Abstract

The Community Empowerment Program with the theme of Utilization of Household Inorganic Waste into Craft Products Based on Locality Development carried out in RW 08, Sawangan Baru Village, Depok, West Java is a program initiated by the community and community assistance. This activity is an effort to overcome the waste problem in the RW 08 area, especially inorganic household waste. This activity is carried out by compiling several activities by implementing the stages in action research (look, think, and act). This activity resulted in several changes in knowledge and behavior, there was an increase in knowledge about processing inorganic waste into goods of economic value and there was a change in behavior in carrying out joint activities to achieve common goals where the values ​​of cooperation and working collaboratively began to grow among residents of RW 08. In addition, a social network was also built between the community and the local government which aims to obtain further guidance from the local government and access to funding and marketing of products produced by the community.

Abstract

Tindakan zina merupakan salah satu problematika yang sampai saat ini belum terselesaikan di Indonesia. Pembaharuan hukum pidana yang dilakukan secara menyeluruh diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan problem perzinaan. Dalam KUHP yang berlaku saat ini dan yang akan berlaku di Tahun 2026, sanksi pidana yang dijatuhkan kepada pelaku zina terbilang ringan. Pelaku zina hanya dapat dimintai pertanggungjawabannya secara pidana apabila adanya aduan dari pihak yang merasa dirugikan dari perbuatan zina. Selain di KUHP delik zina juga diatuar dalam Qanun jinayat Aceh. Di Aceh, pelaku zina dapat dimintai pertanggungjawabannya secara pidana tanpa harus adanya laporan dari pihak yang dirugikan. Sanksi pidana yang dijatuhkan di Aceh juga berbeda karena pidananya berupa hukuman cambuk. Metode peneltian yang digunakan adalah metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan comparative law.  Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan sanksi pidana zina dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia masih sangat ringan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the reading comprehension ability of third-grade elementary school students and to identify the obstacles they face in understanding texts. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were collected through observation, oral tests, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that students' reading comprehension ability falls into the "sufficient" category, with an average score of 66. The most mastered indicator was expressing opinions about the text content, while identifying main ideas and drawing conclusions were the weakest aspects. Obstacles included lack of focus while reading, low motivation and reading interest, and underutilized literacy facilities. This study recommends implementing more structured reading instruction strategies, strengthening school literacy culture, and fostering collaboration among teachers, parents, and institutions to build positive reading habits.Keywords: Reading comprehension, reading ability, reading difficulties, elementary

Abstract

Persaingan yang semakin sengit mendorong para penjual untuk meningkatkan strategi penjualan, termasuk dalam memahami perilaku konsumen dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak promosi, harga, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di pasar bibit tanaman di Desa Tulus Rejo, Kecamatan Pekalongan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 85 responden. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa promosi, harga, dan citra merek memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Namun, pengaruh dari variabel-variabel tersebut tidak secara bersamaan melalui sikap konsumen sebagai variabel intervensi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership of the principal of SD Negeri 4 Bamba. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which provides an overview of the phenomena or factors of the problem under study according to existing facts. Data collection techniques are observation, in-depth informant interviews and documentation to collect data informants in this study amounted to 7 people. The theory used is the theory of Harsey and Blanchard in Wahyudi, where there are four aspects used, namely Instructive, Consultative, Participative, and Delegative. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Principal's Leadership at State Elementary School 4 Bamba, Panau Village,Tawaeli Sub- District, Palu City. District has not been said to be effective, due to the obstacles faced, namely directing the implementation of tasks in the teaching and learning process, giving encouragement or motivation to subordinates, making decisions together with subordinates, and ineffective delegation of tasks that affect teacher performance.

Abstract

Drug abuse has become one of the most troubling phenomena, especially in the community, to help the government overcome the problem of drug dangers, and the increasingly uncontrolled illicit circulation of narcotics has made the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) form the National Narcotics Agency in Palu City. The purpose of this study is to find out how the management strategy in handling drugs at the national narcotics agency kora palu. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive method. By using kooten theory in salusu (2006) yairu organizational strategy (corporate strategy), program strategy (program strategy), resource support strategy (resource support strategy), institutional strategy (institutional strategy). The data collection is carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation to collect the data needed in the form of primary data and secondary data. The number of informants in this study is 3 (three) people. Based on the results of the study, it shows that strategic management in handling drugs at the National Narcotics Agency of Palu City. It has not gone well. From the aspect of organizational strategy (corporate strategy) in this case there is still a lack of socialization carried out by BNNK Palu about the importance of rehabilitation, but organizationally it has carried out counseling by empowering various schools and universities, Program strategies such as conducting counseling have not run optimally due to inadequate budget factors, resource support strategies (resourse support strategy) are already available resources, namely clinics, there are psychologists, doctors, and nurses are in the category of inadequate because they are not permanent employees of BNN, institutional strategies have collaborated between institutions related to the formation of a good school task force as well as community volunteers and students.

