Abstract

Scheduling of emergency room is quite a complicated issue for each hospital, including the RSUD Kota Semarang. Many methods can be used in the scheduling of nurses, including the Linear Goal Programming (LGP). The purpose of this study was to determine the form of the LGP model and comparison between manual scheduling and LGP model. The method used in this study is by changing the scheduling rules into a form of LGP models, then the model is solved with LINGO 14. In this model, the hospital rules should not be violated is called major constraints, while the rules may be violated at any time is called additional constraints. Additional constraints is a policy made by the head nurse to schedule in accordance with the conditions and needs of nurses. In this study there are 7 major constraints and 5 additional constraints. Based on calculations, obtained the nurse schedule for 31, 30, 29, and 28 days. From the analysis, LGP schedule for 31 days, 30 days, 29 days, and 28 days to meet all of the major constraints and additional constraints. While in manual schedule, the main constraints are met as much as 5 constraints. Then for the additional constraints are not met for all. From the analysis, LGP models can also be applied to the scheduling of nurses in the other room.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to design and implement mobile learning applications based on Android at SMAN 5 Semarang. Applications developed using prototype method, the process of software development activities include the design needs analysis, implementation, and testing. Applications created with features that include viewing the content, news, download materials, assignments, and grades. Testing was conducted using Blackbox test and testing by the user. The final results reveal that the application can be implemented properly in android device with type mobile phones and tablets that have a version of 2.3 Gingerbread to 4.3 Jelly Bean with a variety of screen sizes

Abstract

This study examines an optimum solution to the search of Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP). The purpose of this paper is finding the shortest route at PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Semarang on condition that every town is just visited once, except for the beginning address. Branch and bound algorithm dan genetic algorithm, is proposed to solve optimization problems with using Matlab software. Measurement of the effectiveness of the work system is done by comparing the calculation results between the branch and bound algorithm and genetic algorithm which is the best modification. Population size, pc, pm, and the number of generations are used as modifications. The results showed that the length of the resulting circuit using genetic algorithm is smaller than the length of using circuit branch and bound algorithm. This shows that genetic algorithm is more effective in determining the shortest circuit for delivery of goods in PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Semarang

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to determine (1) the application of the intersection graph using Welsh-Powell algorithm for optimizing traffic light setting and (2) simulating traffic light settings using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. The method used includes several stages, namely data collection, processing and analysis of data, the manufacturing simulation, and conclusion. From the results of the analysis showed that the results of the calculation for the Jerakah intersection no more effective than primary data due at the intersection of the most effective own calculations have been made by DISHUBKOMINFO of Semarang and intersection calculations for STIKES Tlogorejo produce better effectiveness of primary data so that the calculations have been made suitable to be applied to the intersection. Making the simulation to present the case of setting the traffic light at the Jerakah intersection and at the STIKES Tlogorejo intersection in visual form so that the resolution of the easier and shorter, because the duration of the simulation can include a red light, yellow light, and green light by random

