Abstract

HIMMAH NW as a student organization born in the region, continues to struggle to maintain its existence in the midst of competition with other national student organizations. One of the strategies used to attract new members is through needs analysis in the recruitment and debriefing process of new members, known as WAPA HIMMAH NW. This program not only serves as a formal orientation, but also as a preparation for members to play an active role in the organization and contribute to society. In order to support cadre capacity building, HIMMAH NW activities are implemented using the Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) approach, which involves cadres in every stage, from planning to program implementation. This approach includes four main stages: foundation laying, research planning, information collection and analysis, and follow-up of findings, which aim to improve cadres' skills in facing organizational and social challenges. Through this approach, it is expected to create cadres who are not only proficient in organizing, but also have high integrity and adaptability

Abstract

Inclusive education is a strategic approach to fostering a harmonious society amidst Indonesia’s diverse cultures and religions. This research analyzes the implementation of inclusive education at Tarbiyatul Mu’allimin Al-Islamiyyah (TMI) Al-Amien Prenduan. The study’s goal is to understand how the school internalizes Islamic values, nationalism, and tolerance. We used a qualitative, case study design, gathering data through in-depth interviews with school leaders, teachers, and students, along with participant observation and document analysis. Thematic analysis and source triangulation ensured data validity. Findings reveal that TMI Al-Amien successfully implements inclusive education by integrating the principles of ukhuwah islamiyyah (Islamic brotherhood) and ukhuwah wathaniyyah (national brotherhood) throughout its educational aspects. The curriculum accommodates diverse student backgrounds while maintaining Islamic identity. A holistic evaluation system assesses academics, personality, and social skills, indicating success. Challenges like student heterogeneity, potential group exclusivity, and limited media literacy were overcome by strengthening core values, developing educator competencies, and encouraging multicultural interaction. We conclude that TMI Al-Amien’s inclusive education model effectively strengthens student tolerance and nationalism, serving as a valuable reference for multicultural education development in other pesantren

Abstract

Sapit is a village rich in natural resources and the hospitality of its people. This village also has cultural diversity, not only in the form of social norms, art, ideas, or inspiration but also in the legacy of letters. The purpose of this study is to describe the profile of the historical site heritage of Sapit village as evidence of the identity of the Lombok civilization. This type of research uses descriptive and qualitative methods to reveal the profile of the historical site heritage of Sapit village as evidence of the identity of the civilization of the Lombok people. The study related to the profile of the historical site heritage of Sapit village was carried out through the data collection stage by conducting observations, data analysis stages, and data interpretation stages. The results show that Sapit village has a wealth of historical sites in the form of Sapit inscriptions, Langgar Pusaka, ancient Qur'an, kentongan, kepeng tepong, and the statue of Dewi Sri. These relics are clear evidence of the advancement of literacy and civilization of the Lombok people from pre-historic times to historical times.Sapit merupakan desa yang kaya akan sumber daya alam, dan keramahtamahan masyarakatnya. Desa ini juga memiliki keanekaragaman budaya, tidak hanya berupa norma sosial, seni, ide atau gagasan, melainkan peninggalan-peningalan aksara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan profil peninggalan situs sejarah desa Sapit sebagai bukti identitas peradaban Lombok. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengungkap profil peninggalan situs sejarah desa Sapit sebagai bukti identitas peradaban masyarakat Lombok. Kajian terkait profil peninggalan situs sejarah desa Sapit dilakukan melalui tahap pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, tahap analisis data, dan tahap interpretasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desa Sapit memiliki kekayaan situs sejarah berupa prasasti Sapit, Langgar Pusaka, al-Qur’an kuno, kentongan, kepeng tepong, dan arca Dewi Sri. Peninggalan tersebut menjadi bukti nyata majunya literasi dan peradaban masyarakat Lombok dari zaman pra sejarah sampai zaman sejarah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of organizational culture in improving the quality of education at PAUD KB Bani Hamzah and PAUD Darul Faqih, as well as to identify the strategies employed by school principals in shaping and internalizing a conducive organizational culture. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with principals, teachers, and educational staff, and document analysis. Data were analyzed following Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña’s (2014) interactive model. The findings reveal that principals implemented participatory leadership, instilled shared values, habituated positive behaviors, strengthened collaboration, maintained open communication, and demonstrated exemplary integrity and work discipline. A strong and consistent organizational culture significantly enhanced teacher motivation, parental involvement, and the quality of learning processes and outcomes. In conclusion, the principals’ strategies in building and sustaining a positive organizational culture play a central and sustainable role in improving the quality of early childhood education.
