Abstract

Advances in information technology have encouraged micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt through the digitization of business processes, including ordering systems. The research aims to design and implement a web-based ordering system for Bouquetqu.ad—a creative business in Bengkulu City specializing in the sale of gift bouquets. The system was developed to address the limitations of the manual ordering system previously used, which had resulted in low efficiency and limited marketing reach. The system development method used is Waterfall Model, with stages including needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The programming language PHP and MySQL database were chosen as the primary platform due to their open-source nature, flexibility, and suitability for developing web applications at the SME scale. The implementation results show that the developed system can improve the efficiency of the ordering process, expand service reach to customers, and minimize data errors. Testing using the black box method indicates that all functions operate as planned. With this system, Bouquetqu.ad can enhance service quality while boosting competitiveness in the digital era

Abstract

The development of information technology aims to facilitate various activities, including data management and the rapid and accurate presentation of information. SMP Negeri 18 South Bengkulu, the manual management of alumni data is considered inefficient and prone to data loss, necessitating a web-based information system capable of securely storing and presenting alumni data in a structured and easily accessible manner. This study aims to develop an alumni information system that can improve data management efficiency, accelerate information access, and reduce the risk of data loss or damage. The method used in developing this system is the waterfall approach, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of the study show that the developed information system functions well as an alumni information center, facilitates interaction between alumni and the school, and supports the school's professional image through integrated data management. Thus, this system makes a real contribution to improving the quality of alumni information services in the school environment

Abstract

The development of information technology aims to facilitate the accurate access and management of information. Salafiyah Hidayatul Qomariyah Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools that requires good financial administration services to manage student tuition payments because the current system still uses handwritten books (manual), which is ineffective and time-consuming. The programming language used is PHP with MySQL database, employing a qualitative method. This program will assist the treasurer of the Salafiyah Hidayatul Qomariyah Islamic Boarding School in managing or compiling reports on Educational Development Contributions (SPP) payments quickly and accurately. The results obtained indicate that the Educational Development Contribution (SPP) payment application functions well and can assist in the transaction and recording of Educational Development Contribution (SPP) payments at Salafiyah Hidayatul Qomariyah Islamic Boarding School as expected.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce requires an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior to increase sales. This research applies a data mining method using the K-Means clustering algorithm to analyze weekly revenue data from the Anjani_Store.id store on the Shopee platform, in the period from January to July 2023. The research uses a waterfall approach and is implemented through the Python programming language with the Flask framework. The clustering results produce three groups of consumer behavior based on income levels: low, medium, and high. Clusters are analyzed to support promotional strategies and business decision making. This system was tested and showed that the application of the K-Means method was effective in grouping consumers appropriately and supporting increased sales based on data analysis

Abstract

Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) play a crucial role in delivering primary health services, including the monitoring and management of malnutrition. Malnutrition remains a critical issue affecting child health and development, especially in vulnerable regions. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Malnutrition Information System at Puskesmas Kota Manna to improve the efficiency and accuracy of nutrition data management. The system is developed using the Waterfall methodology and utilizes PHP and MySQL as core technologies. Through this system, data recording, reporting, and analysis of malnutrition cases are carried out in a more structured and integrated manner. The implementation results show that the system helps healthcare workers monitor child nutritional status, accelerate decision-making processes, and reduce data entry errors. The study recommends user training and infrastructure improvement to ensure the system's optimal adoption across various healthcare areas.

Abstract

The development of information technology has driven the transformation of conventional businesses toward digital systems, one of which is through the implementation of e-commerce. Mega Komputer, as a provider of computer products, faces challenges in improving customer loyalty and service effectiveness. This study aims to implement an e-commerce system integrated with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) methods to enhance service quality, strengthen customer relationships, and increase sales. The research method used is a case study with a CRM system implementation approach in Mega Komputer store’s e-commerce platform. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of CRM-based e-commerce can improve customer interaction and satisfaction through more effective customer data management, service personalization, and more intensive communication. Additionally, this system assists the store in customer segmentation and targeted marketing strategies. Thus, the implementation of e-commerce using CRM methods significantly contributes to improve the business performance of Mega Komputer Store in the digital era.

Abstract

The development of information technology is essentially aimed at making it easier for communities to access accurate information. In the context of village administrative governance, manual population data management often causes various issues such as recording errors and inefficiency. This study aims to design and develop a web-based population information system using the waterfall development method, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is built using PHP programming language, MySQL database, Visual Studio Code editor, and XAMPP server. The result shows that data recording processes become faster, more accurate, and less prone to duplication. The developed website, https://kantordesarantaukadam.online, allows population services to be efficiently performed and accessed online by village officials and residents. Hence, the system improves the quality of public services and supports the digitalization of village administrative processes.

Abstract

In the current digital era, the need for efficient and accurate systems is increasingly urgent, especially in supporting administrative data management in government agencies. One important aspect of administrative management is workforce attendance, which serves as a basis for performance evaluation. However, in the Office of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Bengkulu Province, the attendance system for daily workers still faces significant challenges. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based attendance system for daily workers in the Office of Satpol Pamong Praja of Bengkulu Province. The research method used is the waterfall system design method. The attendance system has been successfully developed and implemented with a simple, intuitive interface that meets user needs and operates well within the environment of the Office of the Civil Service Police Unit of Bengkulu Province. This system is capable of managing employee data, recording attendance, and generating structured and automated attendance reports.

Abstract

Rapid advances in information technology have driven significant changes in the business world, including in the field of product sales and marketing. KIP Store in Bengkulu City is a business engaged in the sale of various everyday consumer goods; however, it still uses a conventional sales system that is inefficient and has a limited market reach. This research aims to design and develop a web-based e-commerce system for KIP Store to streamline transaction processes, expand marketing reach, and enhance the effectiveness of customer service. The system development method employed is the RAD method, which encompasses the stages of requirements analysis, system design, and implementation. The system was built using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The result of this research is a web-based e-commerce application that allows customers to register, search for products, place orders, and make payments online. Based on the results of the testing carried out, this e-commerce system functions effectively and assists KIP Store in managing product, transaction, and customer data more efficiently.

Abstract

Alumni tracking is an important need for higher education institutions because graduate data can be used for curriculum evaluation, quality assurance, and accreditation support. At the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu, alumni tracking was still conducted manually using questionnaires, making the process time-consuming, less efficient, and not always able to reach the minimum number of respondents. This study aims to develop a web-based alumni tracking application to support alumni data entry, stakeholder data entry, institutional characteristic assessment, graduate quality assessment, and the management of comments and suggestions. The system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, requirement approval, design, development, testing, and release stages. The application was implemented using PHP, MySQL, and Apache. The results show that the application can store alumni and stakeholder data in a database, display recapitulations, and print assessment reports. Black box testing involving 26 scenarios showed that all functions were valid. Therefore, the application can support alumni tracking in a faster, more structured, and better documented manner.
