Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan efektivitas siaran langsung dalam mempromosikan produk fashion secara online di dua platform media sosial populer, yaitu Instagram dan TikTok. Siaran langsung telah menjadi alat pemasaran yang semakin signifikan, memungkinkan interaksi real-time antara penjual dan konsumen, serta memberikan pengalaman belanja yang lebih imersif. Instagram dan TikTok, masing-masing dengan karakteristik dan demografi penggunanya yang berbeda, menawarkan fitur siaran langsung yang dimanfaatkan oleh merek-merek fashion untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan mendorong pembelian impulsif. Studi ini mengeksplorasi perbedaan dalam dampak siaran langsung di kedua platform tersebut, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti daya tarik visual, interaksi pengguna, dan efektivitas konten dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kedua platform efektif dalam mendorong penjualan produk fashion, terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam cara pengguna merespons siaran langsung, dengan TikTok cenderung lebih menarik bagi audiens yang lebih muda melalui konten yang dinamis dan kreatif, sementara Instagram lebih efektif dalam membangun hubungan yang lebih mendalam dengan pengguna melalui estetika visual dan kredibilitas influencer. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pelaku bisnis dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang tepat sasaran berdasarkan karakteristik platform yang berbeda.

Abstract

This study examines the role of dividend policy in moderating the effect of capital structure, profitability, and liquidity on firm value. A quantitative approach was used, with Tobin's Q to measure firm value, Debt Equity Ratio (DER) for capital structure, Return on Assets (ROA) for profitability, and Current Ratio (CR) for liquidity. Dividend policy was measured using the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) as a moderating variable in the relationship between capital structure, profitability, and liquidity with firm value. Data was obtained from the annual financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2022. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to test the relationships among these variables. The results show that dividend policy plays a role in moderating the relationship between capital structure and firm value. However, the effect of dividend policy on the relationship between profitability and firm value was not significant. Liquidity also did not show a significant effect on firm value in this model. This study emphasizes the importance of dividend policy in the efficient management of capital structure to enhance firm value. These findings provide guidance for strategic decisions in determining dividend policies to improve financial performance.

Abstract

This research develops a chili production prediction application using the C.45 algorithm for the Aceh Province Agriculture Service. Weather data and chili prices from 2022-2023 are used to build a prediction model. After going through the data selection, preprocessing, and transformation stages, the C.45 algorithm model was successfully built and tested with new data. The results show a prediction accuracy of 84.03%. Furthermore, this model is implemented in the form of a web application which includes various features such as public pages, calculation of prediction results, graphs, and admin pages. Research shows that the use of the C.45 algorithm and this application has the potential to support agricultural decision making and planning in Aceh. Suggestions for further research include adding additional variables such as soil quality and socio-economic factors, as well as exploring remote sensing technology and other machine learning methods to increase prediction accuracy. Evaluation of the impact of using the application is also recommended to measure its effectiveness in supporting sustainable agriculture in Aceh

Abstract

This research aims to develop an integrated rice production management information system at the Aceh Province Agricultural Service. Old systems that depend on manual form filling have hampered efficiency and accuracy in data collection and processing. In this research, system analysis and design methods are used to design a new system that includes features such as land area management, rice production, and rice productivity. System testing is carried out using the black-box testing method to ensure the expected functionality is met. Test results show that most system features have passed the test, although some features require further improvement. Based on the test results, the percentage of test success was 66.67%. Overall, the rice production management information system that has been developed can assist the Aceh Provincial Agriculture Service in managing rice production data more efficiently. Some of the suggestions proposed include improvements to features that do not pass testing, training and outreach to system users, increasing data security, developing additional features, as well as regular evaluation and monitoring. It is hoped that implementation of these suggestions will improve the quality and benefits of the system for users.

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan dunia informasi sangat pesat seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi. Dibeberapa tempat seperti toko misalnya, saat ini banyak toko yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk mempermudah proses pembayaran pada administrasi kasir. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi kasir. Yang berfungsi untuk memudahkan pengguna kaisr untuk melakukan pencatatan penjualan serta dapat mencetak laporan penjualan. Dengan menggunakan sistem kasir yang terkomputerisasi, diharapkan kinerja pengolahan data transaksi pada penjualaan pakaian bisa lebih efektif dan efisien. Reborn Outlet adalah salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan pakaian khusus laki-laki di kota Banda Aceh yang menyediakan berbagai macam produk pakaian dan assesories laki-laki. Untuk mempermudah pengolahan data administrasi kasir di Rebort Oulet tersebut, maka dibuatlah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis Web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, Javascrip dengan database MySQL yang nantinya diharapkan dapat membantu kinerja administrasi dan kasir agar lebih optimal. Adapun manfaat dari sistem informasi ini yakni meliputi penginputan laporan data transaksi penjualan dalam kurun waktu tertentu, pemrosesan data yang masuk untuk menghasilkan laporan data barang, laporan pembelian, dan laporan penjualan serta pengolahan data barang.

