Abstract

Entrepreneurial agility is a crucial factor in Indonesia's online business. The sector is important in achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and supports the digital economy focus in RIRN 2017-2045. However, competition among online businesses is very tight. The purpose of this study was to examine the sustainable competitive advantage of online businesses based on explorative capabilities, digital competency, and innovative behavior. Furthermore, the study aimed to analyze the mediating role of entrepreneurial agility. The design was a quantitative type with data collection using questionnaires. The sample consisted of 153 MSMEs operating online businesses in Semarang City and its surrounding areas. Data collected with purposive sampling. The data was processed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) through SmartPLS 4. The results showed that explorative capabilities, digital entrepreneurial competency, and innovative behavior have a positive effect on entrepreneurial agility. Further findings demonstrated that digital entrepreneurial agility has a positive impact on achieving sustainable competitive advantage. The study had theoretical implications for highlighting the importance of digital entrepreneurial agility in improving MSMEs' sustainable competitive advantage. The novelty study enriched the dynamic capability theory by offering digital competency as a key to sustainable business. Managerial implications emphasized the need for digital business managers to prioritize innovative behavior in response to market competition.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of socialization of the PTSL program on the quality of service of employees in the PTSL program at Kantor Pertanahan (Kantah) Jepara Regency, to analyze the influence of employee performance on the quality of employee service in the PTSL program in Kantah, Jepara Regency, to analyze the influence of socialization of the PTSL program on community satisfaction in The PTSL Program in Kantah, Jepara Regency, analyzes the effect of employee performance on community satisfaction in the PTSL Program in Kantah Jepara Regency, analyzes the effect of service quality on community satisfaction in the PTSL Program in Kantah Jepara Regency. The population of this research is all service users in the village of Welahan, Gedangan Village, Welahan District and Jebol Village, Mayong District proportionally as many as 4,172. While the sample used a probability sampling approach and the sampling method used was stratified sampling of 210 people. The data analysis developed in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM) of AMOS software by first testing its dimensions through confirmatory factor analysis.            The results showed that program socialization had a positive and significant effect on the service quality of the Kantah Jepara Regency, employee performance had a positive and significant effect on the service quality of the Kantah Jepara Regency, program socialization had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. and significant to community satisfaction in the Kantah Jepara Regency, service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Kantah Jepara Regency..ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sosialisasi program PTSL terhadap kualitas pelayanan pegawai pada Program PTSL di Kantor Pertanahan (Kantah) Kabupaten Jepara, menganalisis pengaruh kinerja pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan pegawai pada Program PTSL di Kantah Kabupaten Jepara, menganalisis pengaruh sosialisasi program PTSL terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Program PTSL di Kantah Kabupaten Jepara, menganalisis pengaruh kinerja pegawai terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Program PTSL di Kantah Kabupaten Jepara, menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Program PTSL di Kantah Kabupaten Jepara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna layanan yang ada di Desa Welahan, Desa Gedangan Kecamatan Welahan dan Desa Jebol Kecamatan Mayong secara proporsional sebanyak 4.172. Sedangkan sampel menggunakan pendekatan probability sampling dan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah stratified sampling sebanyak 210 orang. Analisis data yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation modeling (SEM) dari software AMOS dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan pengujian dimensi-dimensinya melalui confirmatory factor analysis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi Program berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Jepara, kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Jepara, sosialisasi program berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Jepara, kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Jepara, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Jepara.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe influence of organizational support, commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance, with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) As Intervening Variables In the Department of Trade and Industry Pati. A sample of 125 employees. Instrument test using validity and reliability. Data analysis using SEM AMOS. Concluded that there is a significant positive influence of organizational support to the Organizationnal Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Department of Trade and Industry pati. There is a significant positive influence of commitment to the Organizationnal Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Department of Trade and Industry of Pati Regency There is a significant positive influence of job satisfaction on Organizationnal Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Department of Trade and Industry of Pati Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT Patients are consumers at the level of health services, including in hospitals. Patients are increasingly looking at and choosing, given the intense competition between operational hospitals so that they are more selective. Therefore, hospitals are required to measure the acceptance of the patient's perceived value and patient satisfaction so that they can maintain trust and can create patient loyalty. The purpose of this study (1) is to examine the direct effect of perceived value and patient satisfaction variables on patient loyalty. (2) to examine the direct effect of perceived value and patient satisfaction variables on patient confidence. (3) to examine the effect of the patient's trust variable on patient loyalty. (4) as well as to examine the indirect effect of the value perception variable and patient satisfaction on the patient loyalty variable. Accidental sampling technique was used in this study with a sample of 150 respondents. The results showed that there was an influence of perceived value and patient satisfaction variables on patient loyalty. In addition, the variables perceived value and patient satisfaction also have a positive and significant effect on patient confidence. Patient trust has a significant positive effect on patient loyalty. Patient trust is significant as an intervention variable on perceived value and patient satisfaction variables.ABSTRAKPasien merupakan konsumen di tingkat pelayanan kesehatan termasuk di Rumah Sakit. Pasien semakin kritis dalam melihat dan memilih, mengingat ketatnya persaingan antar Rumah Sakit yang beroperasional sehingga lebih selektif. Oleh karena itu, Rumah Sakit di tuntut untuk melakukan pengukuran penerimaan nilai yang dirasakan pasien serta kepuasan pasien sehingga dapat menjaga kepercayaan pasien dan dapat menciptakan loyalitas pasien. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini (1) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung variable perceived value dan kepuasan pasien terhadap loyalitas pasien. (2) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung variable perceived value dan kepuasan pasien terhadap kepercayaan pasien. (3) untuk menguji pengaruh variable kepercayaan pasien terhadap loyalitas pasien. (4) serta untuk menguji pengaruh tidak langsung variable perceived value dan kepuasan pasien terhadap variable loyalitas pasien. Teknik accidental sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan jumlah sampel 150 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh variable perceived value dan kepuasan pasien terhadap loyalitas pasien. Selain itu variable perceived value dan kepuasan pasien juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pasien. Kepercayaan pasien berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Kepercayaan pasien signifikan sebagai variable intervening terhadap variable perceived value dan kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of workload and motivation on the performance of nurses with work motivation as an intervening variable.The research method used is the quantitative method. Research respondents were nurses at UPT RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati with a sample of 120 nurses. The data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Statistical tests and data processing were carried out using SEM analysis.The results showed that workload and compensation had an effect on nurses' work motivation. Workload indirectly affects the performance of nurses. While compensation and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of nurses. Workload and compensation directly through work motivation have a significant effect on nurse performance.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja perawat dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatip. Responden penelitian adalah perawat di UPT RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati dengan sampel sebanyak 120 perawat. Tehnik pengumpilan data menggunakan instrument berupa kuesener. Uji statistikdan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SEM analisis.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa beban kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. Beban kerja secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Sedangkan kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Beban kerja dan kompensasi secara langsung melalui motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat.
