Abstract

Introduction to consumer demand for a product is the beginning of the decision-making process. The need to communicate is a very important thing in human life. With respect to the existence of diverse consumers and their behavior then the management should really responsive to observations of what is wanted. In connection with the research done on the title : The Effect of Social Factors, Personal Factors, Psychological Factors, Cultural Factors Against Three Card Purchase Decision In Singaraja City, based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis was done in this study, obtained the following regression equation: Y = 6.604 + 0.254X1 + 0.494X2 - 0.298X3 + 0.526X4. The results obtained by the analysis of social factors that variable (X1) has a regression coefficient of 0.254 (is positive) to the purchasing decision (Y) and t value of 1.116 with a significance level of 0.275 (> 0.05). This means that social factors (X1) has no significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). Thus Hypothesis This means that Ho accepted and Ha is rejected, the analysis results obtained that individual factor variables (X2) has a regression coefficient of 0.494 (is positive) to the purchasing decision (Y) and t value of 3.149 with a significance level of 0.004 (> 0.05 ). This means that individual factors (X2) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). Thus the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, results obtained by analysis of the psychological factors that variable (X3) has a regression coefficient of 0.298 (negative sign) to the purchasing decision (Y) and t value of -0.781 with a significance level of 0.442 (> 0.05). This means that the psychological factor (X3) does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). Thus Hypothesis This means that Ho accepted and Ha is rejected, results obtained by analysis of the cultural factors that variable (X4) has a regression coefficient of 0.526 (is positive) to the purchasing decision (Y) and t value of 1.604 with a significance level of 0.121 (> 0.05 ). This means that cultural factors (X4) does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). Thus Hypothesis this means that : Ho accepted and Ha is rejected, adjusted R-square value obtained for 0.480 or 48.0%. Than customer satisfaction (Y) can be explained by the variable quality of service (X1), product (X2), promotion (X3), while 52.0% can be explained by factors-factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

CV. Satria Putra Jaya is a company plant Drinking Water (bottled water). In conducting its business, the marketing strategy is a process that plays an important role against companies that market goods and services to consumers because every company has an equal chance in producing goods or services, so it can only be competition between companies and competitors in the market to seize, in addition to marketing strategy the role of existing employees also affect the increase in sales volume. Results of the analysis of internal factors is the main force that the company uses its own capital (a score of 0.340). The Company has no burden to return the money to the Bank. While the main weaknesses in internal factors, namely the lack of education and training for employees (score 0.151). Total score of 2,640 IFE matrix shows that the company is currently in a state of being. The result of external factors which are the main opportunities CV. Satria Putra Jaya namely the cooperation join label logo on the packaging for the hotel, restaurant and cafe (score 0.396). While the main threats that arise for the company which is the number of new competitors entering the drinking water industry (score 0.163). Total score of 2,576 EFE matrix shows that the condition of the company is currently in a state of moderate/average. Both results IFE and EFE matrix when inserted into the matrix of IE then conditions the company is currently in a quadrant V, which means the conditions to keep and maintain. Alternative strategies derived from the SWOT matrix, namely, 1) Utilizing a strategic location in order to attract potential customers, 2) Maintaining price and improve product quality, 3) Improve the quality of human resources, 4) Adding a branch and distribution network to increase sales volume, 5) Increases vehicle distribution to increase the coverage and seeking greater market share by penetrating the market

Abstract

Abstract As the foundation of economic and micro enterprises, traditional markets are increasingly replaced by modern market that intensively rushed into the countryside. To be competitive, small businesses in the traditional market needs to learn the management of marketing and consumer behavior, in the hope that customers will remain loyal to the product offered. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived value toward customer’s satisfaction and repeat buying intention at the Ubud Traditional Market. The data have been analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the aid of a computer program Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). Sampling was taken by non-probability sampling, especially using the purposive and convenience sampling techniques. The study was conducted in December 2013 up to July 2014 involved for about 152 respondents. The results showed that the influence of perceived value to customer’s satisfaction is positive with a coefficient of 0.382, the effect of perceived value toward customer’s repeat buying intention is also positive with a coefficient of 0.129, and the influence of customer’s satisfaction toward customers repeat buying intention is positive as well, with a coefficient of 0.620. With these results, management was advised to have a better understanding of consumer behavior, customer’s satisfaction, and customer buying intention in traditional market.

