Abstract

This study examines the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in personalized marketing to boost consumer engagement. Using a systematic literature review from Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar, it finds that AI helps predict consumer behavior, optimize communication, and deliver real-time adaptive content. These capabilities enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. However, challenges such as data privacy, ethical concerns, and the need for human oversight remain. The study recommends investing in AI-driven analytics, automation, and dynamic content strategies to improve customer experience and interaction.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena adopsi QRIS sebagai sistem pembayaran digital yang semakin berkembang memerlukan pemahaman mendalam mengenai peran literasi keuangan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan inovasi teknologi dalam meningkatkan penerimaan serta kepercayaan pengguna di berbagai lapisan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis temuan-temuan yang telah ada guna memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai hubungan antara literasi keuangan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan inovasi teknologi dalam mendorong adopsi QRIS. Metode yang digunakan adalah SLR dengan sumber literatur yang berasal dari Google Scholar, DOAJ, dan Scopus, serta dibatasi pada publikasi yang terbitan 10 tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman individu terhadap manfaat dan risiko sistem pembayaran digital, sedangkan kemudahan penggunaan menjadi faktor utama yang menarik pengguna dari berbagai latar belakang demografis. Inovasi teknologi, seperti enkripsi data, otentikasi transaksi, dan integrasi dengan kecerdasan buatan, turut berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan pengguna terhadap QRIS. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan dalam bentuk kesenjangan literasi digital, persepsi risiko keamanan, serta kurangnya pemahaman pengguna terhadap mekanisme perlindungan data. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang lebih holistik yang mengintegrasikan literasi keuangan, digitalisasi, dan inovasi teknologi guna mempercepat adopsi QRIS secara luas dan berkelanjutan.Abstract: This research is important because the growing adoption of QRIS as a digital payment system requires an in-depth understanding of the role of financial literacy, ease of use, and technological innovation in increasing user acceptance and trust at various levels of society. This research aims to analyze and synthesize existing findings to gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between financial literacy, ease of use, and technological innovation in driving QRIS adoption. The method used is SLR with literature sources from Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Scopus, and limited to publications published in the last 10 years. The results show that financial literacy plays an important role in improving individuals' understanding of the benefits and risks of digital payment systems, while ease of use is the main factor that attracts users from various demographic backgrounds. Technological innovations, such as data encryption, transaction authentication, and integration with artificial intelligence, also contribute to increasing user trust in QRIS. However, challenges remain in the form of digital literacy gaps, perceived security risks, and users' lack of understanding of data protection mechanisms. Therefore, a more holistic approach that integrates financial literacy, digitalization, and technological innovation is needed to accelerate the widespread and sustainable adoption of QRIS.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the phenomenon of endorsement in the context of Islamic business ethics using a descriptive qualitative method. Through interviews and observations with consumers, the findings reveal that respondents agree that endorsements are effective in increasing sales. However, respondents feel that this practice is not fully aligned with Sharia principles. Some influencers tend to downplay the shortcomings of products, which can pose a risk of deception and contradict the value of honesty in Islam. This study recommends that business practitioners and influencers pay attention to ethical principles, such as transparency and social responsibility, to ensure that endorsements are not only economically beneficial but also in line with Islamic values. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide insights for the industry on the importance of Islamic business ethics in endorsement practices.Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena endorsement dalam konteks etika bisnis Islam dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap konsumen, hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa responden setuju bahwa endorsement efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Namun, responden merasa praktik ini belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Beberapa influencer cenderung menutupi kekurangan produk, yang dapat menimbulkan risiko penipuan dan bertentangan dengan nilai kejujuran dalam Islam. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pelaku bisnis dan influencer memperhatikan prinsip etika, seperti transparansi dan tanggung jawab sosial, untuk memastikan bahwa endorsement tidak hanya menguntungkan secara ekonomi tetapi juga sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi industri tentang pentingnya etika bisnis Islam dalam praktik endorsement.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of digital technology has opened up new opportunities in zakat management, making research on the effectiveness of digital-based zakat applications important to ensure that zakat management is increasingly transparent, accountable, and in accordance with sharia principles. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital-based zakat applications in improving the transparency and accountability of zakat management through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Literature sources were obtained from reputable databases, namely Scopus, DOAJ, and Google Scholar, covering publications from 2015 to 2025. A systematic review process was conducted to identify, evaluate, and synthesize relevant findings from previous studies. The results showed that digital zakat applications were effective in strengthening the transparency and accountability of zakat institutions, particularly through increased information disclosure, financial reporting accuracy, zakat distribution monitoring, and increased community participation. These findings confirm that the digitization of zakat plays a strategic role in building the trust of muzaki, strengthening the accountability of zakat management organizations, and encouraging the optimization of zakat governance in accordance with sharia principles. Thus, this study not only contributes conceptually to the development of academic literature on the digitization of zakat, but also offers practical recommendations for zakat institutions and regulators in designing more transparent, accountable, and sustainable digital-based zakat management strategies.Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membuka peluang baru dalam pengelolaan zakat, sehingga penelitian mengenai efektivitas aplikasi zakat berbasis digital penting dilakukan untuk memastikan tata kelola zakat semakin transparan, akuntabel, dan sesuai prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas aplikasi zakat berbasis digital dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan zakat melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Sumber literatur diperoleh dari basis data bereputasi, yaitu Scopus, DOAJ, dan Google Scholar, dengan cakupan publikasi pada rentang tahun 2015–2025. Proses telaah sistematis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis temuan-temuan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi zakat digital terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat transparansi dan akuntabilitas lembaga zakat, terutama melalui peningkatan keterbukaan informasi, akurasi pelaporan keuangan, monitoring distribusi zakat, serta peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi zakat berperan strategis dalam membangun kepercayaan muzaki, memperkuat akuntabilitas organisasi pengelola zakat, dan mendorong optimalisasi tata kelola zakat sesuai prinsip syariah. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi konseptual bagi pengembangan literatur akademik mengenai digitalisasi zakat, tetapi juga menawarkan rekomendasi praktis bagi lembaga zakat dan regulator dalam merancang strategi pengelolaan zakat berbasis digital yang lebih transparan, akuntabel, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi akademik mahasiswa menjadi aspek penting dalam mendukung kualitas penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah di perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi akademik mahasiswa melalui pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah dengan mengintegrasikan pemanfaatan aplikasi ChatGPT dan VOSviewer. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyampaian materi dan praktik secara langsung, dengan melibatkan 40 mitra yang merupakan mahasiswa dari berbagai fakultas di Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. Metode evaluasi yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi, dengan indikator keberhasilan berupa kemampuan mitra dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah sesuai dengan materi yang telah disampaikan. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 80% mitra berhasil menyusun artikel ilmiah dengan baik, sesuai dengan arahan dan pemanfaatan tools yang telah diperkenalkan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan literasi akademik mahasiswa, serta membuka peluang pengembangan kegiatan serupa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