Abstract

Pasar tani merupakan suatu agenda rutin yang dilaksanakan setiap bulan oleh dinas pertanian dan perkebunan aceh, bertujuan untuk membantu para UMKM dan memudahkan masyarakat dalam berbelanja barang murah. Agar pemberitahuan informasi seputar produk pasar tani lebih mudah di lihat dan mengurangi keresahan masyarakat akibat tidak adanya produk yang di inginkan. Sistem informasi katalog tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu, mempermudah dalam menyampaikan informasi mengenai produk yang tersedia di pasar tani menjadi lebih baik. Kelebihan sistem ini adalah memberikan kemudahan untuk masyarakat dalam mengetahui tentang berbagai macam produk dan informasi setiap items produk serta menampilkan deksripsi tentang produk tersebut yang telah di rancang berbasis Web dengan tampilan yang lebih menarik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem sistem informasi katalog produk berbasis Web. Metode pengumpulan data yang bersumber dari studi kepustakaan serta lapangan (pengamatan dan wawancara), serta metode bahasa pemograman HTML, PHP, MySql, dan CSS dengan basis data yang terintegrasi. Penggunaan sistem informasi katalog produk pasar tani berbasis Web pada Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Aceh yang dirancang untuk menjamin kemudahan dalam proses pemberitahuan informasi produk. Hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah sistem katalog yang terhubung langsung dengan database memungkinkan admin dengan mudahnya mengelola data untuk mempermudah dalam proses pemberitahuan informasi produk kepada pelanggan, dan membuat informasi produk. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh, sistem informasi ini dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam mengupload data produk, memberikan kenyamanan kepada pelanggan agar tidak perlu untuk datang ke lokasi pasar tani apabila ingin mengetahui produk yang tersedia.

Abstract

The Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is one of the most important parts of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia's High Prosecutor's office. The Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is the "spearhead" of the Prosecutor's Office, even the performance of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is often measured by the community through the success of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office in handling specific criminal cases. One of the duties of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office is to process data on case files which are numerous and complex. Good data management is needed to ensure that these data can be used to generate information and make decisions. From the description of the background, the author limits the problem only to the design of a special crime case data system at the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office. The purpose of the discussion is to find out and design a data system design for special criminal cases at the web-based Aceh High Court. For the perfection of this research, the authors collected data using several data collection methods, including using field studies and literature studies as well as the waterfall method as a system development model. The system will really help users or managers of special criminal case data at the Aceh High Court more quickly, easily and accurately in every activity related to Special Crimes.

Abstract

Conventional trading, where sellers and buyers meet at certain locations to carry out transactions, is increasingly being abandoned with technological developments. One of the innovations that has emerged is e-commerce. E-commerce allows buying and selling transactions online, freeing from geographical limitations. In this research, attention is limited to the Design of a Mobile Phone Sales Information System at the Delta Cellular Store. The purpose of this research is to understand the information system for selling cellphones at the shop and design a web-based information system for selling cellphones. The research results show that this Mobile Sales Application makes it easier to process transaction data and stock of goods. The development methods used include old system analysis, user needs analysis, system feasibility evaluation, process design using the DAD method, data design by designing tables, and user interface design using appropriate designs. This application was built using a web-based programming language with MySQL as the database. The level of accuracy of this application in recording transactions and cellphone stock can be adjusted based on certain time periods, which helps reduce the level of human error. This application can also handle price changes and item additions by allowing users to change this information through the sales transaction form. This application is designed to be simple and uses language that is easy for users to understand, so training in its operation does not require a long time.

Abstract

The development of information technology has changed the paradigm in seeking and sharing information, including in the world of commerce. E-commerce is one of the important innovations that changes transaction patterns to become easier and more efficient. The focus of this research is the design of an information system for selling household products at PT. Jaco Perfect Indosehat Banda Aceh Branch. The waterfall method is used in system development, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The results of system design include input, output, process, control, labor and cost designs. The designed application has features such as Login Form, Main Menu, Item Input, Sales Input, Item List, and View Sales Transaction List. The conclusion shows that this system has the potential to increase the efficiency of sales data management. The suggestions put forward are to increase optimal use of computers, add quality brainware, and increase skills in using information technology. It is hoped that PT. Jaco Indosehat Perfect Banda Aceh Branch can utilize this system optimally to achieve its business goals.

Abstract

The employee information system is a data processing tool developed for PT. Waskita Karya to improve the management and accessibility of employee records. This study addresses employee data management issues at the company and proposes a system design using PHP and MySQL. The objective is to optimize employee data management and streamline processes using a web-based application. Data for the study were gathered through literature review and field observations, including interviews and direct observation of relevant subjects. The system development followed the waterfall methodology, progressing through stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The employee information system is managed by administrative staff and aims to provide a faster, more efficient, and accurate data processing solution. Based on the research, it is concluded that the new system adheres to company procedures and significantly enhances the data management process by utilizing PHP and MySQL.
