Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee creativity and employee Self-efficacy Creativity, as well as to determine the effect of self-efficacy creativity on employee creativity and to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee creativity after being mediated with employee self-efficacy creativity at the Pegadaian Kc office. Kerobokan. This research is structured descriptively using a quantitative approach method. Primary data in this research was obtained through several questions given in questionnaires and interviews with respondents. Data obtained from secondary sources is obtained through company records or documentation, government publications, industry analysis provided by the media, web, internet, and others. Where is the object of this study Pawnshop employees Kc. Kerobokan. So that in the process of collecting data, interviews or direct observation of informants must be carried out, and researchers cannot provide temporary assumptions about this research. The results of this study are that first, transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee creativity. Second, transformational leadership has a significant effect on the creative self-efficacy of employees. Creative self-efficacy has a significant effect on creativity in employees. And Creative self-efficacy mediates the influence of transformational leadership on creativity in employees.

Abstract

Hospital represent one of example institute the service in healtharea. At the height of the requirement and society awareness in the fi eld of healthaccompanied with the change of patterned thinking of society which of opinion thehealth is very important investment in their live, have pushed a lot of party to exploitto existing market opportunity by development building various to like hospital. Inthe development it is effort the hospital do not get out of the compulsion to apply themanagement process in it is effort consumer satisfaction presented is very importantnecessary for the peripatetic company in service area like to hospital. And one ofstrategy which can by run the hospital to take care of the consumer satisfaction with the maximization to applying of the marketing mix in the company activities as far becoming formula oppositely, also how infl uence to applying of the marketing mix toconsumer satisfaction in using the service in Surya Husadha Hospital? How strengthof relation to applying of the marketing mix to consumer satisfaction in using theservice in Surya Husadha Hospital? At the research, analysis the information used istechnique is Multiple Regression Analysis with this analysis in Multiple RegressionAnalysis to know there is do not in infl uence of between two variable is the freevariable and the trusted variable. Correlation analysis and determination analysisdo know how infl uence of the marketing mix practices to consumer satisfactionF-Test and t-Test. Pursuant to obtained by Multiple Regression Analysis to resultof is exixtence of real infl uence and is positive than marketing mix to consumersatisfaction at Surya Husadha Hospital is a 4.427. From obtained the CorrelationAnalysis the result of is existence which positive and strong relation of the marketingmix to consumer satisfaction at Surya Husadha Hospital scale 0.792. From thedetermination analysis obtained by result is 62.7% the most percentage of consumersatisfaction infl uence to applying of the marketing mix while some minimizinginfl uence by other, dissimilar factor is which not checked. From analysis F-Test andt-Test either through entirety and also each variable marketing mix have to effecton consumer satisfaction and his meaning is hypothesis (Ha) accepted. Conclusionwhich can be pulled from research is between applying to of marketing mix toconsumer satisfaction of at Surya Husadha Hospital own to infl uence and relationwhich are positive and strong go together that is Surya Husadha Hospital alwaysimprove the marketing mix applying to be consumer satisfaction to be weaked

Abstract

The Intention of this research is to know level of likuiditas rentabilityand, its effectiveness and also growth of monetary performance which evaluatedfrom the level of likuiditas (cash ratio and loan to deposit ratio) and rentability(return on asset and of return on equity). The Analyzer which is used in this researchis monetary ratio analysis and statistical analysis. Statistical analysis which is usedis determination of historical standard with searching standard and mean of deviasifrom result of financial analysis, so that can assess effectiveness level and also itsgrowth. The analysis result which have done,showing that is monetary performance which is have a fluctuation. Likudity ratio analysis ratio and also adapted with historical standard pursuant to cash ratio,shows that the percentage in the 2009cash ratio equal to 14% (enough liquid), year 2010 going down to become 13,82%(enough liquid) and for year 2011 mounting to become 22% (liquid). For Loan ofdeposit ratio, in 2009 shows 79,27% number (enough liquid), mounting year 2010becoming 84,93% (enough liquid), while year 2011 going down to become 64,95%(less liquid). Rentability ratio is and also adapted for by historical standard, evaluatedfrom return n asset have effectiveness level which is have fluctuation, in 2009 assetson return equal to - 0,41 (efficient enough), mounting for 2010 becoming 1,98%(efficient enough), so also for 2011 equal to 4,46 is% (efficient). Rentability pursuantto return to equity have effectiveness level which is have fluctuation. in 2009 return onequity equal to - 3,89% (less efficient), mounting in 2010 becoming 11,26% (efficientenough), so also for 2011 becoming 18,85% (efficient enough). The suggestionwhich can be suggested to the BPR to be more improve asset of management andoptimise credit giving to society so that it can happened the increasing of profitcredit earnings at BPR, without disregarding observation to giving credit procespass through 5C application (character, capacity, capital, condition, collateral) toclient candidate.

