Abstract

SDN Sawojajar 01 is the best one of SPMI model school at the Central Java provincial in 2018. Apart from that, this school also has good academic quality management. This is proven by the many academic competitions won and good graduation results. The focus of this research is management of improving academic quality at SDN Sawojajar 01, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency. With sub-focus including (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) mobilizing and (4) monitoring the academic quality of SDN Sawojajar 01. This research aims to describe and analyze academic quality at SDN Sawojajar 01 which includes (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuatting and (4) supervising. The benefits of this research include theoretical and practical benefits. It is hoped that the theoretical benefits can provide scientific contributions for studies and research materials. The practical benefits are for teachers, schools and education services to be taken into consideration in improving academic quality even better. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data were collected using interviews, observation and documentation methods, while data validation was carried out through triangulation. The results of the research show that quality management in improving the academic quality of SD Negeri Sawojajar 01, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency is carried out in a structured manner starting from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising by involving the active role of teachers, school committees and parents in the functions and responsibilities for improving academic quality. At school, although there are several obstacles faced, they can be resolved well. Academic quality management plays a very important role in improving academic quality at SD Negeri Sawojajar 01. Quality management coordinates 4 elements, namely planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring which are mutually supportive and sustainable and bring about changes in the quality of schools, educational services and the quality of graduates in accordance with community needs. . Based on the research results and conclusions above, recommended by the principal, teachers and school committees can continue to build effective communication and continue to develop knowledge of school management as well as improve discipline and a culture of helping each other to improve the academic quality of SDN Sawojajar 01.

Abstract

The focus of this research is (1) The role of the school principal in planning the anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. (2) The role of the school principal in organizing an anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. (3) The role of the school principal in implementing the anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. (4) The role of the school principal in supervising the anti-bullying program at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kejiwaan Kindergarten. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive analytical approach. This research intends to explore the role of the principal as a manager in realizing anti-bullying in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 01 Kindergarten. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity using triangulation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Research results a) Analysis of the role of school principals in planning anti-bullying programs is (1) analyzing and identifying child delinquency problems, (2) analyzing the needs of teachers and children, (3) Preparing a draft MOU joint agreement between the school and parents as guardians of students, (4) prepare a budget according to needs for aspects that require financing. b) Analysis of the role of school principals in organizing anti-bullying programs 1) allocating resources; 2) formulate and assign tasks; 3) establish necessary procedures; 4) establish an organizational structure that shows the lines of authority and responsibility. c) Analysis of the role of the school principal in implementing the anti-bullying program including 1) The role as a facilitator by providing image media, posters about the dangers of bullying, 2) The role as a demonstrator of the school principal instructing teachers to be able to clearly demonstrate the dangers and impacts of Bullying, 3) The role as Motivators provide encouragement and direction to children and teachers to live together and help each other, 4) the role as evaluator of the school principal observes children's development with observation sheets and evaluates the dynamics and impact of handlers. d) The role of the school principal in supervising the anti-bullying program includes internal supervision carried out by the principal and supervisor, then external supervision carried out by the school committee, from a technical perspective, supervision is carried out using two approaches, namely direct technical supervision and indirect supervision in the form of reports.

