A classic problem in learning is the occurrence of learning boredom at school, which is the background for conducting this research. This research aims to analyze the competency of elementary school teachers regarding the tutorial model in information and communication technology (ICT) learning and determine the obstacles teachers have in implementing the tutorial model in ICT learning at the Avicenna Lasem Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT). The research used a case study method with the research subjects being grade 3-6 teachers and one information and communication technology (ICT) teacher. Data was obtained through interviews. The research results show that conceptually, teachers understand the tutorial model in information and communication technology (ICT) learning well, but in practice, 4 out of 5 teachers studied still need to implement the tutorial model in learning. This research also reveals that teachers experience obstacles in implementing the tutorial model in information and communication technology (ICT) learning.

This study explores the application of technology in Islamic boarding school management and its impact on administrative efficiency and educational service quality. The findings reveal a significant positive effect of technology use using a phenomenological approach, in-depth interviews, and quantitative analysis with the Arellano-Bond and Blundell-Bond dynamic panel models. Technological implementation enhances administrative efficiency by improving data processing speed, recording accuracy, and information accessibility. Additionally, educational service quality improves, reflected in higher student and parent satisfaction, better learning outcomes, and enhanced interactions among administrators, teachers, students, and parents. Qualitative findings support these results, highlighting benefits such as easier student data management, equitable e-learning access, and more effective communication via instant messaging. However, challenges include limited technology access, inadequate infrastructure, insufficient technological skills, resistance to change, funding constraints, and lack of government and community support. Policy recommendations include increasing government support for technological infrastructure, providing training programs, and fostering an adaptive organizational culture. This study offers a foundation for developing effective technology strategies in Islamic boarding schools, contributing to educational quality in the digital era. Further research should explore emerging technologies to enhance education.

The use of digital wallets among students is growing rapidly and provides ease of transactions, but it also triggers consumptive behavior. This study aims to analyze the consumptive behavior of students using digital wallets in Kendal Regency and review it from the perspective of sharia economics. The research approach used is qualitative descriptive with interview and questionnaire methods. The data was analyzed using inductive techniques through the stages of collection, reduction, and interpretation. The results showed that 82% of college students have consumptive tendencies, characterized by impulse purchases, the use of promotions without considering needs, and the use of digital wallets for non-priority consumption. Environmental, lifestyle, psychological, and friendship factors have been shown to encourage this behavior. Sharia economic analysis confirms that this behavior is contrary to the principles of proportionality, responsibility, and the prohibition of israf (excess) and tabdzir (waste). This study recommends Islamic financial literacy and Islamic value-based education as an effort to reduce student consumptive behavior. These findings make a theoretical contribution to the study of digital financial behavior and practical implications for universities, society, and financial regulators.

Kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan sosok pemimpin yang dianggap kepemimpinan membawa solusi dalam mengikuti perubahan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menjelaskan tindakan yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi faktor penghambat gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan motivasi guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kelurahan Bawang Kecamatan Pesantren di Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan 16 guru SDN Bawang 1,2, dan 3 Kota Kediri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah mampu meningkatkan motivasi guru dan staff, mendorong inovasi dan kreativitas guru dan staff, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif di sekolah, mengembangkan potensi individu. kepala sekolah merupakan pemimpin yang menjadi teladan, memberikan inspirasi, meningkatkan loyalitas.

The success of the goal of education in madrasah depends on the educational resources owned. Madrasah which is a religious-based educational institution has complex and abundant resources. This study aims: (1) To analyze teacher competence partially influencing the learning motivation of students of MTsN 1 Kota Blitar. (2) To analyze the madrasah environment partially influencing the learning motivation of students of MTsN 1 Kota Blitar. (3) To analyze teacher competence and madrasah environment simultaneously influencing the learning motivation of students of MTsN 1 Kota Blitar. (4) To analyze the variables of teacher competence and madrasah environment that have a dominant influence on the learning motivation of students of MTsN 1 Kota Blitar. This study uses a quantitative analysis method, namely analysis of data that has been scored according to the measurement scale that has been determined using statistical formulas. The analysis used is data in the form of numbers. While the quality test uses (1) Descriptive statistical analysis, (2) Verification analysis. (3) Classical assumption test (4) Multiple regression analysis, and (5) Hypothesis testing, (6) Determination Coefficient Analysis (R2). The results of the study indicate that: (1) Teacher Competence partially has a significant influence on Student Learning Motivation at MTsN 1 Kota Blitar. (2) Madrasah Environment partially has a significant influence on Student Learning Motivation at MTsN 1 Kota Blitar. (3) Teacher Competence and Madrasah Environment simultaneously have a significant influence on Student Learning Motivation at MTsN 1 Kota Blitar. (4) Teacher Competence has the most dominant influence on Student Learning Motivation at MTsN 1 Kota Blitar.

Abstract This study investigates the impact of live streaming, shopping lifestyle, and hedonic shopping value on impulsive buying behavior through TikTok Shop, with price discount acting as a mediator. The research was conducted among students at UIN Gus Dur Pekalongan, utilizing a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected from 250 respondents using structured questionnaires, and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results reveal that live streaming positively influences impulsive buying behavior, as it enhances consumer engagement and social interaction during live sessions. Additionally, shopping lifestyle, characterized by active engagement in online shopping, significantly contributes to impulsive buying tendencies. Hedonic shopping value, which focuses on the emotional and enjoyable aspects of shopping, also plays a crucial role in driving impulsive purchases. Furthermore, price discount was found to mediate the relationship between these factors and impulsive buying, amplifying the likelihood of impulsive purchases when combined with attractive offers. The study highlights the importance of live streaming and hedonic value in shaping consumer behavior, particularly among young consumers on social media platforms like TikTok. The findings offer valuable insights for marketers and businesses looking to enhance consumer engagement and drive sales through effective use of live streaming and promotional strategies. This study aims to understand the mutual relationship between teachers and parents in improving student learning outcomes. The site of this research is SMA NU 01 Al-Hidayah Kendal. This research uses a qualitative case study approach, where the researcher tries to understand the meaning behind the phenomena that occur in the field through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the mutual relationship built by the school to make teachers and parents more intimate in improving student learning outcomes was carried out through careful and systematic planning by involving all school parties to obtain optimal results. The planning carried out then carried out optimally and carried out jointly by the school with a mutualistic symbiotic principle and continued with an evaluation with the principle of continuous improvement.

This research aims to reveal the strategy of public relations in building the image of Madrasah. The research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah NU 05 Gemuh, using a qualitative approach and triangulation techniques. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and field observations. Sources of informants involved school principals, public relations, teachers, and student parents. The research results show that the public relations manager's strategy in building the Madrasah image involves the "Madrasah Greets" program. This approach involves understanding the internal and external conditions of the Madrasah, which is adopted through the Aida theory. Madrasah Greeting is implemented with steps such as understanding the image of the Madrasah from the perspective of attention, public interest, desire, and action. The next step is the implementation of Madrasah consistency and, finally, the Madrasah control program. The implications of this research are the realization of quality Madrasah capable of meeting the educational needs of the community, improving the quality of public education, making Madrasah a center for innovative and creative learning activities, as well as increasing confidence in the existence of Madrasah and eliminating arguments as a second option.