Abstract

PT. Adi Luhung Abadi Denpasar is representing the company which isthe in form of limited liability. PT.Adi Luhung Abadi Denpasar in it’s operationalmake a move in the fi eld of contactor service. This research will be analysed byinfl uence of development of human resourse (SDM) base on competence organizationperformance. In this case problem faced by PT. Adi Luhung Abadi Denpasar thatis how to manage thev existing human resourse so that earning high shownedperformance by exploiting and developing owned interest. Formulation in thisresearch problem what there isrelation and there is infl uence of between human resourse base on the interestof to organizational performance. To get the answer of from the problems, hence will be analysed with the statistical analysis. Statisticanalysis used by is simple correlation analysis, analysed the linear regresi modestly,t-test, determination analysed and SPSS test. As for chart analysis obtained from thisresearch is showned of existence strong infl uence and signifi cation of among humanresourse base on competence to organizational performance of PT. Adi Luhung AbadiDenpasar. This matter is visible from value of correlation coefi cient obtained by thatis equal to 0,743 which mean the among of development human resourse base on theorganizational performance and interest there are positive and strong link. Equationregresi obtained by that is y = 28,21 + 0,577x which mean if development humanresourse base on the interest of equal to zero, hence organizational performanceequal to 28,21 set of, and if development human resourse base on the interest increaseof equal to 1 (one) set of, hence organizational performance will mount equal to0,527 set of and so on the contrary. Result of test t-test obtained by value t-count ofequal to 6,182 bigger than value t-chart. Equal to 1,684 which reside in the area ofdeducation h0, so that hipotensis accepted which meaning there is strong infl uenceand signifi cation of among development human resourse base on the interest toorganizational performance.result analysis determination obtained by equal to55,2% what mean the organizational performance infl uenced by development humanresourse base on the interest of equal to 55,2% and the rest of dissimilar factor iswhich is not checked.the factor for example , compensation given by a comapany,job expereince owned by each employees, cultural of job, environment of work andalso leadership style of from PT. Adi Luhung Abadi Denpasar. Thereby to can toimprove the organizational performance, hence PT. Adi Luhung Abadi Denpasarhas to improve the development human resourse base on the interest. Suggestionwhich can be raised in this research that is, company party have to be more payattention to the development human resourse. Development human resourse can beconducted to start from new employees until senior employee. Development humanresourse which can be conducted by for example on the job training, understudies, job giration, menthod demontration and follow the example of, and also menthodworker simulation.development human resourse base on the interest doesn’t is onlyconducted lower management but also for the midle of management and also topmanagement.

Abstract

Retribution is one kind of market revenue sources region. Regions that areimportant to the Company Seririt Market Unit. This was proven during the period2009-2013 levy revenue realization fluktuatives market experience and indicatingthere are problems in the performance of the market in the company’s acceptance ofretribution Regional Market Unit Seririt. This study aimed to calculate the level ofeffectiveness and contribution levy market, and formulate appropriate strategies toimprove the performance of the market in the company’s acceptance of retributionRegional Market Unit Seririt. Abstract