PNM was established as the government's struggle as a financial management body to promote, maintain and share small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). . The method of data collection is carried out by questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation, as well as collecting data from numbers and interpreting them into tabulations. This study aims to determine the effect of financing the PNM MEKAAR syariah murabahah contract on the economic growth of the village community in Sampir Taliwang sub-district. The result of this study is that the effect of financing the PNM MEKAAR syariah murabahah contract on the economic growth of the Sampir village community with the help of capital affects the community who join a group and have managed their business well so that they can generate profits that can meet individual needs and family needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the impact of Fintech and Risk Management on the Sustainability Performance of MSMEs in Mataram City. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved 100 MSMEs that have adopted Fintech services in the sub-district cakranegara and sub-district mataram areas. Data was collected through a 5-point Interval scale-based questionnaire and analysed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software version 22. The results showed that Fintech has a significant effect of 27.8% on MSME Sustainability Performance, while Risk Management has a significant effect of 53%. These findings highlight the importance of digital financial literacy and strategic risk management implementation in supporting MSME business sustainability. This research recommends MSME players to optimally utilise Fintech services and implement structured risk management. In addition, government policies are expected to facilitate digital financial literacy training and provide technical guidance on risk management for MSMEs. With this approach, Fintech will not only improve MSME competitiveness but also strengthen their business sustainability in the digital economy era. Abstract