Abstract

The implementation of the FoxPro-based madrasah financial administration system, especially in the payment of infaq/SPP and reporting of budget use, which aims to improve the efficiency of the madrasah work program, faces various obstacles. Initial observations show that the management of financial administration is still done manually, so it is less effective and efficient, less transparent and not well documented. In addition, limited time and resources cause the infaq/SPP payment process to not be carried out optimally. As a result, the madrasah program was not implemented in accordance with the RKAM that had been planned in the budget year. The method in this study is Research and Development, with the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques by interview, questionnaire and observation. Data validity testing uses data source triangulation. The development stage involves experts and practitioners. The validity stage is carried out with a validation questionnaire from media experts and material experts, field trials, and effectiveness analysis to determine the effectiveness of the development of the FoxPro-based madrasah financial administration system. The results of the study on the Analysis of the Effectiveness of the Development of a FoxPro-based Madrasah Financial Administration System can be seen in a field trial involving 30 students at MTs Wahid Hasyim Warungasem, a total score of 2,135 was obtained with a maximum score of 2,400, so that an effectiveness value of 89% was obtained with a valid category. This shows that the development of a FoxPro-based Madrasah Financial Administration System is effective and feasible to be implemented at MTs Wahid Hasyim Warungasem. ABSTRAKPelaksanaan sistem administrasi keuangan madrasah berbasis FoxPro terutama dalam pembayaran infaq/SPP dan pelaporan penggunaan anggaran, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efesiensi program kerja madrasah menghadapi berbagai kendala. Observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan administrasi keuangan masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga kurang efektif dan efesien, kurang transparan serta tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik. Selain itu, keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya menyebabkan proses pembayaran infaq/SPP tidak dapat dilakukan secara optimal. Akibatnya, program madrasah tidak terlaksana sesuai dengan RKAM yang sudah terancana pada tahun anggaran. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development, dengan model ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, angket dan observasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Tahap pengembangan melibatkan ahli dan praktisi. Tahap validitas dilakukan dengan angket validasi ahli media dan ahli materi, ujicoba lapangan, serta analisis efektifitas untuk mengetahui efektifitas pengembangan system administrasi keuangan madrasah berbasis FoxPro. Hasil penelitian pada Analisis Efektifitas Pengembangan system administrasi keuangan madrasah berbasis FoxPro ini, dapat terlihat pada ujicoba lapangan yang melibatkan 30 siswa di MTs Wahid Hasyim Warungasem diperoleh jumlah skor 2.135 dengan skor maksimal 2.400 sehingga diperoleh nilai efektifitas sebesar 89% dengan kategori valid. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan system administrasi keuangan madrasah berbasis FoxPro ini efektif dan layak diterapkan di MTs Wahid Hasyim Warungasem.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila and Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5RA) at MTs Negeri Batang, and to evaluate its impact on the formation of student character in accordance with the values ??of Pancasila and Islamic teachings as a blessing for all nature. P5RA is a project-based educational innovation designed to integrate national and Islamic values ??harmoniously in learning at madrasahs. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study included the head of the madrasah, teachers, students, and parents. Data analysis was carried out descriptively with triangulation techniques to ensure the validity and reliability of the data. The results showed that the implementation of P5RA at MTs Negeri Batang had gone well through a number of projects, such as cross-cultural tolerance projects, environmental care based on Islamic values, and economic independence projects. The implementation was supported by a flexible independent curriculum framework, teacher training, and school management support. The positive impacts of the implementation of P5RA include improving student character in terms of responsibility, cooperation, and diversity. However, this study also found several challenges, such as limited time for project implementation and suboptimal facility support. