Abstract

Simpang empat jalan lingkar weleri adalah simpang empat bersinyal yang menghubungkan antara jalan lingkar weleri, jalan batas Kab. Batang – Weleri, jalan raya utama tengah, dan gerbang tol weleri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja Simpang Empat Jalan Lingkar Weleri dari segi kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan tundaan, dan panjang antrianya berdasarkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI, 1997), mengetahui pertumbuhan Lalu lintas Simpang Empat Jalan Lingkar Weleri 10 tahun mendatang dari tahun awal 2022 dengan metode rumus geometrik serta memberikan alternatif solusi mengatasi derajat kejenuhan, tundaan dan panjang antrian di Simpang Empat Jalan Lingkar Weleri. Kerangka prosedur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari identifikasi masalah dilanjutkan dengan pengumpulan data-data primer dan sekunder lalu pengolahan dan analisa data serta pembuatan kesimpulan dan saran dari hasil analisa. Hasil dari analisa data tersebut didapatkan derajat kejenuhan pada masing-masing pendekat sebagai berikut : pendekat utara (arah jalan lingkar weleri) sebesar 0,77, pendekat selatan (arah gerbang tol weleri) sebesar 0,65, pendekat timur (arah Kec. Weleri) sebesar 0,70, dan pendekat barat (arah kab. Batang) sebesar 0,51. Sesuai hasil perhitungan geometrik didapatkan pertumbuhan kendaraan di jam sibuk sore Simpang Empat Bersinyal Jalan Lingkar Weleri setiap tahunnya meningkat sebesar 1,34%.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia dengan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengalaman pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan untuk mendukung UMKM Bandros Lumer, sebuah usaha yang bergerak di bidang kuliner yang terkenal dengan makanan tradisional khas daerah. Selama proses pengabdian masyarakat, dilakukan pendampingan, diskusi kepada pemilik usaha Bandros Lumer secara teratur untuk memastikan feedback yang diberikan oleh konsumen sebagai bahan evaluasi yang nantinya akan di kembangkan dan sebagai masukan. Harapanya dari hasil tersebut akan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan inovasi yang di lakukan oleh pemilik usaha tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengembangan sistem transportasi yang berkelanjutan dan otonom di Jawa Barat, sebuah wilayah yang menghadapi tantangan urbanisasi dan transportasi yang terus meningkat. Melalui survei dan wawancara dengan penduduk dan pemangku kepentingan utama, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kondisi transportasi saat ini, kesiapan untuk mobilitas otonom, serta hambatan dan peluang di Jawa Barat. Temuan-temuan yang ada menunjukkan adanya ketergantungan yang tinggi terhadap kendaraan pribadi, terbatasnya penggunaan transportasi umum, dan masalah lingkungan. Meskipun terdapat kesadaran dan keterbukaan terhadap mobilitas otonom, terdapat tantangan terkait infrastruktur, peraturan, dan persepsi publik. Penelitian ini mengusulkan strategi, termasuk investasi infrastruktur, kerangka kerja peraturan, kampanye kesadaran publik, insentif, serta penelitian dan pengembangan, untuk mempromosikan mobilitas yang berkelanjutan dan otonom. Rekomendasi ini memberikan peta jalan bagi para pembuat kebijakan dan pemangku kepentingan untuk menciptakan sistem transportasi masa depan yang meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan merangkul mobilitas otonom.

Abstract

This research investigates the challenges and solutions associated with the development and adoption of environmentally friendly electric vehicles (EVs) in Jakarta, Indonesia, a densely populated and rapidly urbanizing city facing pressing environmental and transportation issues. Employing a mixed-methods approach, this study combines quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews and focus group discussions to provide a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics influencing EV adoption. The findings reveal a relatively high level of awareness of EVs among Jakarta residents, with positive perceptions centered on environmental benefits. However, barriers such as high initial costs and concerns about charging infrastructure availability hinder adoption. Government policies, including incentives and clearer regulatory frameworks, are identified as pivotal drivers for EV adoption. Insights from government officials, industry stakeholders, and consumers emphasize the importance of collaboration to overcome infrastructure challenges and promote electric mobility. The study's recommendations aim to inform policymakers, industry players, and urban planners in their efforts to facilitate the transition to sustainable electric transportation in Jakarta.

