When a Notary violates this article while doing his or her job duties, it qualifies as an act without authority. As a consequence of such an act without authority, someone who is harmed by a Notary who has declared his position without authority can sue for civil damages and compensation to the Notary Public. In carrying out these responsibilities, the notary is protected by the Notary Position Law (UUJN) and the UUJN-P. However, other forms of protection can be carried out and developed by the notary himself, namely by including the Self-Protection Clause in the deed made before the Notary Public. or when at the request of the parties making Legalization, Waarmerking, Adjustment / Matching of the Copy with the Original and Kovernot. Such a Notary Self-protection is very important for the notary so that no one quickly questions the notary's deed of Legalization, Waarmerking, Adjustment / Matching of Copies with the Original and Kovernot. So the notary is obliged to protect himself.

Undang-undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2009 tentang Bendera Nasional, Bahasa, Lambang Negara dan Lagu Kebangsaan, dalam Pasal 31 (1) disebutkan Bahasa Indonesia wajib digunakan dalam nota kesepahaman atau perjanjian yang melibatkan lembaga negara, instansi pemerintah Republik Indonesia, lembaga swasta Indonesia atau perseorangan warga negara Indonesia. (2) Nota kesepahaman atau perjanjian sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) yang melibatkan pihak asing ditulis juga dalam bahasa nasional pihak asing tersebut dan/atau bahasa Inggris. Ketentuan tersebut perlu dibahas mengenai akibat hukumnya jika Perjanjian Internasional tersebut tidak menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia, tapi Bahasa Inggris. Undang-undang tersebut tidak mengatur sanksi atau kedudukan hokum untuk perjanjian internasional yang tidak menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia dalam pengakajian kedudukan hokum tersebut perlu dikaitkan dengan putusan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Barat nomor :451/PDT.G/2013/PN.JKT. Brt, juncto Pengadilan Tinggi DKI Jakarta omor : 48/PDT/2014/PT. DKI dan Putusan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia nomor : 601 K/Pdt/2015 yang membenarkan perjanjian yang dibuat oleh para pihak dinyatakan batal demi hokum karena tidak menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia. Perjanjian Internasional yang tidak menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia merupakan perjanjian terlarang karena dibuat dengan sebab yang terlarang (Pasal 1335 KUHPerdata jo Pasal 1337 KUHPerdata). Sehingga tidak memenuhi syarat essensialia dari syarat sahnya suatu perjanjian sebagaimana yang ditentukan dalam ketentuan Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata. Adanya putusan pengadilan tersebut sebagai bentuk penafsiran dari Pasal 31 ayat (1 – 3) di atas.

Article 2 Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, that pa marriage is declared valid if it is carried out according to the law of each religion and belief. However, it turned out that there were marriages that were carried out by couples of different religions based on a District Court Decision, which ordered the Population and Civil Registry Service to record the marriage. If it remains consistent that the Marriage Law does not provide opportunities for those of different religions, it turns out that there is a district court ruling that allows it. If a marriage with different religions is declared invalid, it will result in the position of the biological child on the inheritance of parents who are married to different religions, children born from a different religious marriage are children outside of marriage, because interfaith marriages are null and void and are considered never there is a marriage.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengaturan hubungan hukum antara pemegang Hak Guna Bangunan dan pemegang Hak Milik yang mensejahterakan rakyat. Penelitian hukum normatif ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual. Pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dan content analisys. Untuk memperoleh jawaban atas permasalahan penelitian digunakan silogisme deduksi. Adapun sebagai premis mayor digunakan dalam perjanjian. Sedangkan premis minornya adalah hak dan kewajiban para pihak yang terdapat dalam akta sewa menyewa tanah dan akta pemberian Hak Guna Bangunan Diatas Tanah Hak Milik. Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan intepretasi dihasilkan kesimpulan dalam perjanjian sebagai instrumen untuk mewujudkan pengaturan hubungan hukum dalam pemanfaatan tanah yang mensejahterakan rakyat. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengaturan dan pembuatan akta sewa menyewa dan akta pemberian HGB di atas HM didasarkan atas teori keadilan aliran libertarianisme dengan mengabaikan ketentuan Lockean. Pengabaian asas fungsi sosial hak atas tanah dan asas keseimbangan dalam perjanjian dalam pembuatan akta sewa menyewa tanah dan akta pemberian HGB di atas HM menghasilkan ketidakadilan dalam hubungan hukum pemanfaatan lahan.Kata-Kunci: Pengaturan, Hak Guna Bangunan, Hak Milik The purpose of this study is to regulate the legal relationship between the holder of the Right to Build and the holder of the Right of Ownership for the welfare of the people.This normative legal research uses a conceptual approach. Secondary data collection is done through literature study and content analysis. To obtain answers to research problems, a deductive syllogism is used. As for the major premise used in the agreement. While the minor premise is the rights and obligations of the parties contained in the deed of leasing the land and the deed of granting the Right to Build on Land with Ownership Rights. Furthermore, by using the interpretation, conclusions are made in the agreement as an instrument to realize the regulation of legal relations in the use of land for the welfare of the people. The conclusion of this research is that the arrangement and preparation of the lease deed and the deed of granting HGB above the HM is based on the theory of justice of the libertarian school by ignoring Lockean provisions. The neglect of the principle of the social function of land rights and the principle of balance in the agreement in the making of the land lease deed and the deed of granting HGB over HM results in injustice in the legal relationship of land use.Keywords: Regulation, Building Use Rights, Property Rights

