Abstract

Modeling of the photovoltaic (PV) approach is generally described by nonlinear equations with solving the equation using the steps iteratively.  However, this proposed research discusses the monocrystal type PV module approach model to estimate the characteristics of a photovoltaic generator, because it has the advantage that it is good enough to operate in Indonesia. This approach model takes into account the relationship between power, energy, and current to obtain the performance characteristics of the PV generator. This PV generator approach model is compared with PV generator manufacturer data and analyzed to validate the proposed approach model. Approach model with simulation hope this helps to find out IV characteristics according to the data recorded on the PV module and can save time or reduce the time to measurement results. The simulation results obtained the amount of power, energy, and current, 200.475W, 133.65 W/m2, and 7.9 Amperes, respectively with a simulation time of about 1.5 milliseconds. In addition to the above results, a comparison between the current and the power of the PV modules under study is also given and it gives the result that at a certain current the power level will no longer increase, but the power will decrease drastically due to heat from the PV panel module, because the module has the ability to receive heat from outside.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah memberikan pengetahuan khususnya informasi tentang dunia penerbangan terkait pelayanan lalu lintas udara kepada calon lulusan SMK di wilayah kecamatan legok serta menumbuhkan minat dan bakat calon lulusan SMK Penerbangan Dirgantara terhadap dunia penerbangan khususnya di bidang lalu lintas udara. Para peserta diharapkan memahami pengetahuan tentang pelayanan informasi yang berhubungan dengan pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan, seperti flight information service, alerting service , aeronautical information service, meteorology agar terwujud harapan untuk mencapai faktor keselamatan dan efisiensi pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia yang berlokasi di kecamatan Legok, kabupaten Tangerang memiliki visi menjadi pusat unggulan di bidang penerbangan sipil Indonesia melalui penyelenggaraan pendidian vokasi dan profesi yang berstandar Internasional, sehingga meningkatkan martabat dan kesejahteraan bangsa. Program studi Lalu Lintas Udara (Prodi LLU) yang merupakan salah satu program studi di Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug saat ini mendidik calon-calon sarjana muda yang akan berkarya di bidang penerbangan terutama pemanduan Lalu Lintas Udara. Taruna yang mengikuti pendidikan diploma di prodi LLU merupakan lulusan SMA maupun SMK dari seluruh Indonesia. Politeknik Penerbangan Indonesia Curug merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang tepat untuk menumbuhkan minat dan bakat para pelajar terhadap ilmu penerbangan sehingga diharapkan kelak akan lahir insan-insan penerbangan di masa yang akan datang, khususnya minat dan bakat para pelajar SMK Penerbangan Dirgantara di wilayah kecamatan legok.

Abstract

Transportation or people travel, this term used by Gugug Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 is people mobility from area to another area with administrative boundry as province/district/city and arrival form abroad (repatriation) enter the territory of Republikc of Indonesia by using prival vehicle or public transport land/railways/sea and by air. The provisons of land transportation and air transportation to be regulated for the effort of Covid-19 accelartion handling be realized and in other hands the piepole mobility still on going for the purpose of the run of economics. How this can be run side by side ?. of course there are a matters to be adjust, for example about behavior of trasnportaion service user that shall be adjust to new protocol in pandemic periode that different with normal behavior. From transportation operator side also adjust required, Beside of new protocol how to embark and disembark people the capacity of transportation vehicle adjust required also and can not be used according to manufacturer spesifications. This matter not so easy for the user or transportation operator relating to investment and operational of trasnprtation operator. In this community service focused to how to reached equilibrium between pandemic handling effort and the economy from land transportation and air transportation point of view.

Abstract

Pelayanan Informasi Aeronautika (AIS) adalah sistem yang memberikan informasi penting untuk keperluan penerbangan, melibatkan aspek-aspek seperti kondisi bandara, rute penerbangan, pemeliharaan fasilitas, dan lainnya. Penerbitan Notice to Airmen (Notam), Ashtam, Snowtam merupakan bagian integral dari AIS, memberikan informasi resmi tentang perubahan fasilitas, pemeliharaan, dan navigasi. yang memberikan informasi mengenai perubahan aktifitas gunung berapi, erupsi dan awan debu gunung berapi yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap pengoperasian pesawat udara. memberikan laporan kondisi permukaan yang memberitahukan ada atau berhentinya kondisi berbahaya akibat salju, es, lumpur, embun beku, genangan air atau air yang terkait dengan salju, lumpur, es atau embun beku di area pergerakan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan penyegaran ilmu Notam,  Ashtam dan Snowtam kepada personel Air Traffic Services (ATS) di Lanud Atang Sendjaja Bogor, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan keselamatan penerbangan, mengenai perubahan fasilitas, pemeliharaan dan navigasi serta aturan-aturan terbaru  yang berlaku untuk kepentingan  pelayanan Aeronautika Information Service.

Abstract

A review of Aeronautical Information Publication Indonesia Volume II indicates a critical infrastructure deficiency at Kertajati International Airport. The absence of a designated helipad presents a significant obstacle for air traffic controllers. This research proposed helicopter procedures designed for instrument flight rules to improve air traffic movement at Kertajati International Airport. A qualitative approach using interviews and document analysis was employed. The research identified a critical omission: the absence of designated helicopter take-off and landing locations. This lack of a framework hinders safe and efficient traffic management. The proposed procedure addresses this challenge by providing a structured approach for managing mixed rotary-wing and fixed-wing traffic, potentially reducing human error and delays, and fostering informed decision-making by air traffic controllers.

Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi menjadi tantangan bagi para pengajar untuk bisa memanfaatkan sebaik mungkin teknologi pada media pembelajaran. Era revolusi industri 4.0 yang di tandai dengan adanya teknologi baru yang mana terdapat kolaborasi antara peralatan fisik atau digital dengan Internet of Things untuk membantu perkembangan manusia. Bersamaan dengan itu, revolusi pendidikan juga tengah berada pada era 4.0. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan sistem pembelajaran yang mandiri dan berpusat pada peserta didik dengan dampak penggunaan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran. Maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian kali ini adalah untuk meneliti kebutuhan pembelajaran digital melalui video based learning terhadap kemampuan taruna dalam memahami materi bidang AIS. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan riset dan pengembangan dengan metode design thinking dan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data yang relevan. Dengan demikian diperolehlah hasil yang positif penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan kemampuan taruna dalam memahami pelajaran AIS karena mudahnya akses terhadap pembelajaran kapanpun dan dimanapun.

Abstract

Abstract: Non-aeronautical revenue is a crucial source of income for airports to support operations and increase profitability, particularly at Fatmawati Soekarno Airport in Bengkulu. This study aims to analyze the influence of advertising business optimization and lounge facility development on increasing non-aeronautical revenue at the airport. The research employs a qualitative method using a literature review approach, examining relevant literature and previous studies. The findings indicate that effective management of advertising media—both in print and digital formats—as well as the provision of comfortable and high-quality lounge facilities significantly contribute to attracting passengers and business partners, ultimately enhancing non-aeronautical revenue. However, the study also recognizes that many other factors may influence this revenue stream. Therefore, further research is needed to identify other relevant variables. Keyword: Non-aeronautical Revenue, Advertising Media, Airport Lounge, Airport Marketing, Fatmawati Soekarno Airport Bengkulu Abstrak: Pendapatan non-aeronautika menjadi salah satu sumber pemasukan penting bagi bandara dalam mendukung operasional dan peningkatan laba, terutama di Bandara Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh optimalisasi bisnis media iklan dan pengembangan fasilitas lounge terhadap peningkatan pendapatan non-aeronautika di bandara tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, mengkaji literatur dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan media iklan yang efektif, baik melalui media cetak maupun digital, serta penyediaan fasilitas lounge yang nyaman dan berkualitas, berkontribusi signifikan dalam menarik minat penumpang dan mitra bisnis, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif terhadap pendapatan non-aeronautika. Namun, penelitian ini juga menyadari bahwa masih banyak faktor lain yang turut memengaruhi pendapatan sektor ini. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the direct route has on the workload of air traffic guides at Perum LPPNPI Pangkalan Bun Sub Branch.The research was conducted at the Aerodrome Control Tower Unit and Approach Control Unit at Perum LPPNPI Pangkalan Bun Sub-Branch, Central Kalimantan from April to July 2020. The research method used is quantitative research, where direct route is variable x and the workload of air traffic guides. as variable y. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires to 15 respondents consisting of all air traffic control personnel at Perum LPPNPI Pangkalan Bun Sub-Branch. The data analysis technique used is tabulating the x and y variables from the obtained questionnaire, followed by the correlation coefficient test and determination. From the calculation results in the discussion of the final project, it is found that there is a strong enough relationship between the effect of direct route on air traffic guidance workload with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.734 and a coefficient of determination (r2) 54%, meaning that the effect of direct route on the load Air traffic control work at Perum LPPNPI Pangkalan Bun Sub Branch is 54% and the rest is determined by other factors.

Abstract

The ability to write scientific articles is an essential form of academic literacy for students in meeting the demands of the academic world and scientific publication. However, many students still struggle to produce scientific papers that comply with proper academic writing conventions and the publication standards of SINTA-indexed journals. This community service activity aims to improve the academic literacy of PPIC students through a one-day workshop on scientific article writing. The implementation method was participatory, involving the delivery of materials and hands-on practice in writing scientific articles. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in students’ understanding of scientific writing structure, citation techniques, and manuscript conformity with SINTA journal formats. Based on the pre-test and post-test results, this activity proved to be effective as an initial step in strengthening students’ academic literacy toward national scientific publication

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the Comsoft Aeronautical Data Access System (CADAS) is used in the NOTAM workflow at Palembang Aeronautical Information Service and how operators behave when the system is not stable. This research was conducted with a qualitative case study approach, which combined interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis to capture daily operational practices and problems that occurred in real conditions. The results of this study indicated that CADAS is still the main system for NOTAM drafting, verification, and transmission. However, its performance is often disturbed by irregular system errors such as sudden shutdowns, delays in data processing, and intermittent failures to send or receive raw NOTAM information. These disturbances create obstacles in fulfilling time-sensitive procedural requirements especially the ten-minute verification standard as stated in SOP.012. In case of system unresponsiveness, operators switch to alternative procedures through email distribution, Web Flight Plan submission, and manual logbook documentation so as not to cause delays; however, these manual steps require continuous follow-up to avoid gaps in recording. In general, this study underlines the importance of increasing CADAS reliability and ensuring that backup procedures are consistently applied so that continuity can be maintained even if there is an interruption in the system.