The need for housing in the city of Mataram is getting higher every year. Unfortunately, this need is not supported by the appropriate purchasing power. Therefore, the government launched a subsidized KPR with affordable down payments and installments. One of the private companies that participate in developing subsidized housing is PT. Citra Jaya Graha. The marketing system carried out by PT. Citra Jaya Graha in selling its products uses a marketing mix system or better known as a marketing mix. First, PT. Citra Jaya Graha in providing its production in the form of subsidized housing, prioritizes quality by providing facilities and infrastructure. Second, in setting the price, PT Citra Jaya Graha implements a subsidized house selling price limit that has been stipulated in Kepmenpupr number 552 / kpts / m / 2016 concerning the income limit for the target group of subsidized houses, the limit on the selling price of a prosperous house. Third, PT. Citra Jaya Graha in promoting its products uses billboards, brochures, and employees (marketing), printed media (Lombok Pos newspaper) and electronic media such as websites and Facebook. Fourth, the process of distributing BTN houses is carried out directly, marketing offers directly to prospective buyers. PT. Citra Jaya Graha is also building an Islamic housing complex. For example, the Griya Assamiq housing which is intended specifically for Muslim consumers and the construction of prayer rooms or mosques in several housing complexes that he has built. Kebutuhan rumah di kota Mataram semakin tahun semakin tinggi. Sayangnya kebutuhan tersebut tidak didukung dengan kemampuan beli yang sesuai. Oleh sebab itu, pemerintah meluncurkan KPR bersubsidi dengan uang muka dan cicilan yang terjangkau. Salah satu perusahan swasta yang berpartisipasi dalam megembangkat perumahan bersubsidi ialah PT. Citra Jaya Graha. Sistem pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT. Citra Jaya Graha dalam menjual hasil produksinya menggunakan sistem bauran pemasaran atau lebih dikenal dengan marketing mix. Pertama, PT. Citra Jaya Graha dalam menyedikan hasil produksinya yang berupa perumah subsidi mengutamakan kualitas dengan menyedikan sarana dan prasarana. Kedua, dalam menetapkan harga PT.Citra Jaya Graha melakukan batasan harga jual rumah subsidi yang telah ditetapkan dalam kepmenpupr nomor 552/kpts/m/2016 tentang batasan penghasilan kelompok sasaran rumah bersubsidi, batasan harga jual rumah sejahtera. Ketiga, PT. Citra Jaya Graha dalam mempromosikan produk yang di hasilkan menggunakan media baliho, brosur, dan karyawan (marketing), media cetak (surat kabar Lombok Pos) dan media elektronik seperti website dan facebook. Keempat, proses pendistribusian rumah BTN dilakukan secara langsung, marketing menawarkan secara langsung kepada calon pembeli. PT. Citra Jaya Graha juga membangun kompleks perumahan yang islami. Seperti, perumahan Griya Assamiq yang diperuntuhkan khusus untuk konsumen yang beragama muslim dan di dirikannya musholla atau masjid di beberapa kompleks perumahan yang telah dibangunnya.

Abstract

Plastic waste is a global environmental challenge. One potential solution is to promote entrepreneurship in plastic recycling. However, this approach remains relatively limited and requires greater attention. This research seeks to analyse the impact of entrepreneurship education, resource access, and technology adoption on student interest in entrepreneurship plastic recycled products. A quantitative methodology was utilised, involving a survey administered to 110 students from Muhammadiyah Mataram University who had engaged in entrepreneurship training. The results showed that entrepreneurship education, resource access, and technology adoption positively and significantly affect entrepreneurial interest, with contributions of 26.5%, 34.1%, and 32.7%, respectively. Collectively, these factors contributed a value of 56.6%. The findings highlight the important role of resource access, technology, and education in fostering students' interest in plastic recycling entrepreneurship. These results can inform innovative strategies to promote sustainable entrepreneurship among university students.

Abstract

Permasalah utama dalam penjualan ubi talas adalah ketika ubi talas panen melimpah, ubi talas tidak terserap oleh pasar, banyak ubi talas yang lama terjual bahkan tidak laku terjual karena masyarakat atau petani talas hanya mengandalkan para wisatawan yang datang berwisatawan dikawasan wisata sembalun Lombok Timur Nusa Tengga Barat. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan para warga yang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan mampu memproduksi atau mengolah ubi talas menjadi kripik talas yang diminati oleh para konsumen dengan berabi tampil beda, berupa stik talas yang memiliki varian rasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah metode penyuluhan, demostrasi dan praktek. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat masayarakat dengan program pelatihan pengolahan dan pemasaran keripik talas di desa sajang kelurahan sembalun ini adalah peningkatan keterampilan pengolahan ubi talas dengan rasa dan tampilan yang berbeda.
