Abstract

The purpose of the service is to improve food security in the guraping village community, by mandating the land of the yard of the house and the land of guraping village boarding house, building community awareness, village government and housewives to meet food needs during the pandemic. Abstract

This Method of Independent PKM Activities Increases Village Original Income Through BUMDes, Focus discussion group (FGD) and Training and monitoring. The result of devotion; Bumdes village Bangkit Rahmat has no income generated, does not have a study of business feasibility, weak purchasing power of the community, human resources are still low, the community still relies on seasonal crops (nutmeg and coconut trees). this devotion provides knowledge to bumdes managers, and provides awareness about mapping the potential of the village, knowledge and understanding to advance the village through BUMDes. This service intends to answer the problem of managing Village Owned Enterprises with a capital statement to BUMDes, but not the existence of village superior goods products as long as village funds are located, village superior / main products, the number of BUMDes business units, This can be seen in the absence of the development of village-owned business entities, does not have a mapping of potential and selection of viable business types in the development of BUMdes in Bangki Rahmat village.

Abstract

This devotion aims to answer efforts to increase the production of cassava-made sago made by residents of Guraping village of North Oba Subdistrict. Community service using methods; Survey, observation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Training and monitoring. The result of this devotion was carried out on August 26, on Thursday, 2021, when 20.00 Wit to completion, the participants who attended as many as 40 people and 29 people from the manufacture of cassava-based sago. the cultivation of the basic materials of cassava making for the long term, technological changes to increase production, in the form of replacing the scorching sun with a technological innovation, in the form of the latest accompaniment.jumalah the manufacture of cassava-based sago (kasbi) as many as 29 people, improving the quality of human resources and the need for institutions / cooperatives to manage, so that the increase of MSMEs in the community is increasing and there is an absorption of labor in the village, so that there is an economic increase in the income of the Guruping community

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan buat mengenali apakah pemasukan kios, harga serta modal mempengaruhi terhadap pasar modern. Ada pula variabel yang digunakan merupakan pemasukan, harga, serta modal selaku variabel leluasa setelah itu pasar modern selaku variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang di dapatkan melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kemudian alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda  dengan bantuan software  SPSS- 20. Hasil membuktikan kalau secara parsial variabel pemasukan mempengaruhi positif serta tidak signifikan terhadap pasar modern di Kota Ternate, sedangkan harga pula mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap pasar modern di Kota Ternate, sebaliknya modal pula mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap pasar modern di Kota Ternate. Dan jika dilihat secara simultan variabel pendapatan, harga, dan modal memiliki pengaruh secara bersama sama terhadap pasar modern di Kota Ternate.

Abstract

The research aimed to examine the budgetary participation variable as a mediator on the relationship between decentralization and managerial performance. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling method with the consideration of being involved in budgeting. They were village heads in 159 villages in West Halmahera Regency. The data were collected by a survey with a questionnaire. The used analytical tools are simple regression and hierarchical regression as a statistical analysis and IBM SPSS statistics version 24. The results showed that budgetary participation fully mediates the relationship between decentralization and managerial performance. The conclusion provides three main contributions as well as their implications, namely providing new findings related to budget participation as a mediating variable, terms of age at work, and the level of education.

Abstract

The availability of village maps contained in the village, Tacim, Susupu village, Ropu Tengah Balu village, Lako Akelamo village and Lako Akediri village that are valid and reliable is the forerunner of the determination of village boundaries at the level above it, and is a fundamental database in realizing village development goals. The purpose of devotion; providing understanding and training to the village government, the importance of village maps, for making village policies and planning by looking at data or maps for the progress of the village. The method of implementing pkm activities using the method of work / art methhods is a method that can be used for the benefit of the community and uses the Method of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Training. The results of the service were carried out on May 21, 2022, located in the village of Ropu Tengah Balu. This activity was held on Saturday at 20.00. until it was completed, there were 30 participants. To advance the village, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the village government, so that there are adequate human resources to promote the village, the village government through the village kepala must conduct trainings to village officials, to the community and youth shops.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze what economic sectors are the base sectors and contributions of the regency/city economic sector and classify competitiveness between regions of North Maluku province. Descriptive Methods Research. The object of research for regencies/cities in North Maluku. The data used are secondary and primary, Pdrb constant prices of regencies/cities, and North Maluku including in 2015-2019 constant prices. Techniques used Location Quotient, Shift Share Analysis, and Cluster Analysis. Research results. the district/city base sector has a competitive economic structure in North Maluku, there are Ternate cities, and there are 11 economic sectors that are based, while the Shift Share results have regional competitiveness; alternate the number of regional competitiveness in the sector as many as 12 sectors, East Halmahera the number of regional competitiveness in the sector as many as 10 sectors, Morotai Island the number of regional competitiveness in the sector as many as 7 sectors and. West Halmahera Regency Cluster Grouping Has the most cluster proximity to the region in North Maluku province. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan kombinasi antara penelitian menerangkan (explanatori research) dan penelitian deskriptif (deskriptif research, Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu; Metode ini digunakan untuk mengetahui metode strategi pengembangan melalui analisis SWOT dengan cara menganalisis faktor-faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) dan faktor-faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dengan matriks EFE dan IFE. Matriks External Factor Evaluation (EFE) digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berupa peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapi. Hasil Penelitian Faktor – faktor internal yang mendukung pengembangan Kawasan Pulau Obi di Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan adalah Potensi sumberdaya alam yang dimiliki sebagai sumber PAD dan pembangunan dalam rangka pertumbuhan ekonomi; Posisi geografis Pulau Obi dalam menunjang terciptanya titik tumbuh ekonomi serta distribusi barang dan jasa dalam rangka pertumbuhan ekonomi; Pulau Obi sebagai daerah pertanian/ perikanan/peternakan dalam rangka mendukung struktur ekonomi. Faktor-faktor eksternal Pulau Obi di Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan adalah Pulau Obi memiliki potensi untuk investasi di sektor pertambangan dan perikanan serta pertanian; Potensi unggulan yang dapat menarik sektor swasta untuk berinvestasi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujauan guna memberikan informasi dan mendampingi kepada masyarakat, pengurus Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dan pemerintah desa Bobawae Kecamatan Makian Barat, terkait kemampuan identifikasi potensi ekonomi local untuk pengembangan BUMDes. Kegiatan pengabdian di lakukan Bersama dengan mahasiswa Kuliah Bersama Masyarakat (KUBERMAS) selama dua Bulan. Kegiatan di mulai dengan sosialisasi dalam membentuk pemahaman dalam bisnis desa, simulasi indentifikasi Potensi Desa dan pendampingan rencana dan target pemasaran hingga kelayakan Usaha. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kubermas; Kegiatan ini mendapat respon yang cukup baik dari pemerintah desa, Pengurus BUMDes hingga pemuda, sehingga para kelompo sasaran PKM meminta untuk di dampingi dalam kaitan dengan pengembangan usaha di desa Babawae.
