Abstract

In developing a business, an inventory management process is needed. Inventory management is the activity of managing inventory items, so that the transaction process in a business remains stable. Safety stock and minimum stock are some examples of methods commonly used for inventory management activities. This method is then applied to a jewelry buying and selling information system, which can calculate the safety stock and minimum stock values for Mutiara Lombok Sirasaga MSMEs. This research aims to digitize the transaction process at Mutiara Lombok Sirasaga MSMEs, as well as helping business owners to know what safe supplies they need to have. The result of this research is a buying and selling information system, which can calculate the safety stock value and minimum stock value for each product. The safety stock and minimum stock values can be used as a reference to simplify the product reorder planning process.

Abstract

The development of computer network technology has significantly impacted global connectivity and technological innovation. Computer networks, which enable the seamless integration and expansion of network capabilities, have revolutionized communication, information access, and business operations. SMA Labschool Unesa 1, a digital-based school, requires robust network management to support its education delivery system. Government regulations also mandate the presence of a computer lab in educational institutions to support the learning process. Therefore, the research aims to analyze and design a computer network architecture using the PPDIOO model on Cisco Packet Tracer for implementation at SMA Labschool Unesa 1. As a result, the analysis of network design and management in this school has been done quite well. The use of the Cisco Packet Tracer application can create a good network design and successfully connect all network devices with ping testing that has been done. As well as for better network management, after being implemented in reality it is also necessary to optimize periodically.

Abstract

The utilization of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, especially in remote areas, is still relatively low, even though the technology is required to implement smart farming or smart villages, which aims to improve the quality of life of people in rural areas. The high investment cost for IoT networks that still use cellular networks or Wi-Fi is one of the causes of the slow implementation of this technology. Our previous research has developed an alternative network for IoT devices in remote areas with the concept of a Tandem Multihop Wireless Network focusing on developing simple message scheduling. This research focuses on implementing ad-hoc routing protocols in tandem with multi-hop wireless to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the protocol. Each sensor periodically sends data to the monitoring server via IoT devices on each tower. The scenario was implemented using MININET-WIFI. Evaluations were carried out to determine delivery probability, latency average, and jitter. In general, the two Ad-Hoc protocols tested, namely OLSR and BATMAN, had the same performance when the data sent was 1 MB, but when the data size was increased to 2 MB, the OLSR routing protocol on several nodes had better performance than BATMAN.

Abstract

Dalam kampanye IPO perusahaan e-commerce di Indonesia yang trending pada Twitter terdapat dugaan keterlibatan buzzer dalam penyebaran konten yang terfabrikasi. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dikaji pola dari akun-akun yang terlibat dalam penyebarluasan. Penelitian ini akan mengembangkan sebuah pengklasifikasi buzzer berdasarkan pola dan karakteristik yang didapatkan dari akun-akun tersebut. Pengklasifikasi buzzer akan memiliki empat atribut: jumlah following, jumlah follower, nilai sentimen dari tweets terbaru, dan usia akun. Data akan diproses dan dibersihkan sebelum melakukan analisis sentimen untuk memberikan bobot pada data. Kemudian data dilabeli sesuai dengan karakteristik yang telah ditentukan. Algoritma Naive Bayes varian Gaussian akan digunakan untuk melakukan klasifikasi akun buzzer dan non-buzzer. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan performa model klasifikasi akun buzzer yang memiliki nilai akurasi sebesar 80%.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi era transformasi digital yang terus berkembang, peran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam mendukung kegiatan akademis semakin menjadi fokus utama. Implementasi Cisco Packet Tracer di Laboratorium Fakultas Teknik UPN Veteran Jawa Timur menjadi langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, keamanan, dan fungsionalitas jaringan komputer. Penelitian ini mencoba menjawab dua pertanyaan utama: bagaimana konsep jaringan di Laboratorium Fakultas Teknik UPN Veteran Jawa Timur, dan bagaimana menerapkan desain manajemen jaringan menggunakan Cisco Packet Tracer. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konsep jaringan di laboratorium, merancang jaringan menggunakan Cisco Packet Tracer, simulasi jaringan, memahami konfigurasi perangkat jaringan, dan mengembangkan keterampilan dalam mengkonfigurasi serta menguji koneksi antar perangkat. Dengan menggunakan teknik Variable Length Subnet Masking (VLSM) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan alamat IP. Prosedur PPDIOO (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize) juga diterapkan untuk memastikan bahwa desain jaringan komputer yang dibuat memenuhi standar dan dapat diterapkan dengan baik. Langkah-langkah ini tidak hanya menyelesaikan masalah saat ini tetapi juga menyiapkan jaringan untuk tuntutan masa depan. Evaluasi berkala, pemeliharaan rutin, dan partisipasi aktif pengguna menjadi kunci keberhasilan implementasi.

