Abstract

  ABSTRAK   Persaingan produk unggulan daerah semakin ketat seiring dengan terus meningkatnya laju pertumbuhan industri. Persaingan ini mengakibatkan setiap industri harus lebih jeli dalam merumuskan strategi kebijakan. Pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan prioritas produk unggulan daerah yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan diperlukan suatu keputusan yang akurat dan efektif agar tidak salah memilih dan meminimalisir kerugian baik dari segi biaya maupun waktu. Metode Weighted Product merupakan bagian dari konsep Multi-Attibut Decision Making (MADM) dimana diperlukan normalisasi pada perhitungannya. Dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product, diharapkan dapat dikembangkan  software  sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat digunakan oleh suatu instansi, karena instansi cukup memilih beberapa barang yang akan menjadi alternatif pemilihan dan memberikan nilai bobot pada perbandingan alternatif dan kriterianya, adapun kriteria tersebut adalah omset, tenaga kerja, target pasar, teknologi, spesifikasi, asal bahan baku, jumlah bahan baku. Kata Kunci :sistem pengambil keputusan, weighted product, produk unggulan daerah ABSTRACT   The competition in regions priority world is closely in line with continual increase of industry growth rapid. This affected formulation of policy strategy in the industry must be decided by accurately. The effective and accurate decision-making to determine the production of priority craft products which are suitable with the requirement and capability were needed by the region to avoid false choice and minimize the loss both of cost and time. Weighted Product Method is part of Multi-Attribute Decision Making concept which is required the normalization in its calculation. The decision support software system which was used by the craft agency was expected able to be developed by using the Weighted Product Method. There are precisely several items that would be chosen as the alternative choice and given its value on alternative comparison and criteria such as the number of its turnover, employee, target market,  technology, specification, origin of raw materials, amount of raw materials. Abstract

Abstrak Revitalisasi adalah suatu upaya untuk memvitalkan kembali suatu kawasan atau bagian kota yang dulunya vital, akan tetapi kemudian mengalami degradasi. Revitalisasi tidak hanya berorientasi pada penyelesaian keindahan fisik semata, tetapi juga dilengkapi dengan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakatnya serta pengenalan budaya yang ada, berdasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai pembobotan bagi seluruh kriteria revitalisasi yang ada, dengan tujuan utama memberikan kontribusi positif pada kehidupan sosial budaya. Penelitian ini akan membahas pembobotan penentuan revitalisasi cagar budaya dengan menggunakan metode SMARTER dimana kondisi fisik tiap bangunan yang ada diperhitungkan. Analisis tersebut berupa penilaian dan pembobotan terhadap tiap bangunan berdasarkan kriteria bangunan sebagai bangunan cagar budaya. Analisis ini berguna untuk menerapkan rekomendasi-rekomendasi yang menjadi dasar revitalisasi yang terkait dengan penanganan tiap bangunan cagar budaya Kata Kunci : SMARTER, Revitalisasi, Cagar Budaya    Abstracts Revitalization is the effort to return the degradation area or part of the city become vital again. Revitalization aims is not only to solve completion of mere physical beauty but also to improve economy communities and to introduce the cultural that exist. Based on these, a method to assess the weighting for the whole revitalization of the existing criteria with the main purpose to provide a positive contribution to the socio-cultural life is needed. This research conducted the weighting of revitalization determination of cultural heritage using SMARTER (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks) method which physical conditions of each building that were exist will be accounted. The analysis were assessment and weighting toward each building based on building criteria as heritage building. This analysis was important to implement the recommendations as the foundation of revitalization that associated with the handling of every heritage building.
