Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of principal leadership in improving teacher performance and see the development of teacher discipline habits in carrying out their duties, especially through exemplary discipline and performance guided by the principal and positive habits built in the daily lives of teachers, and to identify challenges faced in its implementation in school activities. The research method used is a qualitative method. Qualitative methods are a research methodology that aims to collect and summarize research results obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, and analyze interview results with previous research. The results of the study indicate that the role of principal leadership is able to improve teacher performance in schools and has a significant impact on forming good performance and discipline that can bring changes to school progress, such as honesty, discipline, and responsibility. In conclusion, the role of principal leadership has a very significant influence on efforts to improve teacher performance in schools through targeted methods and rules.

Abstract

Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic disease that causes pain, stiffness, swelling and limitation of motion. It is thought to be caused by autoimmune and infection factors. In Indonesia the number of people with Rheumatoid arthritis in 2011 is estimated to reach 29.35% prevalence, in 2012 the prevalence of 39.47%, and the year 2013 prevalence of 45.59% and in 2014 Prevalence of Rheumatoid arthritis in West Java of 41.7 %. finger hold technique is one of relaxation techniques with fingers and energy flow in the body to reduce pain in Rheumatoid Arthritis. This research has a purpose to know Effect of Hand Finger Relaxation Against Pain Intensity In Elderly With Rheumatoid Arthritis in Social Institution Tresna Werdha Budi Pertiwi Bandung Year 2018. The design of this research is quasi experiment with one group pre-post test design. The population in this study were all elderly people who were diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis with 14 people. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample is 12 people. In the data collection using interview technique and observation observation. The analysis of this research is univariate and bivariate analysis. univariate looking for the mean size. Bivariate using parametric test that is T-dependent test. The median results of pain before therapy was 4.58 and after therapy 2.25. Statistical test results obtained p value value is 0.001, p value <alpha (0,05). It is recommended that nurses can perform a combination of hand-held relaxation therapy with other drugs, aimed at reducing pain intensity in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis. The results of this study Ha accepted or there is influence of hand-held relaxation therapy to the intensity of pain Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari permainan tradisional egrang bambu terhadap kemampuan keseimbangan motorik siswa kelas V SDN 068474 Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif (Eksperimen) yaitu desain One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V yang ada di SDN 068474 Medan yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur keseimbangan motorik adalah tes berdiri dengan satu kaki menggunakan gaya kapal terbang yang dinilai berdasarkan durasi waktu dalam satuan detik. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Untuk statistik inferensial dilakukan uji normalitas dengan uji paired sample t-test untuk menguji normalitas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi. Hasil pretest menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa berada pada kategori sedang hingga kurang dalam hal kemampuan keseimbangan motorik. Setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa permainan tradisional egrang bambu selama empat kali pertemuan, terjadi peningkatan nilai posttest secara signifikan. Nilai rata-rata meningkat dari 22,58 pada saat pretest menjadi 31,96 pada saat posttest. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima. Artinya, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari permainan tradisional egrang bambu terhadap peningkatan kemampuan keseimbangan motorik siswa. Dengan demikian, permainan tradisional egrang bambu dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan motorik khususnya keseimbangan pada anak sekolah dasar

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in the subject of Pancasila Education. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of folklore-based animation videos on the learning outcomes of Pancasila education on the material of Pancasila values in the daily life of grade V of SD Negeri 1 Matang Seulimeng Langsa. The research was carried out using a type of quantitative research and experimental method. The research population is all grade V students of SD Negeri 1 Matang Seulimeng totaling 60 students. Using the Purposive Sampling technique, the students of the VB (Experiment) class amounted to 33 students and the VA (Control) class amounted to 27 students. The results of the normality test showed that the Pretest value of the experimental class obtained a significance value (Sig) of 0.062 > 0.05 and the Pretest value of the control class of 0.448 > 0.05. And for the Posttest value, the experimental class had a Sig value of 0.079 > 0.05 and the postest control class 0.178 > 0.05. It is stated that both groups are normally distributed. In the homogeneity test for the control class with a significance value of 0.818 > 0.05 and for the experimental class 0.213 > 0.05. It is stated that the pretest and post test data have the same variant. The hypothesis test was carried out using the paired sample t test. The results of the t calculation of the > t table were obtained which were 9,429 > 2,036, which means that there was an influence of folklore-based animation videos on the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education students in grade V of SDN 1 Matang Seulimeng Langsa.

