Abstract

Human Resources (HRD) is one of the subsystems that has an important role in improving public health status through various health efforts and services. The purpose of this research is to analyze burnout to mediate the effect of workload on work motivation at Telkom Indonesia Kandatel Bali. This research uses the type of associative research. The research design used in this study is to use a quantitative descriptive method of survey methods. The research location used in this research is Telkom Indonesia Kandatel Bali, which is located at Jl.Kaliasem 2 Denpasar. The population in this study were 75 employees at Telkom Indonesia Kandatel Bali. So that the sample in this study were 75 employees. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the research above. The workload variable has a negative effect on work motivation. Workload variables affect burnout. The burnout variable has a negative effect on motivation. Workload has a negative effect on motivation through burnout.

Abstract

Hospitals, as crucial healthcare service providers, play a significant role in health development, particularly in optimizing human resources through employee commitment. This study aims to determine the influence of employee training on employee commitment through job satisfaction at Sanjiwani Gianyar Regional General Hospital (RSUD). The population of this study consists of all contract employees at Sanjiwani Gianyar Regional General Hospital (RSUD), totaling 228 individuals. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 70 participants. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with SmartPLS software. Organizational culture and employee training have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment. Organizational culture and employee training have a positive and significant influence on employee commitment. The hospital is advised to enhance its organizational culture by fostering a more open culture, evaluating training implementation, and improving job satisfaction to optimize employee commitment.ABSTRAKSebagai penyedia pelayanan kesehatan yang memiliki peran sentral dalam perkembangan sektor kesehatan, rumah sakit berfokus pada pemanfaatan maksimal sumber daya manusia melalui komitmen para karyawan. Penelitian memiliki sasaran untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan karyawan terhadap komitmen karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar. Populasi pada studi ini ialah keseluruhan karyawan kontrak pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sanjiwani Gianyar yang berjumlah sebanyak 228 orang. Jumlah sampel ditentukan yaitu digunakan rumus slovin diperoleh sejumlah 70 orang. Teknik analisis data yaitu metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan mempergunakan software SmartPLS. Budaya organisasi dan pelatihan karyawan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan. Budaya organisasi dan pelatihan karyawan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan. Disarankan pihak rumah sakit agar meningkatkan budaya organisasi dengan membangun budaya organisasi yang lebih terbuka, evaluasi terkait penyelenggaraan pelatihan dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan komitmen karyawan.

Abstract

Reforestation in mangrove forests is one of the important activities that must be implemented conceptually in dealing with environmental crises and preserving nature. The coastal area of Tangerang Regency, precisely in Muara Village, Teluk Naga Subdistrict, is covered with mangrove trees. The location of the mangrove forest is close to the construction site of PIK 2, which is also close to the North Coast of Jakarta. Compared to other beach tours around Tangerang, this mangrove forest tour is still relatively quiet. Padal mangrove tourist attraction is an educational place to get to know the aquatic ecosystem and to learn more about the benefits of mangroves for the coast and the creatures that live in it. This Community Service Programme (PKM) aims to provide knowledge about the importance of greening and preserving nature to the community. The implementation of this PKM uses a method that consists of several stages of implementation, namely the preparation stage, implementation in the form of preparation processes, activities, and evaluation.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif merupakan sistem pendidikan yang memberikan kesempatan kepada semua peserta didik untuk memperoleh layanan pendidikan yang bermutu, humanis dan demokratis tanpa adanya diskriminasi. Pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif mengharuskan pembelajaran dapat diterima oleh semua anak dalam kelas inklusif, maka diperlukan pembelajaran adaptif yang dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan dan keragaman siswa dalam kelas inklusif. pembelajaran adaptif yang mengedepankan prinsip merdeka belajar memberikan ruang bebas kepada anakiuntuk mengeksplorasi diri dan lingkungan sehingga ABK menjadi semakin berkembang potensinya. Langkah ipebelajaran yang disusun dalam RPP Inklusi disesuaikan dengan tingkat kebutuhan dan karakteristik belajar siswa sehingga mampu menghadirkan proses pembelajaran yang nyaman dan menyenangkan tanpa adanya beban baik untuk guru maupun anak didik. Guru memiliki peran penting dalam pembelajaran adaptif karena harus mampu menyesuaikan semua perangkat pembelajaran baik dari materi/bahan ajar, metode, media/alat yang digunakan serta evaluasi yang dipakai harus sesuai dengan kondisi danikebutuhan anak. Keberhasilanipendidikan inklusifibergantung pada proses pembelajaran yang baik sehingga mampu mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan dan menghasilkan lulusan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Law No. 20 of 2013 concerning the national education system, article 3, requires character building from an early age. Hindu religious education is a subsystem of national education. In addition to encouraging spiritual intelligence, education also strives to produce students who are intellectually and emotionally intelligent. In its implementation, education for children with special needs at SLB Negeri 3 Denpasar is based on the values of Balinese local wisdom. If students can understand, internalise, and apply these values, it is certain that their personalities in both school and non-school settings will prioritise positive aspects rooted in Balinese local wisdom, such as Tri Hita Karana, Tat Twam Asi, and Mayama Braya. Therefore, the implementation of education for children with special needs (ABK) based on these local wisdom values of Bali in schools must be further prioritised to cultivate a generation of young people who are of high quality and noble character.

Abstract

Literasi digital dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas literasi digital dalam pembelajaran agama Hindu di Pasraman Saraswati 2 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di Pasraman 2 Surabaya, melibatkan 3 orang guru tingkat Sekolah Dasar sebagai informan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara yang mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu mellaui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Validitas data diperkuat melalui teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki kompetensi literasi digital yang cukup baik, terlihat dari penggunaan media digital seperti video edukatif, aplikasi interaktif, dan sumber belajar daring. Penggunaan media digital terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi motivasi siswa untuk belajar agama Hindu di Pasraman 2 Surabaya. Penerapan literasi digital masih menghadapi kendala, seperti: keterbatasan perangkat, kesenjangan akses teknologi serta partisipasi siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan dan penyediaan sarana yang memadai untuk mengoptimalkan literasi digital dalam proses belajar mengajar di Pasraman 2 Surabaya.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity (PkM) aims to improve the pedagogical competence of Widyalaya teachers in Badung Regency through understanding and implementing the deep learning approach in the learning process. This activity is motivated by the low level of understanding among Widyalaya teachers regarding the concept of deep learning. The implementation of the activity employs a Service Learning approach combined with Participatory Action Research and Community-Based Research, enabling educational interaction between the service team and teachers as participants.