This study will examine the determination of achievement motivation onemployee performance Autotama Car Motor Karangasem. Statistical analysis wasused to test the hypothesis with a simple linear regression. The stages of the analysisconducted in this study is a description of the data. Qualification data descriptionachievement motivation and performance of employees, also using univariantanalysis. This analysis is based on the average score of the ideal (Mi) and the idealstandard deviation (SDI). As well as this analysis also includes testing requirementsanalysis and hypothesis testing. The analysis showed that there was a significantcorrelation between the Achievement Motivation Employee Performance throughthe equation of the line y = -36.800 + 0.632 X with Freg = 43.015 (p <0.05). In thepresent study found a significant correlation between the Achievement MotivationEmployee Performance at 0.691 with p <0.05. These findings indicate thatachievement motivation has an important role in improving employee performance.Normatively found that achievement motivation is very good in the category meansan employee has shown excellent achievement motivation in carrying out his job.From the correlation analysis it is evident that significant determination between theAchievement Motivation Employee Performance. It needs to be maintained to keepemployees comfortable and satisfied in performing everyday tasks so that corporateobjectives will be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what there is significant influence betweenleadership style and work discipline on employee motivation KUD Catur GunaAmertha, Yehembang Village, District Mendoyo, Jembrana. The research concludesthat: Firstly, there is significant influence leadership style and work disciplineon employee motivation KUD Catur Guna Amertha, Yehembang Village, DistrictMendoyo, Jembrana, partially evident from the results count each partial correlationfor both variables showed that rx1y = 0.792 with figures significance of 0.000 andrx2y = 0.610 with 0.007 significance figures. Where both figures obtained significancesmaller than 0.05. Partial means indicates that these two variables have a relationshipthat is very significant to employee motivation. Secondly, there is a significant effectof leadership style and work discipline on employee motivation KUD Catur GunaAmertha Yehembang Village, District Mendoyo, Jembrana, simultaneously this canbe proven by obtaining F hitung = 35.306 with a significance figure of 0.000. Wherethe significance of the figures obtained are smaller than 0.005, means simultaneouslyreject H0 and accept H1. Thirdly there is a significant relationship leadership styleand work discipline on employee motivation KUD Catur Guna Amertha YehembangVillage, District Mendoyo, Jembrana, that of the correlation coefficient is jointlyacquired by rx1x2y = 0.919 with 0.000 significance figure where this number issmaller than in figure 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is significant influence between motivation on employee performance at the branch office of PT. Telkom Jembrana Bali. In this study used a sample of 20 respondents with a random sampling technique and using descriptive analysis method which consists of two variabels, namely, motivation of employee as independent variables (X) and employee performance as dependent variables (Y). To collect data that is done is interview, documentation, and a questionnaire in the branch office of PT. Telkom Jembrana regency of Bali, and analyzed by qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques using test calculations F and t test. The findings of this study is to test the value of X1 states that t tarithmetic < ttable (3,3776 < 2,101) it means refusing Ho and accept H1, meaning that there is significant influence between motivation with employee performance. Of test results F stated that Faruthmetic > Ftable (0,001 > 0,05) with a level of 5% and freedom 18. And views of the coefficient of determination obtained for 0,042 means that the level of the performance of employees in the branch office of PT. Telkom Jembrana regency of Bali can be explained 44,2% of the variable motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis tentang pengaruh pendidikan dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada Restoran Tepi Sawah, Gianyar. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukan hasil korelasi simultan r = 0,74. Ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara pendidikan dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi sebesar 54,76%, artinya pengaruh pendidikan dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara simultan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 54,76%. Sisanya sebesar 45,24% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yaitu seperti pemberian kompensasi, motivasi, pelatihan, dan faktor lainnya yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil perhitungan t1-test diperoleh thitung sebesar 12,4 dan t1tabel sebesar 1,669 sehingga t1-hitung > ttabel berarti pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan dan hasil perhitungan t2-test diperoleh t2-hitung sebesar 11,4 dan t2tabel sebesar 1,669 sehingga thitung > ttabel berarti lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Sesuai hasil perhitungan F-hitung diperoleh F-hitung 17,55 lebih besar dari F-tabel sebesar 3,32 berada pada daerah penolakan Ho, maka Ho ditolak atau H1 diterima, berarti memang benar ada hubungan yang positif dan nyata (signifikan) antara pendidikan dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara simultan dengan semangat kerja karyawan pada Restoran Tepi Sawah, Gianyar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of service qualityArea Traffic Control System (ATCS) to the satisfaction of road users in Denpasar; (2)To determine the relationship of service quality Area Traffic Control System (ATCS)to the satisfaction of road users in the city of Denpasar.The method used in thisstudy is a quantitative method that is supported by the literature study, observationand interviews. Data collection techniques used were through questionnaires.In this study, a population that drivers of the technical implementation unit ofthe ground transportation service of the denomination of the city the technicalimplementation unit of the ground transportation service of the denomination of thecity of of Denpasar used as a source of data used and the sample of 40 respondents. To analyze the problem and the hypothesis then used simple of linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of testing the hypothesis, concluding that thetraffic services effect on drivers satisfaction at the technical implementation unitof the ground transportation service of the denomination of the city of Denpasar asevidenced with the Sig F 0.000 <α = 0.05 level. While the impact strong correlationthat significantly effect satisfaction on customer at the technical implementation unitof the ground transportation service of the denomination of the city of Denpasar.
