Abstract

In the digital era, the role of information technology is needed to face competition in society. Information and communication technology is an important element in contributing to fundamental changes in the structure of operations and organizational management, education, transportation, health, online learning is a teaching and learning process that utilizes the internet and digital media in delivering material. The online learning method is considered closer to the current generation of students who are known to be very integrated with technology products. This is a form of digitalization in the world of education which has many benefits. Today's increasingly sophisticated digital technology causes major changes in the world. Humans have been facilitated in accessing information in many ways, and can freely enjoy the facilities of digital technology, but the negative impacts also appear as threatening. Crime is easy to facilitate, online games can damage the mentality of the younger generation, pornography and copyright infringement are easy to do, and other businesses that are already operating digitally or can evolve to online business can quickly survive amidst a sudden pandemic. while giant companies that could not adapt immediately fell even to the point of stopping production.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to advance information technology so that later students who are studying at SMKN 3 Bengkulu Tengah will get additional insight into computer science in the field of information technology such as Virtual Reality and Virtual Augmented which in everyday terms do not let many students gaptek (stuttering technology) in order to play a more role in world competition outside the school walls. The benefits of PKM activities are aimed at SMKN 3 Bengkulu Tengah students who are expected to be able to utilize and apply them to other fields of science related to the science they are studying. The results and conclusions of this PKM are that this PKM activity has educated and provided knowledge of Virtual Augmented and Virtual Reality Technology and its role in the world of education. So that students of SMKN 3 Bengkulu Tengah can better prepare themselves to become a creative, innovative and inspiring young generation in the face of technological advances.

Abstract

The importance of using and utilizing technology to increase knowledge in the Generation Z era among youth is one of the driving factors to remain competitive in the digital world. With this digital technology, it is easier for all groups to access information on social media such as Google, YouTube, ChatGPT. Analysis of the situation with partners, in this case SMA Negeri 1 Kepahiang, revealed a picture of students' lack of understanding of the development of information technology, especially in the digital field. so that the school conveyed the need to socialize the technology directly to the students of SMAN 1 Kepahiang. Parts of the field of computer science that continue to develop include artificial intelligence as a tool and a substitute for human functions, one of which is ChatGPT technology which is an artificial intelligence-based machine technology that is trained to be able to imitate human conversation using NPL (Natural Language Processing) technology. And used to produce quite scientific writing or even books with prompts. So that opportunities for innovation using this technology are wide open for education in Indonesia, one of which is improving the writing skills of students in schools/campuses to achieve the six competencies (critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity, character education and citizenship) that are needed in the current era. Abstract

Winni Farma pharmacy is one of the pharmacies whose drug inventory data processing still uses the conventional system, where inventory management activities are still carried out manually which are recapitulated every month. The process of recording transaction data reports on the sale of incoming goods, outgoing goods and orders that are still using Microsoft Excel. By using Microsoft Excel, many obstacles are found that cause the work process to be ineffective and efficient. To overcome this problem, a drug inventory system program was created at the Winni Farma Pharmacy. With the aim that the management of drug inventory management is more accurate, orderly and easier to search for drug stock data, while indirectly increasing work performance and effectiveness at the Winni Farma Pharmacy. The research method that the researcher uses in making this application is from a manual or conventional system to a system development (electronic system) using the waterfall model. The waterfall system development method is a sequence of activities or activities carried out in system development starting from problem determination, actual system analysis, new system analysis, design, system implementation and testing. The software used in making this application is using Visual Basic.Net application. and supported by a Microsoft Access database with the results obtained in accordance with expectations and the use of the program has been implemented.

Abstract

SMP PGRI Bengkulu City is one of the schools in Bengkulu Province. In the process of managing academic data, most of them are still done manually and have also used office application packages in managing data, namely Microsoft Excel. The problem that often occurs is the absence of an integrated system that is able to manage academic data as a whole, so that data management takes a long time. The Academic Administration Information System for Junior High School (SMP) PGRI Bengkulu City was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The features contained in the Academic Information System are operator data processing, student data, teacher data, class data, subject data, student grade data, teacher data recap, student data recap, subject data recap per class, grade recap per subject. In this academic information system, there are 3 access rights, namely Operator, Teacher, and Student, each of which has different features. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the Academic Information System at the PGRI Bengkulu City Junior High School (SMP) has been running as it should.

Abstract

School is an academic institution with the main task of providing education and developing science, technology, and art. The purpose of education is not only to develop knowledge, but also to form personality, independence, social skills, and good character. Therefore, various programs are designed and implemented to realize these educational goals, especially in the context of character building by making a school code of conduct, but it is possible for students to often violate the rules of school discipline, so a decision maker application is needed. to determine students who commit violations and will be given guidance by applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The application used was Visual Studio 2010 programming language and the research method used in this study is the waterfall method. The waterfall method is able to analyze the needs that are needed to find out the weaknesses of the old system, then make a design from the design and proceed with making a new system design. The result of the research is a decision support system based on the calculation data of SAW method, 30 students who commit violations will produce 3 students who get the highest violation scores so that coaching will be carried out.

Abstract

Processing and archiving incoming and outgoing letters at the Bengkulu Provincial DPRD still uses the manual method, namely by taking notes (handwriting) on ​​a book and reviewing the order of previous letters to number the new letters that will come out and for incoming incoming letters to be recorded first. prior to disposition. The search application for incoming and outgoing letters at the Bengkulu Provincial DPRD Office was made to facilitate the process of incoming and outgoing letters by entering keywords, where in the search process a Sequential Searching Algorithm was applied which was used to analyze keywords with the data contained in the database. The search application for incoming and outgoing letters at the Bengkulu Provincial DPRD Office can display the output of incoming and outgoing mail data reports so that it can make it easier to archive reports. The application for searching incoming and outgoing letters at the Bengkulu Provincial DPRD Office was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 Database. Based on the results of black box testing, the functionality of the incoming and outgoing mail search application at the Bengkulu Provincial DPRD Office has been running properly and is able to display search results for incoming and outgoing letters based on the desired keywords.

Abstract

The development of science in the field of computer technology and information is currently experiencing very rapid progress. Computers are a set of technologies that greatly help human work, Customer needs need to be clearly identified, as part of product development. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a marketing strategy that builds a close relationship between the company and its customers. Before developing a system, firstly, the writer analyzes the current system. As for now there is no Operational Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application system to Increase Web-Based Customer Satisfaction about customer satisfaction. From the results of making the system design Operational Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application Design to Increase Web-Based Customer Satisfaction, the following conclusions are obtained: development of the system Design of Operational Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Applications to Increase Web-Based Customer Satisfaction is used as an SPK tool.
