Abstract

Pendahuluan: Anemia pada remaja putri merupakan masalah kesehatan yang umum dan berdampak negatif pada perkembangan fisik serta prestasi akademik. Di Indonesia, prevalensi anemia pada remaja putri mencapai 23% dari populasi. Rendahnya kepatuhan konsumsi TTD menjadi salah satu penyebab utama tingginya prevalensi anemia di kalangan remaja putri.  Untuk mengatasi hal ini, pemerintah telah meluncurkan program pemberian TTD kepada remaja putri melalui Unit Kesehatan Sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian anemia pada siswi SMA NEGERI 6 SIDRAP. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 117 siswi kelas X yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner daan pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) dan dianalisis dengan uji chi square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel pengetahuan (p value = 0,133), dukungan tenaga kesehatan (p = value 0,320) dan dukungan sekolah (p value = 0323) dengan kejadian anemia. Namun, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga (p value = 0,037) dengan kejadian anemia. Simpulan: simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga memiliki peran penting dalam mengurangi kejadian anemia pada remaja putri. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pihak sekolah dan tenaga kesehatan untuk memperkuat peran keluarga dalam program pencegahan anemia di kalangan remaja.     Introduction: Anemia in adolescents (rematriates) is a common health problem that negatively affects physical development and academic performance. In Indonesia, the prevalence of anemia among adolescent girls reaches 23% of the population. Low adherence to the consumption of blood supplement tablets (TTD) is one of the main causes of the high prevalence of anemia among adolescent girls. To overcome this, the government has launched a program to provide TTD to adolescent girls through the School Health Unit. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of anemia in class X students of SMA Negeri 6 SIDRAP students. Method: This study used quantitative method with cross sectional design. The sample consisted of 117 class X students selected through total sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and examination of hemoglobin (Hb) levels and analyzed using the chi square test. Results: The results of this study showed that there was no significant relationship between the variables of knowledge (p value = 0.133), health worker support (p = value 0.320) and school support (p value = 0323) with the incidence of anemia. However, there was a significant relationship between family support (p value = 0.037) and the incidence of anemia. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study shows that family support has an important role in reducing the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls. This finding is expected to be the basis for schools and health workers to strengthen the role of families in the program.

Abstract

Perkembangan motorik halus dalam pertumbuhan anak usia dini merupakan aspek penting untuk diperhatikan orangtua dan juga pengajar dari ranah pendidik. Salah satu cara untuk merangsang keterampilan motorik halus khususnya pada siswa di tingkat Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) adalah dengan menggunakan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE). Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah mengembangkan APE untuk siswa PAUD Tunas Mekar di Desa Cupunagara, Subang. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pendekatan Sisdamas yang melakukan 4 siklus, yaitu (1) Rembuk Warga, (2) Pemetaan Sosial dan Pengorganisasian Masyarakat, (3) Perencanaan Partisipatif, dan (4) Pelaksanaan Program. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menciptakan 5 APE yang mendapatkan respon yang positif dari siswa, guru, serta orangtua murid. Kebermanfaatkan APE yang dikembangkan menjadi inovasi dari program kerja yang dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Hypertension is a health problem with high prevalence and risk of causing cardiovascular complications. Pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata), rich in potassium and fiber, has the potential to be a non-pharmacological alternative to lower blood pressure. Objective: To increase public knowledge about hypertension and the use of pumpkin as a healthy food. Method: The community service was carried out on February 27, 2025, in Lorong Langgar RT 007/RW 002, 16 Ulu Village, Palembang, attended by 22 residents with hypertension, with the assistance of 10 nursing students. Activities included lectures, discussions, questions and answers, distribution of leaflets, and practice of making gabin bread from pumpkin. Evaluation was carried out with a pre-test and a post-test. Results: Participants' understanding increased significantly from 40% to 80% (average score of 6.5 increased to 12.6). Participants' enthusiasm was high during the discussion and practice. Conclusion: Health education through a combination of lectures, discussions, and pumpkin processing practices effectively increases public understanding of hypertension and its prevention, and can be developed as a promotive-preventive strategy in the community.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the prototype of the little gamelan art learning model for inculcating Pancasila values ​​in kindergarten children, (2) determine the feasibility and practicality of the little gamelan art learning model (3) determine the effectiveness of the little gamelan art learning model (4) knowing the process of growing Pancasila values ​​in kindergarten children while playing a little gamelan art. The subjects of the study were group B kindergarten children, kindergarten leaders, and kindergarten educators in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Need assessment data collection is done through interviews, list of documents, and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the assessors of the validity of gamelan experts and children's learning are met according to criteria 0.9 in the Validity Coefficient Table with an error rate of 5%. Likewise, the reliability between raters with the test-retest method obtained a consistency score according to the criteria in the Reliability Table with an error rate of 5%. The effectiveness of the little gamelan in stimulating Pancasila for early childhood is very significant. This is based on a one-sample t-test that the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis and the rejection of the null hypothesis is that the children's Pancasila achievement during and after playing the gamelan exceeds the Pancasila scores achieved by most of the PAUD teachers involved in this study. The values ​​that are stimulated in playing the little gamelan are praying, knowing God's creation, being grateful, appreciating, polite, appreciating, compact, harmonious, deliberation, leadership, fair, taking turns.
