Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah berkembang begitu pesat di berbagai sektor, termasuk di sektor kesehatan salah satunya adalah Rekam Medik Elektronik (RME). Penyempurnaan manajemen RME mulai diterapkan di beberapa Rumah Sakit/ Puskesmas di Indonesia. Demikian kompleksnya tantangan untuk implementasi RME, maka perlu dilakukan penilaian kesiapan sebelum implementasi RME. Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui kesiapan penerapan rekam medis elektronik berdasarakan aspek sumber daya manusia, budaya kerja organisasi, tata kelola dan kepemimpinan, dan infrastruktur. Metode penelitian: mengkaji jurnal dengan kriteria yaitu penelitian yang telah dipublikasikan, minimal berasal dari jurnal terakreditasi, dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan kesiapan penerapan rekam medis elektronik di rumah sakit. Strategi: menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh bukan dari pengamatan langsung akan tetapi dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti terdahulu. Sumber data yang didapat berupa artikel atau jurnal yang relevan dengan topic kesiapan penerapan rekam medis elektronik. Hasil penelitian: kesiapan penerapan rekam medis elektronik masih terdapat beberapa ketidaksiapan dan terdapat juga beberapa yang sudah cukup siap. Berdasarkan aspek sumber daya manusia belum cukup siap, berdasarkan aspek budaya kerja organisasi sudah cukup siap, berdasarkan tata kelola dan kepemimpinan sudah cukup siap, dan berdasarkan infrastruktur belum cukup siap. Saran: perlu adanya perekrutan ahli IT untuk pembuatan software dan untuk mengelola data, diperlukan pembuatan SOP, membentuk tim khusus dan perlu menyediakan perangkat lunak, prosedur, database, jaringan komputer dan komunikasi.

Abstract

Slowly a civilization that is changing, all aspects are required to follow the flow of change, including educational institutions, especially Islamic boarding schools. Like it or not, Islamic boarding schools must have a quality in the midst of the development of this era to maintain their existence in the world of education and be able to produce human resources that are relevant to the needs of the community. This study aims to find out: (1) How is the education of PPTQ students Fatimah Az-zahra. (2) How is the parenting strategy for PPTQ Fatimah Az-Zahra students (3) How is the parenting strategy for PPTQ Fatimah Az-Zahra students from the perspective of education quality management, while this study uses qualitative methods using a descriptive approach and researchers take data sources from primary data, namely the main data which will be processed and analyzed sourced from observations and direct interviews with related parties, secondary data or complementary data in the form of documentation. As for the results of the research (1) education at PPTQ Fatimah Az-zahra there is academic and non-academic education where the academic curriculum uses the Indonesian Dakwah Council curriculum equivalent to education in Dirosah Islamiyah (D2) and non-academic in the form of a tahfidz diploma. (2) The parenting strategy is carried out in collaboration with the recitation assembly in Magetan and monitoring by conducting evaluations every week, month and year (3) Implementation of the parenting strategy for students from the perspective of education quality management at PPTQ Fatimah Az-zahra using planning, oraginizing , actuacting, controlling (POAC).

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) How is the Implementation of the Digital Detox. Program in Improving the Concentration of Memorizing the Al-Quran of Students at the Al Fikri Tahfidz House in Palembang. (2) What are the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors of the Digital Detox Program in Improving the Concentration of Memorizing the Al-Quran of Students at the Al Fikri Tahfidz House in Palembang. This study is a type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The data obtained using interviews, observations, and documentation. The validity test in this study is triangulation of sources, and techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that: (1) The implementation of the Digital Detox program at Rumah Tahfidz Al Fikri Palembang was successfully implemented through socialization, supervision, and provision of supporting replacement activities. (2) The main supporting factors for the success of this program are family support, supervision of ustadz/ustadzah, and varied replacement activities.