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang sangat pesat terutama teknologi mobile, sudah memaksa segala bidang untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi yang sudah ada. Salah satunya adalah bidang pendidikan. Labschool Universitas Negeri Semarang telah menerapkan teknologi informasi pada sistem pembelajarannya. Teknologi informasi yang telah dikembangkan adalah SIAKAL (Sistem Informasi Akademik Labschool). Masalah selanjutnya adalah ketika perkembangan teknologi mobile sudah jauh berkembang menjadikan SIAKAL susah untuk dibuka dengan perangkat mobile, karena tampilan masih belum responsive. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan merancang dan membangun aplikasi mobile sistem informasi akademik Labschool berbasis android. Aplikasi dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode waterfall, dengan proses analisa sistem, desain sistem, pembuatan sistem, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan dengan metode Blackbox dan pengujian oleh user. Hasil akhir penelitian diketahui bahwa aplikasi dapat terimplementasi dengan baik pada perangkat android dengan versi 4.2 Jelly Bean sampai 4.4 Kitkat yang memiliki ukuran layar yang berbeda.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan hasil ramalan inflasi enam bulan berikutnya yaitu bulan Oktober 2016, November 2016, Desember 2016, Januari 2017, Februari 2017 dan Maret 2017 menggunakan metode Autoregressive (AR), Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan (JST) Radial Basis Function (RBF) dan hibrid AR-RBF. Selain itu untuk mengetahui metode mana yang lebih akurat untuk peramalan. Metode AR dapat menganalisis masalah bagian linier data. Sedangkan, metode JST RBF dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi data nonlinier. Metode hibrid AR-RBF merupakan penggabungan dua buah metode yaitu AR dan JST RBF. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kajian pustaka. Data yang digunakan yaitu tingkat inflasi Indonesia berdasarkan Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) pada bulan Januari 2003 sampai dengan September 2016. Hasil analisia menunjukkan bahwa hasil JST RBF memiliki hasil yang lebih akurat dari pada AR dan hibrid AR-RBF. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai MAPE JST RBF paling kecil yaitu 7,12199%. Hasil peramalan dengan metode JST RBF secara berturut-turut sebesar 3,0960%; 3,3567%; 3,4304%; 3,5468%; 3,6701% dan 3,8570%. The purpose of this research is to forecast the inflation on October 2016, November 2016, December 2016, January 2017, February 2017 and March 2017 using Autoregressive (AR), Radial Basis Function (RBF) Neural Network (NN) and hybrid AR-RBF. Except that the purpose of this reserach to get accurate method. AR methode can be use to analys problem of linear time series data. On contrasting with AR, RBF-NN method can to predict nonlinear data. While hybrid AR-RBF method is the combination of two method, AR and RBFNN. The research method will be use is examine of books. This method is examined by using the data Inflation of Indonesian according to Consumer Price Index (CPI) on January 2003 until September 2016. The result of analysis indicate that RBF NN model get more accurate result than AR model and hybrid AR-RBF. It is shown that value MAPE of RBF NN method is the smallest percentage with 7,12199%. The result of forecasting with RBFNN method on consistenly 3,0960%; 3,3567%; 3,4304%; 3,5468%; 3,6701% and 3,8570%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi administrasi pengelola iuran bulanan berbasis SMS Gateway yang dapat merekap setiap transaksi iuran bulanan sekolah serta mengirimkan SMS kepada wali murid sebagai bukti pembayaran serta wali murid dapat mengirimkan SMS kepada sistem untuk memeriksa pembayaran iuran bulanan putra/putrinya. Dalam pembuatan sistem informasi administrasi ini menggunakan software Visual Basic .Net dan MySQL sebagai pengolah database. Selain itu, model pengembangan perangkat lunak Prototype juga digunakan untuk mempermudah proses pengembangan aplikasi ini. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh berdasakan observasi lapangan di sekolah MA-Al Ishlah. Data tersebut digunakan untuk membentuk struktur database agar sistem berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Berdasarkan hasil penenlitian, diperoleh sebuah aplikasi yang mampu membantu petugas tata usaha dalam mengelola administrasi keuangan sekolah. Pada program ini petugas tata usaha dapat melakukan pengelolaan transaksi pembayaran, membuat laporan transaksi baik laporan pembayaran maupun laporan tunggakan. The purpose of this research is to create administrative information system management of monthly fee based on SMS Gateway which can reconcile every transaction of monthly fee and send SMS to parents as proof of payment and parents can send SMS to system to check payment of monthly fee of their son/their daughter. To create this administrative information system using Visual Basic.Net software and MySQL as a database processor. In addition, Prototype software development model is also used to simplify the process of developing this application.The data used in this research is obtained based on field observation at MA-Al Ishlah school. The data is used to create the database structure for the system to run properly in accordance with the needs. Based on the results of this research, obtained an application that is able to help administrative officers in managing school financial administration. In this program administrative officers can manage payment transactions, making transaction reports both payment reports and arrears reports.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefisienan teknik reduksi variansi yang diterapkan pada metode simulasi Monte Carlo dalam menentukan harga opsi beli Asia PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. pada saat jatuh tempo 3 bulan menggunakan GUI Matlab. Teknik reduksi variansi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode variabel antithetik. Pada penelitian ini ditentukan parameter-parameter harga saham awal kontrak (S0) sebesar Rp2680, harga eksekusi (K) sebesar Rp2116, tingkat bunga bebas risiko (r) adalah 5%, waktu jatuh tempo (T) selama 3 bulan, volatilitas harga saham ( ) adalah 1,6, dan jumlah simulasi sebanyak 10.000 kali. Dari parameter-parameter tersebut kemudian diperoleh harga opsi beli Asia sebesar Rp766,7 dengan standar eror 6,2952. Harga opsi beli Asia tersebut diperoleh setelah diasumsikan konvergen pada periode waktu harga saham ke-500, sedangkan standar eror-nya diperoleh setelah direduksi rata-rata sebesar 45,8%. Implikasi bagi investor dan pelaku di pasar modal adalah apabila investor ingin melakukan investasi pada opsi Asia, maka dalam memprediksi harga opsi belinya dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan program aplikasi GUI Matlab dari penelitian ini

Abstract

Recursif Best First Search (RBFS) adalah algoritma linear space yang memperluas titik pencarian dalam terbaik pertama bahkan dengan fungsi biaya nonmonotonic, dan menghasilkan lebih sedikit titik dari Best first Search dengan fungsi biaya monoton. Algoritma Rekursif Best First Search dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan Traveling Salesman Problem. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah memahami cara pembuatan program algoritma Recursive Best First Search dalam penyelesaian Traveling Salesman Problem di PT. Bintang Service Management menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor. Berdasarkan program tersebut diperoleh hasil peta rute terpendek yang merupakan sikel Hamilton dengan bobot terkecil yaitu 61,95 km, sementara sikel Hamilton lain dengan bobot terbesar yang mungkin dilewati yaitu 81,75 km, sehingga lebih efektif dalam jarak sejauh 19,8 km dan lebih efisien dalam waktu perjalanan. Hasil perhitungan program tersebut dapat digunakan untuk memberikan alternatif solusi pihak pengambil keputusan PT. Bintang Service Management untuk memperoleh rute terpendek yang akan dilalui sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

With the most recent advances in technology, computer programming has reached the capabilities of human brain to decide things for almost all healthcare systems. The implementation of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) is expected to improve the accurateness of breast cancer detection. The aims of this research were to; i) determine the stages of CNN-XGBoost integration in diagnosis of breast cancer and ii) calculate the accuracy of the CNN-XGBoost integration in breast cancer detection. By combining transfer learning and data augmentation, CNN with XGBoost as a classifier was used. After acquiring accuracy results through transfer learning, this reasearch connects the final layer to the XGBoost classifier. Furthermore, the interface design for the evaluation process was established using the Python programming language and the Django platform. The results: i) the stages of CNN-XGBoost integration on histopathology images for breast cancer detection were discovered. ii) Achieved a higher level of accuracy as a result of the CNN-XGBoost integration for breast cancer detection. In conclusion, breast cancer detection was revealed through the integration of CNN-XGBoost through histopathological images. The combination of CNN and XGBoost can enhance the accuracy of breast cancer detection.