Abstract

The management is required to always introspect condition of the company, especially in terms of financialnya, because it holds the key to life and death of the company. The condition that the  company should always be monitored, can be done by analyzing the financial statements themselves, which generally consist of a balance sheet and income statement. Through the analysis of the financial statements can be found successful achievement of achievement demonstrated by the absence of a healthy financial statements, which is the basis of performance appraisal or part of the existing work in the company.Used in this study to analyze the financial statements is Du Pont, aims to determine the state of Indigenous Village Credit Institutions Bangkang Baktiseraga which was done by measuring the financial performance. Analysis of Du Pont is one of the techniques that are thorough financial analysis, management can determine the level of efficiency of capital use. Financial performance results obtained from the calculation of Return on Assets and Return on Equity from year to year decline, but is still in good health as above average standard of Bank Indonesia. Village Credit Institutions should determine the condition of future performance in order to be a better performance than the previous year and the profit achieved will also be maximized. Abstract

Achievement motivation is an encouragement in a person to do a particular task or activity or task as well as possible in order to achieve a commendable achievement with honors. Seeing these indications, the performance of employees in the Motor Car Autotama Karangasem is influenced by several variables. One of them is the achievement motivation, but how much the relationship or the determination of achievement motivation on employee performance Autotama Motor Cars is not certain. Therefore, this study will examine the determination of achievement motivation on employee performance Autotama Car Motor Karangasem Data achievement motivation and performance of employees that have been collected tabulated the mean, median, mode, the range, scale and standard deviation of data concerning achievement motivation and performance of employees. Statistical analysis was used to test the hypothesis with a simple linear regression. The stages of the analysis conducted in this study is a description of the data. Qualification data description achievement motivation and performance of employees, also using univariant analysis. This analysis is based on the average score of the ideal (Mi) and the ideal standard deviation (SDi). As well as this analysis also includes testing requirements analysis and hypothesis testing. The analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between the Achievement Motivation Employee Performance through the equation of the line y = -36.800 + 0.632 X with Freg = 43.015 (p <0.05). In the present study found a significant correlation between the achievement motivation employee performance at 0.691 with p <0.05. This means that the better the achievement motivation of employees, the better the performance of the employee. Achievement motivation variables could explain the higher performance of employees amounted to 47.8%. These findings indicate that achievement motivation has an important role in improving employee performance. Normatively found that achievement motivation as very good in the category means an employee has shown excellent achievement motivation in carrying out his job. From the correlation analysis it is evident that significant determination between the achievement motivation employee performance. It needs to be maintained to keep employees comfortable and satisfied in performing everyday tasks so that corporate objectives will be achieved.Key Words: achievement motivation, employee performance, Autotama Motor Cars, corporate objective

Abstract

Making a website so far only focused on the system, the look and content of the website content is presented regardless of the website user satisfaction, this study aims to determine the level of user satisfaction grab website. WebQual research method using 4.0 as well as the scale linkert as the study interval. WebQual is one method or technique of measuring the quality of a website based on the perception of the end user. 4.0 WebQual method is based on three dimensions of usability, information quality dimensions and dimensional quality of the interaction. In the analysis process used tranches sample of respondents to 120 people from among the people who use the website grab. The study used a questionnaire directly in tertuls verbally and directly collected and processed data. The next stage is the analysis of data consisting of validity, reliability and judgment with linkert scale. On the validity of the test using the formula Pearson Bevariate while reliability test using Cronbach's alpha formula. In the assessment using the scale linkert with 4 scale interval. Based on the research results obtained have an average total satisfaction very high value on the quality of the website grab the results in each of these dimensions WebQual method wherein the usability dimension produces an average score of 3.34, the dimensions of information quality and interaction quality 3,58 3, 45, in other words in the Likert scale interva include very satisfied. This study is useful as information as information to the grab to improve the quality of website services on an ongoing basis to improve user satisfaction grab website.

Abstract

This study took the object of tourism employees at Grandmas Airport. The findings are that it is difficult for companies to innovate when hotel operations are running in a COVID-19 pandemic. The leadership factor (leadership style) is a type of leadership that needs to be improved, which affects leadership competence is the education factor that has not been evenly distributed so that it hinders organizational innovation considering that there are still many fresh graduates. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and leadership competence in building organizational innovation in the COVID-19 pandemic situation. 19 at Grandmas Plus Hotel Airport. This study uses a quantitative method with a total population of all hotel employees with a sample of 35 employees determined by the saturated sampling method or census. Sources of research data from monthly reports and data collection techniques by observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. For technical analysis using multiple linear regression in accordance with the steps of Sugiyono, 2015: 348 with SPSS windows version 25 application tools. Meanwhile for instrument testing using validity and reliability tests, as well as hypothesis testing using f test and t test. The results of this study are the transformational leadership variable has a positive relationship on organizational innovation, the leadership competence variable has a positive relationship on organizational innovation and the transformational leadership variable and leadership competence have a simultaneous effect on organizational innovation with a significant value.