Abstract

Pengangguran bukan hanya sekadar persoalan individu, tetapi juga menjadi beban bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah. Pemerintah dan berbagai pihak telah berupaya untuk mengatasi masalah pengangguran melalui berbagai program dan kebijakan. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan pada pada kelompok muda dan pengangguran Kelurahan Waborobo Kecamatan Betoambari Kota Baubau pada bulan Juli dan Agustus 2023. Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui peningkatan pengetahuan muda dan pengangguran tentang pemberdayaan pemuda, memulai usaha, dan motivasi berwirausaha. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Participation Action Research (PAR) melalui tahapan tertentu. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu focus group discussion (FGD), sosialisasi kegiatan dan pemberikan edukasi melalui metode penyuluhan dengan pre-post test design. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian diperoleh gambaran pengangguran usia dibawah 25 tahun 30%, pengangguran usia diatas 25 tahun 25%, pengangguran tingkat 1 25%, dan pengangguran tingkat 2 sebesar 20%. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan diperoleh data terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan muda dan pengangguran dari 56% (pre-test) menjadi 84% (post-test). Kegiatan pengabdian terlaksana dengan baik, dimana peserta mengikuti kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir dengan semangat kebersamaan. Jadi perlu melibatkan komunitas secara aktif dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program memiliki potensi besar dalam menciptakan dampak positif yang signifikan.

Abstract

This study investigates the interplay between natural scenery quality, public transportation availability, destination security, and tourist satisfaction level at Mount Bromo, East Java. A quantitative approach utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3 software is employed to analyze survey data collected from 150 tourists visiting Mount Bromo. The results reveal significant relationships between natural scenery quality, public transportation availability, destination security, and tourist satisfaction level. Natural scenery quality emerges as a primary driver of tourist satisfaction, with the breathtaking landscapes of Mount Bromo significantly influencing visitors' overall experiences. Furthermore, the availability and accessibility of public transportation and perceptions of destination security play crucial roles in shaping tourist satisfaction levels. These findings underscore the importance of holistic destination management strategies that prioritize the preservation of natural and cultural assets, the enhancement of transportation infrastructure, and the maintenance of destination security to ensure the sustainable development of Mount Bromo as a premier tourist destination.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Project Management System (PMS) implementation, Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, and Cloud Collaboration on construction project efficiency in Riau, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 190 professionals involved in construction projects and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that all three factors—PMS implementation, BIM technology, and Cloud Collaboration—positively and significantly influence construction project efficiency. Among these, BIM technology demonstrates the strongest impact, followed by Cloud Collaboration and PMS implementation. The high R² value (0.752) indicates that these factors collectively explain a substantial portion of the variance in project efficiency. This study underscores the importance of integrating advanced technological tools and management practices to enhance project outcomes in the construction industry. The results provide practical insights for construction firms in Riau and similar regions, suggesting that the adoption of BIM, Cloud Collaboration, and PMS can lead to significant improvements in project efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of rice sharing services on the traditional taxi market through a meta-analysis. Rice-sharing services have grown rapidly in recent years, offering cheaper and more convenient transportation alternatives for consumers. The study pooled and analyzed the results of 10 studies examining the impact of rice-sharing services on the traditional taxi market. The results of the meta-analysis showed that rice sharing services had a significant negative impact on the income and number of traditional taxi passengers with an effect size value of 0.712. This effect is stronger in developing countries and in large cities. Subgroup analysis showed that the impact of rice-sharing services was greater on economy-class taxis and taxis operating on popular routes. Nan Berbagi Rice has disrupted the traditional taxi market and led to a decline in revenue and the number of traditional taxi riders. The findings have important implications for the taxi industry and policymakers looking to formulate regulations for rice-sharing services.