Abstract

Companies worldwide have witnessed an extraordinary data revolution. Big data and data analytics have become highly valuable assets for companies, playing a crucial role in decision-making, business strategies, and competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market. This phenomenon creates a new paradigm that can transform how companies operate and interact with their customers. The objective of this research is to understand the importance of using big data and data analytics in a company. This study includes a comprehensive literature analysis and combines empirical findings from various previous studies. The method used in this research is a literature review approach. This journal is compiled based on the analysis of research findings sourced from various journals accessed through the Google Scholar database. The research results indicate that big data and data analytics have become essential elements in modern companies, helping them make more accurate decisions, improve operational efficiency, and achieve competitive advantages. However, companies must also pay attention to data privacy and security issues to ensure that their use of Big Data complies with applicable regulations.

Abstract

In the modern era, various washing services, especially motorbike, car, clothes and shoe washing services, are growing very rapidly. Unfortunately, various wash services, especially motorbike, car, clothes and shoe washing services, are currently still quite ineffective. The aim of this research is to design a various wash services application that produces good usability on an Android-based mobile platform. This research will discuss mobile application interface design using the design thinking method. This method focuses on human interests as users bringing new innovations. The design evaluation stage will be carried out based on recommendations from ISO 9241-11 in measurements. The results of the test after producing the final value from two iterations on twenty washing service providers produced an effectiveness value of 97.25%, efficiency 97.59%, and ten users (buyers) produced an effectiveness value of 97.5%, efficiency 94.14 %, then the aspect of the thirty respondents produced a Satisfaction (SUS) value of 82.83, where the usability results were categorized as good or good

Abstract

Presensi adalah cara untuk mencatat kehadiran seseorang dalam sebuah kegiatan atau acara. Presensi sangat penting dan berguna di dunia pekerjaan. Perusahaan X, sebuah lembaga pendidikan dan kursus yang berlokasi di Kalimantan Selatan, masih menggunakan proses pencatatan kehadiran yang tidak akurat. Saat ini, Perusahaan X telah menggunakan sebuah website dan memanfaatkan foto selfie untuk mencatat kehadiran pegawai mereka. Namun, sistem tersebut mempunyai beberapa kekurangan seperti pegawai bisa melakukan presensi diluar kantor, karena sistem tersebut belum menerapkan geo lokasi sebagai validasi presensi, kemudian pegawai bisa melakukan presensi dengan foto yang tidak sesuai, karena sistem tersebut belum menerapkan fitur validasi gambar seperti pengenalan wajah, sehingga supervisor harus selalu memeriksa foto presensi pegawai satu per satu, hal ini rentan terhadap kesalahan karena dilakukan secara manual. Peneliti berencana untuk membuat aplikasi android sebagai alat untuk melakukan presensi. Adapun metode peneletian yaitu menggunakan metode scrum. Diharapkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi presensi yang diusulkan, akan mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Perusahaan X dalam manajemen kehadiran pegawai.

Abstract

Innovations in education and learning today are followed by advances in technology. The increasing use of online information technology has encouraged educational institutions to invest in new learning technologies such as E-Learning. E-Learning is teaching and learning that is supported and developed through technology and digital media, and is also a form of the concept of distance learning or distance learning. By understanding what they are complaining about, researchers as product designers can empathize with them, so that they can define their problems perfectly, create brilliant ideas, design solutions based on ideas, and try the results of these designs on target users. Therefore, researchers learn that empathy is the key to the success of a product because in the end, the product will be used by the users that the designer has expected.

Abstract

Air merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi manusia, tetapi hingga tahun 2024 belum ada aplikasi yang memfasilitasi pembelian air galon secara online tanpa harus ke depot. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi rancangan desain antarmuka Marketplace Refill My Water yang telah dibuat. Evaluasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Pengujian dilakukan sebanyak dua kali pada pada penelitian ini. Hasil evaluasi tahap pertama menunjukkan nilai 69 untuk pengguna pembeli dan 67,5 untuk pengguna penjual, namun ditemukan kebutuhan akan evaluasi dan perbaikan lebih lanjut. Setelah redesain, evaluasi tahap kedua menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, dengan nilai SUS mencapai 91,5 untuk pembeli dan 90 untuk penjual, meningkat sebesar 22,5% dari tahap sebelumnya. Evaluasi menyatakan kegunaan yang sangat baik, memenuhi kebutuhan para pembeli dan penjual secara efektif
