Abstract

This research aims to determine the form of implementation as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the "Liam Karsa" Pancasila (P5) Student Profile Strengthening Project at Bringin 01 Public Elementary School, Semarang City. The research was conducted at SD Negeri Bringin 01. This type of research used descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were the principal, 3 class teachers, and 2 students at SD Negeri 01 Bringin. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research results show that the implementation of the P5 "Liam Karsa" program is carried out in the form of a project with several stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. Liam Karsa's application of P5 activities is in line with the application of Engestrom Activity Theory (1987) in P5 which describes individuals experiencing a learning process and applying knowledge in practical situations, resulting in interactions between humans and the environment through media, and forming a learning process that can develop. student competence and character. The supporting factors are active involvement from the school, support from Unnes students, parents and the education department, while the inhibiting factors are limited time and money, teachers still lack references.