Abstract

This study aims to describe critically about University management, higher education quality and good university governance in Mahendradatta University-Bali in order to find answers to the problems concerning: (1) How is the description of Mahendradatta University-Bali? (2) How are the efforts implemented in order to improve the higher education quality? (3) What are the principles of Good University Governance for improving the quality of education? (4) What are the barriers and challenges of Mahendradatta University-Bali in order to improve the quality of education? This research is a field research and using a qualitative approach, with the object of research in Mahendradatta University-Bali. Data collecting in this study was conducted through interview, observation, and documentation studies while the validity test of the data is using triangulation sources. The results showed that the University management, in the control of institution governance, refers to the management functions of planning, organizing, and monitoring as well as the principles of good university governance that include: (1) Transparency; (2) Accountability; (3) Responsibility; (4) Independency; and (5) Justice. In general, the implementation of University management has been accomplished in accordance with the rules set by the University. The successes that have been achieved by Mahendradatta University-Bali in the efforts of developing higher education quality as well as the implementation principles of University management are these following: (1)The implementation of the three duties of higher education; (2) Creating an effective good management; (3) Upgrading the competence of lecturers; (4) Improving the quality of learning; (5) Increasing the academic atmosphere; and (6) Embodiment of academic purposes. There are also sever all factors inhibiting Mahendradatta University-Bali in the implementation. These are internal and external barriers.

Abstract

Penumbuhan karakter di perguruan tinggi sangat perlu dilakukan, karena perguruan tinggi mampu menjadi wahana yang strategis dan fleksibel yang memungkinkan semua mahasiswa dengan latar belakang sosial budaya ekonomi yang beragam, bisa dilatih untuk saling beradaptasi dan berinteraksi sesama sehingga terbentuk karakter yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai karakter apa saja yang ingin ditumbuhkan pada mahasiswa; (2) Untuk menjelaskan cara mengimplementasikan pendidikan untuk menumbuhkan nilai-nilai karakter tersebut pada mahasiswa di Universitas Mahendradatta - Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan uji kredibilitas, dependabilitas, transferabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Tahap penelitian lapangan dilakukan dengan tahap pra lapangan, di lapangan, analisis data, dan penyusunan laporan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Nilai-nilai yang ditumbuhkan pada mahasiswa di Universitas Mahendradatta – Bali, yaitu Tri Kaya Parisudha yang merupakan nilai-nilai karakter dari kearifan lokal dengan mengutamakan aspek religiusnya. (2) Cara mengimplementasikan pendidikan dengan menumbuhkan nilai-nilai karakter tersebut pada mahasiswa, yaitu dengan: (a) Sosialisasi baik dari pihak yayasan, universitas, fakultas, program studi dan para dosen; (b) Keteladanan yang dicontohkan oleh pimpinan yayasan, pimpinan perguruan tinggi, dosen, staf, dan pemberian penghargaan bagi dosen dan mahasiswa berprestasi; (3) Pembiasaan yang dijadikan kegiatan kampus, seperti menyelaraskan berpikir yang benar, berkata yang benar, dan berbuat yang benar guna mewujudkan pribadi yang santun, cerdas, dan berkarakter mulia berdasarkan dharma.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of public library service management at the Tabanan Regency Library and Archives Service. This research is qualitative research. The results showed that the implementation of library service management at the Tabanan Regency Library and Archives Service had been implemented but was not optimal because there were still problems in its implementation. Planning (planning) at the Tabanan Regency Library and Archives Service has been carried out properly through the implementation of technical guidance for employees. Organizing, the availability of facilities and infrastructure resources at the Tabanan Regency Library and Archives Service still does not meet the needs of all levels of society in general. The actuating has been carried out but is not optimal due to inadequate human resources, limited funds owned by the Tabanan Regency Library and Archives Service in implementing the program, the lack of a collection of reading books owned by the Tabanan Regency Library and Archives Service. Supervision (controlling) shows that supervision has been carried out through regular meetings, tiered supervision, supervision of employee discipline but has not been optimal because the government's attention is still low on the development of public library functions.