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin (P5RA) di MTs Negeri Batang, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila dan ajaran Islam sebagai rahmat bagi seluruh alam. P5RA merupakan inovasi pendidikan berbasis projek yang dirancang untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kebangsaan dan keislaman secara harmonis dalam pembelajaran di madrasah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala madrasah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan teknik triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas dan reliabilitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi P5RA di MTs Negeri Batang telah berjalan dengan baik melalui sejumlah projek, seperti projek toleransi lintas budaya, peduli lingkungan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, dan projek kemandirian ekonomi. Implementasi tersebut didukung oleh kerangka kerja kurikulum merdeka yang fleksibel, pelatihan guru, dan dukungan manajemen sekolah. Dampak positif dari implementasi P5RA mencakup peningkatan karakter siswa dalam hal tanggung jawab, kerja sama, dan keberagaman. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan waktu pelaksanaan projek dan dukungan fasilitas yang belum optimal.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of academic supervision, transformational leadership style, and organizational culture on school quality at MTs Swasta Sub Rayon Batang Timur. The population of the study was all teachers of MTs Swasta Sub Rayon Batang Timur totaling 246 people with a sample of 152 respondents. Data collection used questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis used data description analysis, requirement testing, and hypothesis testing which included simple regression analysis and multiple regression with the help of SPSS for Windows version 26. The results showed that academic supervision, transformational leadership style, and organizational culture had a positive effect on school quality. The simple regression equation for the influence of academic supervision is ???? = 66.318 + 0.351????1, transformational leadership style is ???? = 62.295 + 0.431????2, and organizational culture is ???? = 69.927 + 0.339????3. The multiple regression equation for the joint influence of the three variables is Y = 50.980 + 0.190X1 + 0.295X2 + 0.356X3. This study recommends that principals reflect and evaluate the implementation of supervision by improving preparation in supervision planning, arranging a structured supervision schedule, individual attention to teacher problems, and opening open communication channels. Principals are also expected to implement the rules that have been set so that they are obeyed and implemented properly by all school residents. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh supervisi akademik, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan budaya organisasi terhadap mutu sekolah di MTs Swasta Sub Rayon Batang Timur. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru MTs Swasta Sub Rayon Batang Timur yang berjumlah 246 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 152 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskripsi data, uji persyaratan, serta uji hipotesis yang meliputi analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS for Windows versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap mutu sekolah. Persamaan regresi sederhana untuk pengaruh supervisi akademik adalah ???? = 66,318 + 0,351????1, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional adalah ???? = 62,295 + 0,431????2, dan budaya organisasi adalah ???? = 69,927 + 0,339????3. Persamaan regresi berganda untuk pengaruh bersama-sama ketiga variabel tersebut adalah Y = 50,980+ 0,190X1 + 0,295X2+ 0,356X3. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada kepala sekolah untuk merefleksi dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan supervisi dengan meningkatkan persiapan dalam perencanaan supervisi, pengaturan jadwal supervisi secara terstruktur, perhatian individual terhadap masalah guru, serta membuka saluran komunikasi yang terbuka. Kepala sekolah juga diharapkan menerapkan aturan yang telah ditetapkan agar dipatuhi dan dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh seluruh warga sekolah.

