Abstract

Kata-kata Kunci: Akreditasi, lulusan, mahasiswa, pendidikan, program studi, teknik sipil. Abstract Civil engineering education in Indonesia has been established for 100 years since the Technische Hogeschool Bandoeng was founded in 1920, and it is represented by 433 civil enginering programs. About 40% of them are members of 42-year-old organization, called BMPTTSSI, which was established as a platform for communication and collaboration between members to answer the challenges of Indonesian civil enginering education. The need to have a profile of civil engineering programs is relevant now to be used as a baseline for policy in civil engineering education in Indonesia. A study on the profile of civil enggineering programs was conducted using online survey to members of BMPTTSSI and covered indicators related to inputs, process, and outputs of the program. The results showed varitions on parameters used in the study for all offered degree programs. An effort to classify the findings based on type of higher education (private or public), geography, and accreditation has not affirmatively concluded. Further analysis, for undergraduate program only, to find the association between indicators of input and output of the program has been conducted, especially on length of study, waiting time for employment, and GPA of graduate. Keywords: Accreditation, civil engineeirng, education, graduate, program, student.

Abstract

Abstract Knowledge is the implementation of information and is convinced can be used for decision making. In this 21st century the success of an organization depends very much on the knowledge they have and how to utilize existing knowledge. The objectives of the research are to know and understand the effect of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge in the Tri kaya Parisudha perspective on the value engineering of construction projects and to know and understand the influence of explicit knowledge mediating the relationship of tacit knowledge to the value engineering of construction projects. Quantitative analysis used is multivariate analysis using structural equation modeling or SEM with a variance-based or component-based approach called PLS (Partial Least Square). Tacit knowlege in manacika perspective significantly influences explicit knowledge in wacika and kayika perspectives, as well as tacit knowlege and explicit knowledge in manacika, wacika and kayika perspectives significantly influence construction project value engineering. Whereas explicit knowledge partially mediates between tacit knowledge to value engineering on construction project. Index Terms— Knowledge sharing, Tri Kaya Parisudha, Value engineering, Construction projects.

Abstract

This study examines the factors that building owners do not apply for a building permit (IMB) in Gianyar Regency. The sample in this study were building owners who did not take care of IMB in Gianyar Regency with a total population of 285 people with a random sample of 25 samples of requests for information on spatial planning that could potentially take care of building IMB. This research was conducted by collecting data by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires with the Delphi method as an analysis technique. The results show that there are 5 factors that influence building owners not taking care of building permits in Gianyar Regency, namely not knowing the IMB rules, no fees to take care of the IMB, processing the old IMB and difficult procedures, insufficient administrative requirements and no time to take care of the IMB. The factor that most influences building owners is that there is no fee to arrange a building permit. Obstacles in managing the IMB are 1) The community does not understand the procedure, 2) The community is not prepared to pay IMB levies, 3) The community is deliberate to violate the applicable rules 4) complaints of no cost, 5) expensive IMB 6) There is no timeliness 7) lack of socialization and lack of supervisors in the field so that new buildings are still found without permits

Abstract

Homestay in a traditional Balinese house is one crucial accommodation model in Bali that has been an exciting model for travelers. However, since the increase of pavilions in the traditional house for a homestay, the house's traditional component related to the natural air ventilation has already gone from the house. This component related to sustainability in terms of energy is also an excellent component to face the covid-19 pandemic in which the cross circulation of fresh air into the room is an excellent condition to keep the room healthy. This paper explores the cross ventilation of fresh air and the innovation to maintain this cross ventilation in the new pavilions. This paper then field works, interviews, and architectural examinations were carried out in some tourism villages. The settings of homestays and the possibility of design innovations were investigated and analyzed to produce a suitable innovation model to address covid-19 protocol as a prelemary reseach.
