Abstract

A multifaceted strategy is essential to enhance education quality. This includes initiatives like bolstering teacher professionalism, creating a curriculum that meets the needs of learners, upgrading facilities and infrastructure, promoting community involvement, and maximizing technology use in educational settings. Through implementing these strategies, the goal is to continually advance the quality of education, producing superior and competitive human resources. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the role of the Faith and Piety Program (IMTAQ) in character building of students at SD Negeri 10 Talang Ubi. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this study collected data through literature studies, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The survey results showed that the implementation of the IMTAQ Program contributed to improving students' discipline, responsibility, and social attitudes. However, there are challenges in implementing the program, such as limited facilities and infrastructure and the need to increase parental and community involvement. This study recommends increasing support for facilities, teacher training, and periodic evaluations to optimize the effectiveness of the program. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan tradisional cak ingkling terhadap kecerdasan kinestetik anak pada kelompok B. Metode penelitian ini adalah Eksperimental Design One Group Pre-test and Post-test. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji (uji-t). Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan yang didapat bahwa adanya perbedaan nilai rata-rata yang didapat dari sebelum diberikan treatment permainan tradisional cak ingkling. Perolehan tersebut diperkuat berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf nyata 5%, karena thitung 67.7 > ttabel maka dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima artinya ada pengaruh permainan tradisional cak ingkling terhadap kecerdasan kinestetik anak kelompok B di RA Perwanida 4 Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pelaksanaan supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah ibtidaiyah kayuagung. Melalui supervisi, guru diberikan kesempatan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan dilatih untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi. Ketika meninjau program sekolah, guru diberi waktu untuk menjelaskan dan mengevaluasi materi yang telah tercakup. Keterlibatan guru ini secara penuh dapat meningkatkan rasa kebersamaan yang berdampak pada peningkatan semangat kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitaltif adalah jenis penelitian yang memberikan gambaran atau uraian secara langsung atau suatu keadaan sejernih mungkin tanpa ada perlakuan terhadap objek yang diteliti. dimana hasilnya tidak diperoleh menggunakan prosedur staltistik atau metode lain. Pelaksanaan supervisi kinerja guru di madrasah terhambat oleh tiga faktor utama: keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya pengarahan yang jelas, dan dampak negatif pada guru. Keterbatasan waktu disebabkan oleh beban administratif yang tinggi, yang mengurangi fokus pada supervisi yang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pelaksanaan humas dalam menciptakan komunikasi yang efektif di Pondok pesantren SMP IT Al-Mubarokah Musi Banyuasin. Pelaksanaan adalah realisasi mimpi dan pengorganisasian tindakan secara eksplisit. Hubungan masyarakat (humas) adalah salah satu elemen penting dalam manajemen yang diperlukan oleh setiap organisasi, termasuk perguruan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di Ponpes SMP IT Al-Mubarok Musi Banyuasin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan interpretasi data. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelaksanaan Humas Dalam Mencipyakan Komunikasi Yang Efektif, yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, maka dapat di simpulkan pada bagian Proses Koordinasi kehumasan berjalan baik, dengan tim humas aktif menyusun program komunikasi, bekerja sama dengan kepala madrasah, guru, dan pihak eksternal, serta menangani publikasi dan informasi melalui media sosial dan promosi lainnya. Proses motivasi berjalan efektif, di mana tim humas membangun semangat seluruh unsur sekolah untuk mendukung citra positif pesantren melalui komunikasi yang disiplin, tepat, dan partisipatif.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive educational game-based media application that is valid, practical, and effective in improving early childhood students’calistung (reading, writing, and counting) skills. The research was conducted at TK Telkom 1 Palembang with 26 children from Group B as subjects. This study used the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) in the Research and Development (R&D) method. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews and analyzed for validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The validation result showed content exprert scores of 87,06% and 100% language expert 88% and media expert 93,33%, categorized as very valid. The media practicality reached 92%, and effectiveness was confirmed by t-test results (|thitung|= 31,28 > ttabel = 2.009). Therefore, this interactive application can be used as an innovative and fun learning tool to enhance early childhood calistung skill.

Abstract

Abstract Improving the quality of education is the main goal in the Indonesian education system, especially in Islamic religious education. One approach that can be applied is through effective school management in cultivating media literacy and the application of technology in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. This study aims to examine the implementation of school management in cultivating media literacy and the application of technology in PAI learning at SMP Bukit Asam. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the use of technology in learning and the media literacy program through "Dear Time" has succeeded in improving the quality of students' understanding of PAI material, although there are still some obstacles in terms of technology access and students' understanding of the use of digital media. Optimal implementation of technology can enrich students' learning experiences and support improving the quality of education in schools. Abstract

This research is motivated to introduce early sexual education, especially for children aged 5-6 years in Khalifah 16 Kindergarten, Palembang, because of the low knowledge about sexual education, because teachers only use children's worksheets, so that children are not interested and do not get direct experience in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to develop Kuku Pesek media based on digitalization that is valid, practical, and effective in increasing sexual education knowledge in children aged 5-6 years. The method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) research model. The subjects of this study were group B at Khalifah 16 Kindergarten, Palembang. The initial field trial stage was carried out with 10 students and the main field trial with all group B at Khalifah 16 Kindergarten, Palembang, which was 20 students. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques using validity tests, practicality tests, and effectiveness tests. Validity, practicality, and effectiveness data were obtained based on questionnaire response data analyzed using a Likert scale. The results of the study showed the validity of material experts 92.5 in the very valid category and design experts 93.3 in the very valid category. The practicality test of the dressing frame media based on the teacher response questionnaire 93 in the very practical category, and the student response questionnaire was carried out in the form of an instrument stated that it was very effective in the initial field trial 74.0625 stated effective, and in the main field trial 92.34 stated very effective. So it can be said that there is a significant difference in children before and after receiving treatment. The results of this study conclude that the digitalization-based flat nail media to improve sexual education knowledge is stated to be valid, practical, and effective for use in learning.