Abstract

Abstract: This community service activity aims to improve the competence of Elementary School teachers in compiling Smart Technology-based Pancasila Education assessment instruments. The main problems faced are the low quality of assessment instruments and the minimal use of technology in the learning evaluation process. This activity was carried out in the Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) of SDN Deli Tua District involving 30 teachers from various elementary schools in the area. The design of this activity includes four main stages, namely the preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation stages, and follow-up. Teachers are given an understanding of the principles of valid, reliable, and objective assessment, and are trained in the use of various technology applications such as Google Form, Quizizz, Plickers, and Anates. In addition, they also receive guidance in compiling and analyzing digital-based assessment instruments that can be applied in the classroom. The results of the activity show that the results of the activity show that teachers' understanding of the principles of technology-based assessment reaches 90%, with 85% of teachers being able to compile Smart Technology-based instruments and analyze them validly, reliably, and objectively. In addition, teacher readiness in integrating technology in evaluation reached 80%, supported by an increase in self-confidence of 85%, and the results of the instruments created met good quality standards with an achievement of 80%. In conclusion, this assistance has a positive impact on improving teacher competence in compiling and implementing Smart Technology-based assessment instruments, so that it is expected to improve the quality of assessment and the effectiveness of learning in Elementary Schools. Keyword: Assessment Instruments, Smart Technology, Pancasila Education   Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Sekolah Dasar dalam menyusun instrumen penilaian Pendidikan Pancasila berbasis Smart Technology. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya kualitas instrumen penilaian serta minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam evaluasi pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) SDN Kecamatan Deli Tua dengan melibatkan 30 guru dari berbagai sekolah dasar di wilayah tersebut. Rancangan kegiatan terdiri dari empat tahapan utama, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi, serta tindak lanjut. Guru diberikan pemahaman mengenai prinsip penilaian yang valid, reliabel, dan objektif, serta dilatih menggunakan aplikasi teknologi seperti Google Form, Quizizz, Plickers, dan Anates. Selain itu, mereka juga mendapatkan bimbingan dalam menyusun dan menganalisis instrumen penilaian berbasis digital yang dapat diterapkan di kelas.Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman guru terhadap prinsip penilaian berbasis teknologi mencapai 90%, dengan 85% guru mampu menyusun dan menganalisis instrumen berbasis Smart Technology. Kesiapan guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam evaluasi mencapai 80%, didukung oleh peningkatan kepercayaan diri sebesar 85%, serta kualitas instrumen yang dibuat mencapai 80%. Kesimpulannya, pendampingan ini berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas asesmen dan efektivitas pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Abstract

Basic movement skills are essential for elementary school students as they form the foundation for physical development and mastery of various physical activities. However, based on observations at SDN 105388 Kuala Bali, fourth- grade students' basic movement skills are still relatively low, particularly in running ability, motor coordination, and accuracy in passing the baton in relay races. Therefore, effective and enjoyable learning methods are needed to improve these skills. This study aims to determine the effect of relay races on the basic movement skills of fourth-grade students at SDN 105388 Kuala Bali. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental method using a One Group Pretest–Posttest design. The study sample consisted of 18 students selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through a basic movement skills test covering both process and outcome aspects, as well as a running test based on the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI). Data analysis was performed using a t-test. The results showed an improvement in students' basic movement skills after being exposed to relay races. Therefore, it can be concluded that relay races have a significant effect on improving fourth-grade students' basic movement skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Peningkatan pengaruh aktivitas fisik permainan tradisional lompat tali terhadap kemampuan motorik kasar ada peserta didik kelas IV SDN 056006 Pematang Buluh TA. 2024/2025. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan jenis Pre-Eksperimental Designs dan menggunakan desain penelitian One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design pada desain penelitian ini terdapat pretest , sebelum diberi perlakuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas IV di SDN 056006 Pematang Buluh yang berjumlah 23 orang. Seluruh siswa di kelas IV SDN 056006 Pematang Buluh, yaitu 23 orang peserta didik, termasuk dalam sampel penelitian ini. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu nonprobability sampling, yaitu Teknik sampel total. Hasil pretest menunjukkan 52,2% peserta didik memiliki kemampuan motorik kasar yang kurang baik. Hasil posttest menunjukkan 78,3% peserta didik memiliki kemampuan motorik kasar yang baik. Hal ini berarti kemampuan motorik kasar di kelas IV SDN 056006 Pematang Buluh meningkat 30,5% setelah mendapatkan perlakuan berupa aktivitas fisik. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai p<0,001 jauh lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi umum 0,05, maka H 0 ditolak dan H diterima . Sehingga dapat disimpulkan permainan lompat tali tradisional secara signifikan terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar peserta didik kelas IV SDN 056006 Pematang Buluh TA 2024/2025.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the Make A Match learning model assisted by KaJeGa media (Kartu Jelajah Gaya) on the science learning outcomes of fourth-grade students on the topic Force in Everyday Life. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population consisted of all fourth-grade students at UPT SDN 066053 Medan in the 2025/2026 academic year, totaling 37 students. The sampling technique used was total sampling, with class IV B as the experimental group and class IV A as the control group. Data were collected through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The research instrument was a multiple-choice test that had been validated and tested for reliability. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics through the Independent Samples t-Test with the assistance of SPSS software. The results showed that the average pretest score in the experimental class increased from 51.58 to 81.32 in the posttest, while the control class increased from 44.17 to 73.17. The hypothesis testing results indicated a significance value of 0.014 < 0.05, which means there is a significant effect of the Make A Match learning model assisted by KaJeGa media on students’ science learning outcomes. Therefore, the Make A Match learning model assisted by KaJeGa media is effective in improving students’ learning outcomes on the topic of force.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Gorga motif card media on students’ ability to calculate place value in grade II of SD Negeri 060910 Medan. This research used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 56 students divided into experimental and control classes. Data were collected using tests and analyzed with an independent sample t-test. The results showed a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.016 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect of the use of Gorga motif card media on students’ ability to calculate place value. In addition, the use of culture-based media makes learning more meaningful and improves students’ understanding. Thus, the Gorga motif card media is effective in improving mathematics learning outcomes.