Abstract

Public service is the provision of services or serving the needs of people or communities and organizations that have an interest in the organization, in accordance with the basic rules and procedures determined and aimed at providing satisfaction to service recipients. This study aims to find out the extent of health services at the Pendau Tambu Regional General Hospital, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with the Field Research method with a total of 5 informants. The data used consisted of secondary data obtained from Pendau Tambu Hospital, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency, as well as primary data obtained through direct observation and direct interviews with informants. Data analysis is carried out by data collection, data condensation, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show that services at Pendau Tambu Hospital, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency still encounter various obstacles. Starting with the encounter of problems in the Tangibles aspect , namely from the location of the hospital to the neatness of the employees in providing services, all of them experienced obstacles and were not optimal, and also the Realism aspect was still not optimal and encountered problems in the hospital, in the Responsiveness aspect it was quite satisfactory, while the Assurance aspectencountered a problem, namely that there was unclear information from the hospital to the patient, but for the education they had and the friendly nature had been maximized by the staff so that it could cause a feeling of security, and for Emphaty it was maximum. Therefore, this study suggests the need for a thorough evaluation and improvement from the Regional Government to the hospital, and the hospital needs innovation to improve the services of Pendau Tambu Hospital, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency in the future.

Abstract

Problems in this research is still low learning result of IPS student of class VI MIN 2 Bandar Lampung. Implementation of learning method of learning with a question (LSQ) aims to determine whether there is influence of Learning start with a question (LSQ) method to the learning result of IPS class IV in MIN 2 Bandar Lampung Lesson year 2017/2018.Type of research used is Quantitative research with quasy experimental method with nonequivalent control group design design. The location of the research was conducted at MIN 2 Bandar Lampung. Subjects in the study were students grade IV A and IV B MIN 2 Bandar Lampung as many as 69 students. Data collection methods used are Tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used is t-test. The test results show the average score of 34 students in the experimental class is 72.35 and in the control class of 35 students the average score is 66,57.Based on the results of hypothesis testing using Independent t-test obtained that the value of Sig = 0.001 or tcount = 3.627> ttable = 1.997, This means that the value of tcount is greater than the value of ttable both at the level of 5%. (0.001 <0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the application of learning learning method with a question to the learning outcomes of IPS students in grade IV MIN 2 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2017/2018.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dalam bentuk sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan atas dasar kerjasama Dosen UIN Raden Intan Lampung, Dosen UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, Dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Lampung dengan Pejabat Desa Batu Tegi Kecamatan Air Naningan Kabupaten Tanggamus Propinsi Lampung untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat desa tersebut mengenai Produk Lembaga Keuangan Syariah. Metode yang digunakan ialah dengan mensosialisasikan kepada kelompok masyarakat yang berjumlah 250 orang, dan diselenggarakan di Balai Desa Batu Tegi. Tujuan pengabdian ini ialah untuk mengedukasi masyarakat Desa Batu Tegi tentang produk-produk Lembaga Keuangan Syariah. Hasilnya, Masyarakat Desa Batu Tegi mulai memahami produk yang dimaksud dan mulai mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan transaksi keuangan dengan akad yang sesuai syariat Islam di Lembaga Keuangan Syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the management of food security in Parigi Moutong Regency, with a focus on efforts to stabilize rice availability and identify the challenges encountered in the process. The research is grounded in the management functions theory by George R. Terry which encompasses planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling and refers to Law No. 18 of 2012 as the legal foundation for food security in Indonesia. Food security, as defined by this law, is a condition in which food needs are fulfilled for the nation down to individuals, reflected in the availability of sufficient, safe, diverse, nutritious, equitable, and affordable food. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants from the Food Security Office, farmers, and the community, as well as field observations and documentation related to rice availability and distribution. The data were then analyzed qualitatively to provide a comprehensive and in-depth overview of food security management in Parigi Moutong Regency. The results indicate that food security management in Parigi Moutong Regency has been implemented through various programs, such as increasing production via agricultural intensification, improving irrigation infrastructure, providing superior seeds, and strengthening distribution systems. However, rice availability still fluctuates from year to year. The challenges faced include internal factors such as extreme climate change, pest and disease outbreaks, and limitations in human resources and budget. External factors include suboptimal distribution systems, changes in consumption patterns, and fluctuating market prices. The study highlights the importance of improved coordination among stakeholders, capacity building for farmers, and the development of effective information and monitoring systems as strategic efforts to enhance food security in the region.