Problems that often occur in making contracts are the presence of one party who is in a strong economic position and seeks to gain dominance over the other party resulting in misuse of the situation (misbruik van omstandigheden) which is one example found in the Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3182 K / PDT / 2010. The author in this study wants to examine and analyze further the legal basis of abuse of circumstances in the law of engagement in Indonesia and the ratio decidendi of the Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3182 K / PDT / 2010. The research method used is normative legal research, namely legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary legal materials while the problem approach is done using the law approach, conceptual approach and case approach. The results of the study indicate that the teachings of misuse of the state (misbruand van omstandigheden) in Indonesia cannot be found in the Law, but have been accepted in jurisprudence as a fourth form of disability. On the Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3182 K / PDT / 2010 there are two elements of misuse of the situation as a basis for judges, namely strong parties can impose their will on weak parties, so that weak parties follow the terms of the contracts submitted to them and power it is used to impose the will so that it brings benefits to it so that it is contrary to fair rules.

Article 77 of the Limited Liability Company Law (UUPT) states that the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) can be carried out under the hands or circularly or conducted in front of a Notary conducted electronically. In this regard, it will try to provide a new interpretation regarding facing the Notary Public not directly but through other media or other media (devices) that help electronically. Traditionally, facing the Notary Public is done and interpreted physically (face to face), namely "The Viewer sees the Notary and the Witness, then the Notary and the Witness see the Facilitator without other media". The meaning of facing like that has been done hundreds of years until now, with the existence of Article 77 of the Company Law, it is connected with Article 90 of the Company Law, namely if the GMS can be held before a Notary Public or before a Notary electronically. The substance of the article has changed the meaning of facing a notary public in the traditional (physical) sense. Henceforth, in the era of information technology, the meaning of facing must be adjusted to the current situation, which can be done electronically.

writing of this journal aims to be able to know, analyze and understand about legal protection to the owner of the collateral object for the implementation of the auction with a low limit value. The legal analysis in this journal is focused on being able to find out the protection and legal remedies that can be carried out by the debtor or the owner of the collateral object if the determination of the results of the auction is conducted with a limit value too low than the market value so that it can be used as consideration in analyzing that there is an act against the law . Based on the research it can be seen that the low limit value can be one of the elements of the cancellation of the auction because of consideration of the actions that have been regulated by the legislation that can cause losses, errors, if it is done in accordance with the seller so that it can cause harm to other party. The injured party is the debtor or the owner of the collateral object. Therefore, the determination of auction results below the limit value can be one of the reasons for canceling the auction so that it can protect the owner of the collateral object from loss.

Notary is a public official with the authority to make authentic deed as strong evidence. In the process of making an authentic deed, the client needs advice about legal actions that will be recorded in the authentic deed, this is referred to as legal consulting services by a notary. In practice found a notary as a legal consultant with the inclusion in a separate sign in the notary's office. The purpose of this study is to examine the actions of a notary as a legal consultant. This research method uses a normative juridical method with a conceptual approach and legislation. The conclusion of this research is that the act of installing a signboard as a legal consultant is an unjustified act and the notary can be held accountable for the results of the consultations given.
