Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic, people became aware of improving health and preserving the environment. This community service aims to increase the role of sports of MTB (Mountain Bike) in contributing to forest conservation in Ngaduman Village, Merbabu Mountains by involving ISSI Salatiga City as a moderator. ISSI (Ikatan Sepeda Sport Indonesia) is a Regional Institution for Bicycle Racing in Indonesia, which is in charge of governance standards for cyclists on a Mountain. ISSI is also a member of UCI and ACC, namely international bicycle racing events that can bring in tourism and increase regional income. The results of community service show the importance of publication facilities for Mount Merbabu tourism and MTB bicycle racing events; management of tourism, officials, and MTB bicycle tracks (tracks); and the importance of coordinating with the Office of the Ministry of Youth and Sport and KONI - ISSI of Salatiga City and related parties such as the local community and Perhutani.

Abstract

The slopes of Mount Muria in Kudus Regency are known as one of the regions producing high-quality coffee. Coffee is a leading commodity that is utilized by the local community through various MSME activities. Several MSMEs, such as Kopi Kunci and Kopi Joesoen, have developed processed robusta coffee beans into ground coffee, marketed under local brands. However, some production processes are still carried out manually, resulting in suboptimal efficiency and productivity. To address this problem, the community service team from Muria Kudus University implemented a program to Strengthen Muria Coffee MSMEs through the Implementation of Digital Roaster Machines. The implementation of these two machines is designed to increase efficiency, production capacity, and the quality of processed coffee. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in MSME productivity and turnover, 10-fold compared to conditions before the machines were implemented. This activity is expected to strengthen the competitiveness of Muria coffee MSMEs, improve the welfare of business actors, and have a positive economic impact on the surrounding community.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) Urin Sapi Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L.). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) yang terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu POC Urin Sapi dan Pupuk NPK. Faktor I: P0: 0 ml/m2 (kontrol), P1: 100 ml + 1000 ml air/ m2 (dosis ajuran), P2: 200 ml + 1000 ml air/m2, P3: 300 ml + 1000 ml air/m2. Faktor II: perlakuan Pupuk NPK (M) yang terdiri dari empat taraf, yaitu  M0 = 0 kg/hektar, M1 = 125 kg/hektar (12,5 g/petak), M2 = 250 kg/hektar (25 g/petak), dan M3 = 375 kg/hektar (37,5 g/petak). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian POC urin sapi berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman pada umur 7, 14, 21 dan 28 HSPT sedangkan pada pengamatan jumlah daun berpengaruh sangat nyata pada umur 14 dan 28 HSPT dan berpengaruh nyata pada umur 21 HSPT. Pengamatan bobot basah panen, bobot basah jual, dan bobot basah jual perhektar saling menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata.
