Abstract

Adolescents need balanced nutritional intake that is useful for optimizing growth and development, adolescents are classified as a vulnerable group for malnutrition, one of which is anemia. This community service was carried out at SMPN 1 CIMALAKA in 2025, with data based on SKI in 2023, namely 15.5% of anemia sufferers in Indonesia. One of the problems of anemia in adolescents is the lack of understanding in prevention efforts in adolescents. The method used is the lecture method, namely by explaining in a structured manner, and evaluation is carried out after the delivery of the material by asking random participants regarding the understanding of the counseling material. The delivery of alternative drink innovations to increase iron intake in the body is ABC smoothies with papaya and banana as the basic ingredients, with honey as a sweetener. Smoothies as one of the non-pharmacological approaches carried out as a preventive effort in overcoming anemia in adolescents. The increase in understanding regarding anemia in SMPN 1 CIMALAKA students was assessed subjectively by assessing a sampling of 3 participants to re-explain the counseling material and in accordance with what was conveyed. The innovation of alternative ABC smoothie drinks can be a non-pharmacological measure to increase iron intake into the body.

Abstract

Thermal comfort regulation in buildings located in hot climates, such as Indonesia, remains highly dependent on air conditioning (AC) systems, leading to substantial energy consumption. Integrating Phase Change Materials (PCM) into building envelopes offers a passive thermal management strategy to reduce cooling loads. This study investigates the thermal performance of a gypsum-based wall incorporating a eutectic fatty acid PCM (laurate–stearate) of 85:15 (wt%) modified with polylactic acid (PLA) at three PCM:PLA ratios (1:0.6, 1:0.8, and 1:1), alongside a control sample without PCM. Samples were fabricated at laboratory scale and evaluated using a mini-cubicle system under controlled charging and discharging conditions. Energy performance was assessed through temperature change rates and heat transfer (q) analysis at three measurement points (T1, T2, T3). Results demonstrate that PLA modification significantly enhances PCM performance, with the 1:0.8 ratio (bPCM) exhibiting optimal behavior. During charging, bPCM achieved the lowest temperature change rates of 4.75 °C/h at T1, 1.15 °C/h at T2, and 0.65 °C/h at T3 and the minimum heat transfer from T2 to T3 of 32.049 J. Similarly, during discharging, bPCM maintained the smallest temperature change rates of 2.2 °C/h at T1, 1.0 °C/h at T2, and 0.65 °C/h at T3 with the lowest heat transfer to the indoor zone of 32.033 J. These findings confirm that optimized PLA-modified eutectic PCM significantly improves heat absorption, latent heat storage, and thermal insulation performance compared to non-PCM and non-optimized compositions. The proposed composite wall system demonstrates strong potential for passive cooling enhancement and building energy efficiency improvement in hot-climate regions

Abstract

Sekolah memiliki peran penting untuk dapat meminimalisir serta menanggulangi kenakalan remaja dengan meningkatkan dan memperkuat karakter disiplin peserta didik, melalui pembiasaan dan penerapan budaya beragama yang dilakukan di sekolah. Tujuan menjadikan peserta didik yang mempunyai kepribadian baik dengan menerapkan kedisiplinan. Maka dari itu, Pentingnya disiplin karena beberapa alasan, yaitu karena kesadaran diri, sehingga siswa berhasil dalam belajarnya. Tanpa disiplin yang baik, suasana sekolah menjadi kurang kondusif seperti peserta didik yang datang terlambat, aturan bahkan memberikan sanksi ketika peserta didik tidak disiplin. Sekolah dapat membiasakan norma-norma, nilai-nilai kehidupan dengan menerapkan kedisiplinan. Disiplin merupakan jalan bagi peserta didik dalam meraih kesuksesan dan berguna bagi masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi budaya keagamaan dalam mendisiplinkan peserta didik melalui: 1) Desain implementasi budaya keagamaan dalam mendisiplinkan peserta didik kelas 8 SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Kota Bandung 2) Implementasi budaya keagamaan dalan mendisiplinkan peserta didik kelas 3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi budaya keagamaan dalam mendisiplinkan peserta didik, 4) Hasil implementasi budaya keagamaan dalam mendisiplinkan peserta didik kelas 8 SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya suatu perubahan perilaku peserta didik setelah menerapkan budaya religius,