Abstract

The implementation of academic supervision of teachers at MTs in Subah District still faces several obstacles. Initial observations show that academic supervision is still carried out manually, making it less efficient and not well documented. In addition, limited time and resources cause the supervision process to not be carried out optimally. As a result, many teachers do not get constructive feedback to improve the quality of their learning. So the author developed a website-based academic supervision application to improve the effectiveness of academic supervision. The hope of developing this website-based academic supervision application is that it can improve teacher pedagogical competence and improve the quality of academic supervision of MTs teachers in Subah District. This study uses the Research and Development method, with the Borg and Gall model that has been modified by Sugiyono. Data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and observations. Data validity testing uses data source triangulation. The development stage involves experts and practitioners. The validity stage is carried out with a validation questionnaire from media experts and material experts, field trials, and effectiveness analysis to determine the effectiveness of developing a website-based academic supervision application. The results of the study on the analysis of the effectiveness of the development of this website-based academic supervision application can be seen in the field trial involving 25 teachers in three MTs in Subah District, obtained a total score of 1,782 with a maximum score of 2,000 so that an effectiveness value of 89.1% was obtained with a very effective category. This shows that the development of a website-based academic supervision application is effective and feasible to be implemented in MTs in Subah District. ABSTRAKPelaksanaan supervisi akademik guru di MTs Kecamatan Subah masih menghadapi beberapa kendala. Observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga kurang efisien dan tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik. Selain itu, keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya menyebabkan proses supervisi tidak dapat dilakukan secara optimal. Akibatnya, banyak guru yang tidak mendapatkan umpan balik yang konstruktif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran mereka. Sehingga penulis mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi supervisi akademik berbasis website untuk meningkatkan efektifitas supervisi akademik. Harapan dari pengembangan aplikasi supervisi akademik berbasis website ini dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dan meningkatkan kualitas supervisi akademik guru MTs di Kecamatan Subah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development, dengan model Borg and Gall yang telah di modifikasi oleh Sugiyono. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, angket dan observasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Tahap pengembangan melibatkan ahli dan praktisi. Tahap validitas dilakukan dengan angket validasi ahli media dan ahli materi, ujicoba lapangan, serta analisis efektifitas untuk mengetahui efektifitas pengembangan aplikasi supervisi akademik berbasis website. Hasil penelitian pada analisis efektifitas pengembangan aplikasi supervisi akademik berbasis website ini, dapat terlihat pada ujicoba lapangan yang melibatkan 25 guru di tiga MTs Kecamatan Subah diperoleh jumlah skor 1.782 dengan skor maksimal 2.000 sehingga diperoleh nilai efektifitas sebesar 89,1% dengan kategori sangat efektif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan aplikasi supervisi akademik berbasis website efektif dan layak diterapkan di MTs Kecamatan Subah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of differentiated learning at SMP Negeri 6 Batang in an effort to achieve the educational process standards set by the government. In addition, this study also aims to explore the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of differentiated learning at the school. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis involving teachers, principals, and students. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of differentiated learning at SMP Negeri 6 Batang has been going quite well, although there are still some challenges. Learning that is adjusted to students' abilities and needs can increase student participation and learning outcomes. The main supporting factors include teacher commitment and the availability of varied learning resources, while the inhibiting factors are limited teacher training related to differentiated learning strategies and limited time in learning planning. This study concludes that differentiated learning can contribute positively to achieving educational process standards, but further efforts are needed to improve teacher competence and provide adequate facilities. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SMP Negeri 6 Batang dalam upaya mencapai standar proses pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menggali faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen yang melibatkan guru, kepala sekolah, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SMP Negeri 6 Batang sudah berjalan cukup baik, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa tantangan. Pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan kebutuhan siswa mampu meningkatkan partisipasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi komitmen guru dan ketersediaan sumber daya pembelajaran yang bervariasi, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah terbatasnya pelatihan guru terkait dengan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi serta keterbatasan waktu dalam perencanaan pembelajaran.  Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat berkontribusi positif dalam mencapai standar proses pendidikan, namun perlu adanya upaya lebih lanjut dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan penyediaan sarana yang memadai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh peran komite sekolah dan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap transparansi pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOSP) di SD Negeri Kecamatan Kaloran, Kabupaten Temanggung. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei sebagai metode utama, penelitian ini melibatkan 108 responden yang dipilih melalui tehnik proporsional random sampling dari komite sekolah di 27 SD Negeri. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisi melalui regresi linear sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran komite sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap transparansi pengelolaan dana BOSP dengan koefisien korelasi 0,687, sedangkan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah memilikipenagruh signifikan dengan koefisien korelasi 0,676. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berkontribusi sebesar 62,9% terhadap transparansi pengelolaan dana BOSP. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas manajerial kepala sekolah dan peran aktif komite sekolah untuk mendorong akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana BOSP.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the data-driven education quality improvement planning at SMA Negeri 1 Blora. Data-based planning enhances education quality through structured steps: identification, reflection, and improvement. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the planning process at SMA Negeri 1 Blora begins with data collection through educational reports and evaluations of previous programs, followed by identifying issues by each relevant department. Reflection is conducted by analysing the data to identify root causes and formulate priority improvements. Improvement programs are then developed in the Annual Work Plan (RKT) and School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS). Program implementation involves the entire school community, and evaluations are conducted regularly to ensure the success and relevance of the implemented programs. The results of the assessments are used for continuous improvement in budget and implementation strategies. This study concludes that structured data-based planning can enhance the quality of education and positively impact the educational practices at SMA Negeri 1 Blora.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of School-Based Management (MBS) at SDIT Ar Rohmah, Ambarawa District, Semarang Regency. SBM is an approach that grants greater authority to schools in managing various aspects of education, including teaching staff, curriculum, infrastructure, and school finances. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method involving interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The main findings of this study indicate that SDIT Ar Rohmah has successfully implemented the principles of SBM, namely autonomy, participation, transparency, and accountability, although there are still some shortcomings. The school’s autonomy is reflected in the management of teaching staff and educational personnel, though the availability of academic staff, especially for cleaning and security tasks, remains insufficient. Stakeholder participation, including the school committee and parents, is well-executed in the planning and implementation of school programs. Transparency in financial management and reporting of learning outcomes has also been effectively applied. Accountability is evident in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds, which are conducted transparently and accountable. Recommendations include increasing the number of educational staff, forming a monitoring and evaluation team, diversifying funding sources, and improving the supervision of BOS fund utilization. This study contributes significantly to understanding how MBS can be effectively implemented in elementary schools in Indonesia and provides insights into the challenges faced during the implementation process.
