis”. Efektivitas e-book diuji melalui quasi eksperimen dengan membandingkan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, yang menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa e-book yang dikembangkan tidak hanya layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran, tetapi juga mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, e-book ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran digital yang efektif dalam mendukung proses belajar siswa di era teknologi saat ini, terutama pada materi yang bersifat teknis dan memerlukan visualisasi yang jelas.
