Abstract

LPD is a financial institution belonging to the Traditional Village which is domiciled in the authority of the Traditional Village. Furthermore, the following issues will be discussed: (1)How is the Regulation of Village Credit Institutions as Traditional Village Financial Institutions in Bali, (2)How is the Existence of Village Credit Institutions Against Mortgage Guaranteed Objects Located Outside the Traditional Village. The research method is normative and the type of approach This problem consists of a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The sources of legal materials used are primary legal materials in the form of laws and regulations. Legal Materials Collection Techniques through documentation study techniques and literature studies. peeling of lawful Materials through depiction, interpretation and argument techniques. A conclusion thesis is valid according to the rules of Article 5 paragraph (1) Governor Regulation No. 44 of 2017 and Law Number 4 of 1996 provide for validity of the LPD's execution which gives the authority to the first party to keep an auction so that it carries the purpose of pawn on its own strength.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The government is very focused on dealing with this virus. In order to eradicate the spread of this virus, the Government issued Presidential Decree No. 7 of 2020 concerning the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling CoronaVirus Disease 2019 (Covid 19). PT Tatamulia Nusantara Indah is one of the largest contractor companies in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the implementation and understand what factors are the obstacles and efforts to overcome them in implementing the decision of the President of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the assistance of the Covid 19 task force at the Contracting Company PT Tatamulia Nusantara Indah Bali Branch. This research is empirical legal research. Where the results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Presidential Decree on the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling Covid 19 and the obstacles faced and countermeasures in implementing the Presidential Decree at PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah Bali branch so that it can be carried out as expected.

Abstract

The development of business in the community requires the entity of a business entity to ensure legal certainty in doing business. One entity that is always in demand by the public is a limited partnership or commanditaire vennootschap (CV). Limited partnership is a business entity that requires a bank financial institution to conduct transactions in the financial sector. In a limited partnership, two actions will be taken, namely the freezing of the limited partnership or the dissolution of the limited partnership if it does not achieve the goals and objectives or does not achieve profits. In the description above, there isalso the formulation of the problem (1) How is the arrangement of limited partnership dissolved in relation to banking activities? (2) What are the legal consequences of the disbanded limited partnership on banking activities in relation to third parties? This research uses normative research methods based on expert opinion, literature and legislation. The author has analyzed a court decision where the limited partnership which has been dissolved but still has problems with the banking sector that must be resolved and the case contains elements of ne bis in idem so that the court's decision does not accept the lawsuit.

Abstract

The development of period advanced brings a variety of implications, both constructive and destructive. Cybercrime often takes the form of online sexual orientation-based violence, namely sexual crimes with the threat of spreading pornographic content. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1) Regulation of sex offenders in Indonesian positive law 2) Criminal sanctions against sex offenders, this research uses normative legal research. The legal regulation of sexortion cases in Indonesia can be viewed from the provisions contained in the Criminal Code as lex generalis as well as provisions outside the Criminal Code. In September 2019, a video titled "Vina Garut" went viral on social media. A video of trio sexual intercourse (sexual intercourse performed by three people simultaneously) with V as one of the actors in it surfaced on social media. R - V's husband, who claimed to have separated from V, forced V to have sexual intercourse, R also recorded the sexual intercourse and sold it on Twitter. V, R and another actor, WW, were questioned by Garut Police.
